Currently,the enhancement in electromagnetic interference(EMI)performance of polymeric composite generally relies on either improving electrical conductivity(σ)for stronger electromagnetic(EM)reflections or tailoring structure for higher EM ***,we proposed a novel technique called cyclic pulsating pressure enhanced segregating structuration(CPP-SS),which can reinforce these two factors *** structural information was supplied by optical microscopy(OM)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),both of which confirmed the formation and evolution of segregate structured ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE)/graphene ***,the result showed that CPP-SS can significantly improve theσof ***,advanced specific EMI shielding efficiency of 31.1.d B/mm was achieved for UHMWPE/graphene composite at 1.mm thickness and a low graphene loading of 5 wt%.Meanwhile,it also confirmed that the intrinsic disadvantage of poor {1. properties of conventional segregated structure composites can be *** work is believed to provide a fundamental understanding of the structural and performance evolutions of segregated structured composites prepared under CPPSS,and to bring us a simple and efficient approach for fabricating high-performance,strong and light-weight polymeric EMI shields.

A cumulative damage reliability model of contact fatigue of the rolling bearing is more identical with the actual conditions. It is put forward on the basis of contact fatigue life probability distribution of the rolling bearing that obey Weibull distribution and rest on the Miner cumulative damage theory. Finally a case is given to predict the reliability of bearing roller by using these models.

Polyaniline(PANI)was prepared by in-situ polymerization and compounded on the two-dimensional network structural multi-walled carbon nanotube film(CNTF).Compared with the CNT/PANI composites fabricated by using CNT powders or dispersions,the compact and continuous network structure of CNTF/PANI is beneficial to both the thermoelectric and mechanical properties of the *** resultant CNTF/PANI composites with PANI polymerization time of 5 h obtain an {1. conductivity of 1.38.4 S/cm and Seebeck coefficient of 63.3μV/K at 360 K,which are 1.8.7%and 5.7%higher than those of the CNTF(498.1.S/cm and 59.9μV/K at 360 K).Consequently,a maximum power factor of 536.8μW·m^(−1.·K^(−2) at 360 K is acquired,which is about 2 times higher than that of CNTF(1.1.7μW·m^(−1.·K^(−2) at 360 K).The {1. conductivity of the composites could maintain 93.3%after being bent for 500 times,indicating the excellent *** tensile strength,Young's Modulus and toughness of CNTF/PANI composites(232.3 MPa,3.6 GPa and 20.1.MJ/m^(3),respectively)are 3.5,2.6 and 2.1.times of those of the *** flexible,free-standing,lightweight and high-strength CNTF/PANI composites reveal the excellent thermoelectric performance,which are promising in the applications in wearable thermoelectric devices.

Two-dimensional transition metal chalcogenides(2D-TMDs)have attracted much attention because of their unique layered structure and physical properties for transistor *** transferred metal contacts on these low-dimensional materials or their homogeneous and heterogeneous multilayers have generated huge interest to avoid deposition *** this paper,we show that there are large physical gaps at both the edge contact and surface contact between the transferred electrodes and the 2D materials.A method called laser shock induced superplastic deformation(LSISD)is proposed to tackle this issue and enhance the performance of the *** enhancement mechanism was investigated by molecular dynamics(MD)simulations of the nanoforming process,atomic force microscopy(AFM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)characterizations of the interfaces,and density functional theory(DFT)*** force effect of laser shock can reduce the contact gap between metals and *** electrical performances of the transistors before and after LSISD,along with MD simulations,are used to find the optimal process *** addition,this paper applies the LSISD method to the short-channel MoS_(2)/graphene vertical transistors to show potential improvement in interface contact and electrical *** paper demonstrates the first report on using mechanical force induced by laser shock to enhance metal–semiconductor interfaces and transistor performances.

The digital manufacturing theory is applied to the special manufacturing equipments——industrial kilns and furnaces; the concept of digital kilns & furnaces is put forward. The present status of research and application for digital technologies in fuel industrial kilns & furnaces is also introduced. Then,take the case of gas fuel kilns & furnaces,their main key technical issues are discussed. Digital kilns & furnaces as an important constituent of the digital equipments are the crucial base of the digital manufacturing. The value of research on digital kilns & furnaces and the application prospect are undoubted. It will improve product quality,reduce the manpower cost,enhance product market competitive ability,promote comprehensively tradition industries such as ceramics,metallurgy industry,and so on.

The ability to detect a new fault class can be a useful feature for an intelligent fault classification and diagnosis *** adopt two novelty detection methods,the support vector data description (SVDD) and the Parzen density estimation, to represent known fault class samples,and to detect new fault class *** experiments on real multi-class bearing fault data show that the SVDD can give both high novelty detection rate and target recognition rate,respectively for the prescribed’ un- known’ fault samples and the known fault samples by choosing the appropriate SVDD algorithm parameters;but the Parzen densi- ty estimation only give a better novelty detection rate in our experiments.

DC-DC converter-based multi-bus DC microgrids(MGs) in series have received much attention, where the conflict between voltage recovery and current balancing has been a hot topic. The lack of models that accurately portray the electrical characteristics of actual MGs while is controller design-friendly has kept the issue active. To this end, this paper establishes a large-signal model containing the comprehensive dynamical behavior of the DC MGs based on the theory of high-order fully actuated systems, and proposes distributed optimal control based on this. The proposed secondary control method can achieve the two goals of voltage recovery and current sharing for multi-bus DC MGs. Additionally, the simple structure of the proposed approach is similar to one based on droop control, which allows this control technique to be easily implemented in a variety of modern microgrids with different configurations. In contrast to existing studies, the process of controller design in this paper is closely tied to the actual dynamics of the MGs. It is a prominent feature that enables engineers to customize the performance metrics of the system. In addition, the analysis of the stability of the closed-loop DC microgrid system, as well as the optimality and consensus of current sharing are given. Finally, a scaled-down solar and battery-based microgrid prototype with maximum power point tracking controller is developed in the laboratory to experimentally test the efficacy of the proposed control method.
