Driver steering intention prediction provides an augmented solution to the design of an onboard collaboration mechanism between human driver and intelligent *** this study,a multi-task sequential learning framework is developed to pre-dict future steering torques and steering postures based on upper limb neuromuscular electromyography *** joint representation learning for driving postures and steering intention provides an in-dept. understanding and accurate modelling of driving steering *** different testing scenarios,two driving modes,namely,both-hand and single-right-hand modes,are *** each driving mode,three different driving postures are further ***,a multi-task time-series transformer network(MTS-Trans)is developed to predict the future steering torques and driving postures based on the multi-variate sequential input and the self-attention *** evaluate the multi-task learning performance and information-sharing characteristics within the network,four distinct two-branch network architectures are *** validation is conducted through a driving simulator-based experiment,encompassing 21 *** pro-posed model achieves accurate prediction results on future steering torque prediction as well as driving posture recognition for both two-hand and single-hand driving *** findings hold significant promise for the advancement of driver steering assistance systems,fostering mutual comprehension and synergy between human drivers and intelligent vehicles.

基于XGBoost算法的可恢复耕地宜耕性评价——以湘阴县为例

为科学有序开展可恢复耕地资源的整治,本研究提出一种基于XGBoost算法的可恢复耕地的宜耕性评价方法。选取自然条件、区位条件、社会经济状况以及工程条件等4个方面的因素,涉及海拔高程、坡度级别、国家自然等、集块面积、国家经济等、地块形状等36项影响因素为自变量,以现状可恢复耕地和耕种耕地二分类为因变量,分析各项影响因素对耕地宜耕性评价的重要程度,并进一步结合皮尔逊共线性分析和指标关联性分析,最终得到21项影响因素及其权重P值,优化后影响因素的权重P值相对稳定,其中自然因素对可恢复耕地宜耕性的影响权重最大,区位因素和工程因素权重次之,社会经济因素的权重最小。经过验证发现,预测耕种情况与实际耕种情况的符合率高达91.87%,且具有良好的泛化能力和鲁棒性,预测效果良好。借助上述模型预测得到的湘阴县可恢复耕地地块的宜耕潜力,形成如下认识:全县中西部平原区可恢复耕地宜耕潜力明显优于东部丘陵山区;可恢复耕地中未耕种和即可恢复地块的宜耕潜力高于工程恢复类地块,这些地块均属于良好的整治地块,可优先整治恢复为耕地;从可恢复耕地具体地类来看,坑塘和养殖坑塘类可恢复耕地的宜耕潜力最大,其次为其他林地类可恢复耕地;在耕地整治过程中,应结合可恢复耕地的宜耕性评价,合理有序地开展可恢复耕地的整治;此外,应开展精细化的耕地“非粮化”监测,实施差异化补偿政策,以遏制耕地“非粮化”。

During the construction of an offshore wind farm(OWF),the capital cost of the collector cable system accounts for a large proportion of the total ***,the optimal design of the collector system topology(CST)is one of the most crucial tasks in OWF ***,for a large-scale OWF,the optimal design of CST is a complex integer programming problem with high-dimension variables and various ***,it is difficult to acquire a high-quality optimal design *** address this issue,this paper proposes a new grouping-based optimal design of CST for a large-scale ***,all the wind turbines are divided into multiple groups according to their geographical locations and the maximum allowed connected wind turbines by each *** not only reduces the optimization dimension and difficulty,but also effectively satisfies the‘no cross’constraint by putting the geographically closed wind turbines into the same ***,the electrical topology among different wind turbines in each group is initially generated by an improved dynamic minimum spanning tree(DMST).The division groups of the OWF are then adjusted to further reduce the capital cost by improved simulated *** verify the proposed technique,comparison case studies are carried out with five algorithms on two different OWF.

Hexagonal MnMX-based(M=Co or Ni,X=Si or Ge)alloys exhibit giant reversible barocaloric ***,giant volume expansion would result in the as-cast MnMX ingots fragmenting into powders,and inevitably bring the deterioration of mechanical properties and *** fragmentation can bring degradation of structural transformation entropy change during cyclic application and removal of *** this paper,giant reversible barocaloric effects with high thermal cycle stability can be achieved in the epoxy bonded(MnCoGe)0.96(CuCoSn)0.04 *** reversible isothermal entropy change of 43.0 J·kg^(−1)·K^(−1) and adiabatic temperature change from barocaloric effects(ΔT_(BCE))of 15.6 K can be obtained within a wide temperature span of 30 K at 360 MPa,which is mainly attributed to the integration of the change in the transition temperature driven by pressure of−101 K·GPa^(−1) and suitable thermal hysteresis of 11.1 ***,the variation of reversibleΔ_(TBCE) against the applied hydrostatic pressure reaches up to 43 K·GPa^(−1),which is at the highest level among the other reported giant barocaloric *** importantly,after 60 thermal cycles,the composite does not break and the calorimetric curves coincide well,demonstrating good thermal cycle stability.

