Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)poses a signiﬁcant threat to human *** to sorafenib in the chemotherapy of HCC is a common and signiﬁcant issue that profoundly impacts clinical *** several members of the transmembrane(TMEM)protein family have been implicated in the occurrence and progression of HCC,the association between TMEM39b and HCC remains *** study revealed a signiﬁcant overexpression of TMEM39b in HCC,which correlated with a poor *** investigation revealed that RAS-selective lethal 3(RSL3)induced pronounced ferroptosis in HCC,and knocking down the expression of TMEM39b signiﬁcantly decreased its ***,following the induction of ferroptosis in HCC by sorafenib,knocking down the expression of TMEM39b also decreased the severity of ferroptosis,enhancing HCC tolerance to *** conclusion,we propose that TMEM39b promotes tumor progression and resistance to sorafenib by inhibiting ferroptosis in HCC.

In recent years,organic solar cells(OSCs)have garnered significant attention due to their distinctive attributes,such as flexibility,lightweight,and solution processing,which position them as alternatives for next-generation solar technologies[1−5].Thanks to breakthroughs in materials development,the power conversion efficiency(PCE)for single-junction OSCs has already surpassed 19%[6−13].The development of photoactive materials is pivotal in enhancing the PCEs,and several reviews have provided insights into materials design[14−18].Herein,we highlight single-junction OSCs based on D18 and its derivatives[19,20].

为了研究土石坝中不同材料间接触面的力学特性,利用清华大学土与结构物接触面循环加载剪切试验机,对粗粒料与混凝土板接触面分别进行了试样缩尺和粒径缩尺试验,得到了缩尺前后的接触面强度与变形特性。根据试验结果,探讨了试样缩尺和粒径缩尺对接触面力学特性的影响,并分析了其机理。结果表明:当试样与粗粒料最大粒径之比大于一定值时,试样缩尺的影响很小;而粒径缩尺后的接触面强度会降低,同时初始剪切模量则有所增长,其影响不能忽略。

本文运用演化博弈的基本理论和研究范式,从转移产业的产业类型视角对集群式转移企业与承接地政府的"转-承"行为进行理论及案例分析。结果表明:低产值-低利润产业集群式转移的演化均衡为{不转移,不承接};高产值-高利润产业集群式转移的演化均衡为{转移,承接};低产值-高利润产业集群式转移的演化均衡为{转移,不承接};对于高产值-低利润产业集群式转移,如果能在集群式转移企业与承接地政府间建立一个良好的合作机制,则可以促使均衡从{不转移,不承接}走向{转移,承接}。

本文对一类特殊的函数型回归模型,提出连续型局部扰动分析的概念;对自变量、因变量和权重函数等三种情形下的扰动分析,基于泛函优化理论,推导出扰动函数的表达式.作为应用,本文考虑常微分方程的统计诊断问题,发现了常微分方程两步估计的边界效应,从而为两步估计中权重函数的选取提供了理论基础;利用模拟和实际数据验证了统计诊断的有效性.
