目前,城市排水系统存在诸多问题,包括排水不畅、内涝频发等,严重影响了城市的运行和居民的生活。本文研究了在城市排水系统中,排水模型的重要性,以及要运行模型需要准备的基础数据,并结合在真实项目中实践,剖析了排水模型在城市排水上的模拟分析功能及应用,包括对排水管网中淤积问题、雨污混接问题的分析,对内涝淹没区域和程度的推演,对水泵启停调度的模拟和优化等,并取得了较好的应用效果。

为了探究土壤有机质含量及空间分布进而实行分区施肥,本研究以安徽省合肥市长丰县的草莓产业为例,利用长丰县的测土配方项目收集了1986个土壤采样点位的有机质数据,借助普通克里格(OK)、随机森林(RF)、随机森林残差克里格(RFRK)3种预测模型,结合与土壤形成相关的地形、植被等6个环境协变量,对研究区的土壤有机质空间分布进行预测,绘制空间分布图,并依据有机质含量划分施肥分区,针对各个分区提出不同的草莓施肥方案。结果表明,3种模型所预测的土壤有机质总体分布趋势基本一致,呈现北高南低的特点,有机质总体含量为8~30 g·kg^(-1)。根据土壤有机质的丰缺程度,将有机质含量为15~25 g·kg^(-1)的地区划定为中等施肥区,建议施用农家肥45.0~52.5 t·hm^(-2);有机质含量高于25 g·kg^(-1)的地区为低施肥区,建议施用农家肥37.5~45.0 t·hm^(-2);有机质含量低于15 g·kg^(-1)的地区为高施肥区,建议施用农家肥52.5~60.0 t·hm^(-2)。本研究根据预测的土壤有机质空间分布划定草莓施肥分区、制定施肥方案,为不同地区的草莓种植提供指导和参考。

Impact of distance between two hubs on the network coherence of tree networks

We study the impact of the distance between two hubs on network coherence defined by Laplacian *** coherence is a measure of the extent of consensus in a linear system with additive *** obtain an exact determination of coherence based on the distance,we choose a family of tree networks with two hubs controlled by two *** the tree’s regular structure,we obtain analytical expressions of the coherences with regard to network parameters and the network *** then demonstrate that a shorter distance and a larger difference in the degrees of the two hubs lead to a higher *** the same network size and distance,the best coherence occurs in the tree with the largest difference in the hub’s ***,we establish a correlation between network coherence and average path length and find that they behave linearly.

Nanomedicine usually refers to nanoparticles that deliver the functional drugs and siRNAs to treat *** research has suggested that cancer cells can also make nanoparticles that also deliver functional molecules in promoting cancer metastasis,which is the leading cause of various cancer *** nanoparticle is called tumor-derived vesicles,or better-known as tumor-derived exosomes(TEXs).TEXs are nanoscale membrane vesicles(30 e140 nm)that are released continuously by various types of cancer cells and contain tumor-derived functional biomolecules,including lipids,proteins,and genetic *** endogenous TEXs can interact with host immune cells and epithelial cells locally and *** importantly,they can reprogram the recipient cells in favor of promoting metastasis through facilitating tumor cell local invasion,intravasation,immune evasion,extravasation,and survival and growth in distant *** evidence suggests that TEXs play a key role in cancer ***,we will review the most recent findings of how cancer cells harness TEXs to promote cancer metastasis through modulating vascular permeability,suppressing systemic immune surveillance,and creating metastatic *** will also summarize recent research in targeting TEXs to treat cancer metastasis.

In this paper,a group consensus problem is investigated for multiple networked agents with parametric uncertainties where all the agents are governed by the Euler-Lagrange system with uncertain *** the group consensus problem,the agents asymptotically reach several different states rather than one consistent state.A novel group consensus protocol and a time-varying estimator of the uncertain parameters are proposed for each agent in order to solve the couple-group consensus *** is shown that the group consensus is reachable even when the system contains the uncertain ***,the multi-group consensus is discussed as an extension of the couple-group consensus,and then the group consensus with switching topology is *** results are finally provided to validate the effectiveness of the theoretical analysis.

Analysis of Dynamic Tensile Process of Fiber Reinforced Concrete by Acoustic Emission Technique

The fiber reinforced concrete has good dynamic mechanical properties. But corresponding research lacks the dynamic damage characteristics of the polypropylene fiber（fiber of low elastic modulus） and steel fiber（fiber of high elastic modulus） reinforced concrete under medium strain rate（10-6 s-1-10-4 s-1）. In order to study the effect of strain rate on the damage characteristics of fiber reinforced concrete during the full curve damage process, the real time dynamic acoustic emission（AE） technique was applied to monitor the damage process of fiber reinforced concrete at three strain rates. The AE wavelet energy spectrum in ca8 frequency band and average AE peak frequency at three strain rates were analyzed. With the accumulation of damage, the AE wavelet energy spectrum in ca8 frequency band increased first and then decreased, and the average AE peak frequency increased gradually. With the increase of strain rate, the AE wavelet energy spectrum in ca8 frequency band and average AE peak frequency decreased gradually. The polypropylene fiber content has more obvious effect on the Dynamic increase factor（DIF） of the peak stress than the steel fiber content. The theoretical basis was provided for the monitoring of dynamic damage of fiber reinforced concrete based on the AE technique.

Damage Processes of Polypropylene Fiber Reinforced Mortar in Different Fiber Content Revealed by Acoustic Emission Behavior

The performances of the cement-based materials can be improved by the incorporation of polypropylene fiber, but the damage processes become more complex with different fiber contents at the same time. The acoustic emission（AE） technology can achieve the global monitoring of internal damage in materials. The evolution process of failure mode and damage degree of polypropylene fiber reinforced mortar and concrete were analyzed by measuring the AE energy, RA value, AF value and b value. It was found that the cement matrix cracked on the initial stage, the cracks further developed on the medium stage and the fibers were pulled out on the last stage. The matrix cracked with minor injury cracks, but the fiber broke with serious damage cracks. The cumulative AE energy was proportional to the polypropylene fiber reinforced concrete and mortar＇s ductility. The damage mode and damage degree can be judged by identifying the damage stage obtained by the analysis of the AF value.

Kondo effect is a very important many-body phenomenon in condensed matter physics,which explains why the resistance increases as the temperature is lowered (usually <10 K) in dilute magnetic alloy, and why the con-ductance increases as temperature is decreased in quantum dots. This paper simply introduces equilibrium and non- equilibrium Kondo effects in quantum dots together with the Kondo effect in quantum dots with even number of electrons (when the singlet and triplet states are degenerate). Fur-thermore, Kondo effect in single atom/molecular transistors is introduced, which indicates a new way to study Kondo effect.