An attack-resilient distributed extended Kalman consensus filtering algorithm with applications to multi-UAV tracking problems

This study investigates how the events of deception attacks are distributed during the fusion of multi-sensor nonlinear ***,a deception attack with limited energy(DALE)is introduced under the framework of distributed extended Kalman consensus filtering(DEKCF).Next,a hypothesis testing-based mechanism to detect the abnormal data generated by DALE,in the presence of the error term caused by the linearization of the nonlinear system,is *** the DALE is detected,a new rectification strategy can be triggered to recalibrate the abnormal data,restoring it to its normal ***,an attack-resilient DEKCF(AR-DEKCF)algorithm is proposed,and its fusion estimation errors are demonstrated to satisfy the mean square exponential boundedness performance,under appropriate ***,the effectiveness of the AR-DEKCF algorithm is confirmed through simulations involving multi-unmanned aerial vehicle(multi-UAV)tracking problems.

Nitrogen and fluorine co-doped graphene for ultra-stable lithium metal anodes

The heteroatom doping strategies have been utilized to effectively improve the performance of the carbon-based hosts,such as graphene,for lithium(Li)metal in high energy density lithium metal ***,solely doped graphene hosts often need the assistance of other materials with either better lithiophilicity or electronic conductance to achieve smooth and efficient deposition of Li,which adds extra weight or ***,graphene co-doped by nitrogen and fluorine(NFG)is employed as a stable host for Li,where the N-doping provides lithiophilicity and electronic conductivity lacked by F-doping and the F-doping facilitates fast formation of solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)retarded by *** well regulation of Li plating/stripping and SEI formation is verified by quickly stabilized and small-magnitude voltage hysteresis,which stands out in Li hosts based on doped graphene and leads to excellent long-term cycling performance of NFG based electrodes.A voltage hysteresis of 20 mV is observed for more than 850 h in the symmetrical *** remarkable efficiency of lithium usage is confirmed by the highcapacity retention of a full cell paired with LiFePO_(4)(LFP),which exceeds 70%after 500 *** work presents an innovative perspective on the control of Li plating/stripping by simultaneously introducing two kinds of dopants into graphene and paving the way for exploring practical Li metal batteries.

Exceptional points(EPs),at which two or more eigenvalues and eigenstates of a resonant system coalesce,are associated with non-Hermitian Hamiltonians with gain and/or loss *** encircling of EPs has received significant interest in recent years,as it has been shown to lead to highly nontrivial phenomena,such as chiral transmission in which the final state of the system depends on the encircling ***,chiral transmission for a pair of eigenmodes has been realized by establishing a closed dynamical trajectory in parity-time-(PT-)or anti-PT-symmetric *** chiral transmission of symmetry-broken modes,more accessible in practical photonic integrated circuits,has been realized by establishing a closed trajectory encircling EPs in anti-PTsymmetric systems,the demonstrated transmission efficiency is very low due to path-dependent ***,we demonstrate chiral dynamics in a coupled waveguide system that does not require a closed ***,we explore an open trajectory linking two infinite points having the same asymptotic eigenmodes(not modes in PT-and anti-PT-symmetric systems),demonstrating that this platform enables high-efficiency chiral transmission,with each eigenmode localized in a single *** concept is experimentally implemented in a coupled silicon waveguide system at telecommunication *** work provides a new evolution strategy for chiral dynamics with superior performance,laying the foundation for the development of practical chiral-transmission devices.

Rapid and real-time detection of municipal sludge moisture content based on microwave reflection principle

The moisture content(MC)of municipal sludge is the key factor affecting sludge treatment and disposal technologies,while the vast majority of existing measurement methods are off-line and *** realize rapid online detection for the MC of sludge,a detection method based on the microwave reflection principle is proposed:experiments are carried out and the MC computation model of the sludge is derived using the resonant frequency and the permittivity(e').The results reveal that the detection accuracy of granular sludge with a thickness of 10 mm is *** theoretical model between the MC and the real part of e'is developed,and the relationship between the resonant frequency and e'is expressed by a cubic *** average error and the root mean square error(RMSE)of sludge are 2.06%and 2.49%,*** prediction model for the MC of sludge is also given,and the determination coefficient and RMSE are 0.981 and 2.06%,respectively.
