Major depressive disorder(MDD)is a prevalent psychiatric disease that involves malfunctions of different cell types in the *** studies started to reveal that microglia,the primary resident immune cells,play an important role in the development and progression of *** respond to stress-triggered neuroinflammation,and through the release of proinflammatory cytokines and their metabolic products,microglia may modulate the function of neurons and astrocytes to regulate *** this review,we focused on the role of microglia in the etiology of *** discussed the dynamic states of microglia;the correlative and causal evidence of microglial abnormalities in depression;possible mechanisms of how microglia sense depression-related stress and modulate depression state;and how antidepressive therapies affect *** the role of microglia in depression may shed light on developing new treatment strategies to fight against this devastating mental illness.

Pullback Attractors for a Damped Semilinear Wave Equation with Delays

In this paper, we consider the weakly damped wave equations with hereditary effects, and the nonlinearity f satisfies critical growth. The delay term g（t, ut） may be driven by a function with very weak assumptions, namely, just measurability. We analyze the well-posedness of solutions and verify the existence of the pullback ：D-attractor in CH01（Ω） × CL2 （Ω） by constructing the energy functional and combining with the idea of the contractive function.

Desmoplastic tumors have an abundance of stromal cells and the extracellular matrix which usually result in therapeutic *** treatment prescriptions for desmoplastic tumors are usually not sufficient to eliminate the ***,through modulating cancer-associated fibroblasts(CAFs)which are the most abundant cell type among all stromal cells,natural products have improved chemotherapies and the delivery of nanomedicines to the tumor cells,showing promising ability to improve treatment effects on desmoplastic *** this review,we discussed the latest advances in inhibiting desmoplastic tumors by modeling CAFs using natural products,highlighting the potential therapeutic abilities of natural products in targeting CAFs for cancer treatment.

A STUDY ON DECISION-MAKING OF FOOD SUPPLY CHAIN BASED ON BIG DATA

As more and more companies have captured and analyzed huge volumes of data to improve the performance of supply chain, this paper develops a big data harvest model that uses big data as inputs to make more informed production decisions in the food supply chain. By introducing a method of Bayesian network, this paper integrates sample data and finds a cause-and-effect between data to predict market demand. Then the deduction graph model that translates products demand into processes and divides processes into tasks and assets is presented, and an example of how big data in the food supply chain can be combined with Bayesian network and deduction graph model to guide production decision. Our conclusions indicate that the analytical framework has vast potential for supporting support decision making by extracting value t^om big data.

Gene therapy for neurodegenerative disorders:advances, insights and prospects

Gene therapy is rapidly emerging as a powerful therapeutic strategy for a wide range of neurodegenerative disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease(AD), Parkinson’s disease(PD) and huntington’s disease(HD). Some early clinical trials have failed to achieve satisfactory therapeutic effects. Efforts to enhance effectiveness are now concentrating on three major fields: identification of new vectors,novel therapeutic targets, and reliable of delivery routes for transgenes. These approaches are being assessed closely in preclinical and clinical trials, which may ultimately provide powerful treatments for patients. Here, we discuss advances and challenges of gene therapy for neurodegenerative disorders,highlighting promising technologies, targets, and future prospects.

目的探讨全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)术后患者运动恐惧发展轨迹及影响因素。方法采用方便抽样法,选取2023年2月—6月武汉市3所三级甲等医院THA术后患者作为研究对象。在患者术后1~2 d(T1)发放一般情况调查表、恐动症Tampa评分量表、运动自我效能量表、骨科社会支持量表、广泛性焦虑障碍量表、患者健康问卷抑郁量表和疼痛视觉模拟评分表,术后1周(T2)、1个月(T3)、3个月(T4)时,再次采用上述量表进行调查,评估其运动恐惧水平及生理、心理状况。采用潜类别增长模型对运动恐惧轨迹进行分类,并分析不同类别运动恐惧的影响因素。结果共纳入263例THA术后患者,其运动恐惧轨迹分为4个潜在类别,分别为C1高运动恐惧持续组29例、C2中运动恐惧改善组41例、C3低运动恐惧改善组131例、C4无运动恐惧组62例。无序多分类logistic回归分析显示,相较于C4无运动恐惧组,THA患者运动恐惧轨迹类别发展为C1高运动恐惧持续组的影响因素为年龄[比值比(odds ratio,OR)=1.081,95%置信区间(confidence interval,CI)(1.025,1.140)]、有合并症[OR=6.471,95%CI(1.831,22.872)]、T1~T4时间点运动自我效能评分均分[OR=0.867,95%CI(0.808,0.931)]和T1~T4时间点疼痛评分均分[OR=7.981,95%CI(1.718,37.074)],发展为C2中运动恐惧改善组的影响因素为年龄[OR=1.049,95%CI(1.010,1.089)]、文化程度[OR=0.244,95%CI(0.085,0.703)]和T1~T4时间点疼痛评分均分[OR=8.357,95%CI(2.300,30.368)],发展为C3低运动恐惧改善组的影响因素为T1~T4时间点的运动自我效能评分均分[OR=0.871,95%CI(0.825,0.920)]和疼痛评分均分[OR=4.167,95%CI(1.544,11.245)]。结论THA术后患者的运动恐惧呈现不同的变化轨迹,护士应重视对高龄、文化程度低、合并慢性疾病、运动自我效能低下、疼痛水平高的患者运动恐惧的评估和干预。

＜正＞ In this paper, an intelligent action with the computing algorithm was proposed for the application of the biomedical robot. It proposed a new technology for human eggs retrieval. A robotic assistant was used for helping surgeons in the medical fields. The system provided the direct control with the video camera. An optimal control was design for the robot system. The control system was expected to enhance the overall performance of the system during eggs retrieval procedure. Joint space can be considered as a manipulator dynamics based on the inputs and the output of trajectory planning algorithm in terms of a time sequence of the values attained by position, velocity, and acceleration. The optimal control algorithms were demonstrated and computed for the system of the robot manipulators. The results of a simulation and an experiment proved that a fast motion of the safe arm was in the robot self state. The intelligent computing algorithm was very effective for a robust control of robotic system.

Simultaneous polarization separation and switching for 100-Gbps DP-QPSK signals in backbone networks

We propose a novel scheme of simultaneous polarization separation and switching, based on the orthogonallypolarized four-wave mixing(FWM) effect, for ultra-high-speed polarization multiplexing(Pol-MUX) fiber networks such as 100-Gbps and 400-Gbps backbone networks. We use theoretical and experimental analysis of the vector theory of FWM to successfully achieve polarization separation and all-optical switching by utilizing a 100-Gbps dual polarizationquadrature phase shift keying(DP-QPSK) signal and two orthogonally-polarized pumps. Both of the polarization-separated QPSK signals have clear constellation diagrams, with root mean square(RMS) error vector magnitudes(EVMs) of 14.32%and 14.11% respectively. The wavelengths of idlers can be created at 30 different wavelengths, which are consistent with International Telecommunication Union-Telecommunication(ITU-T) wavelengths, by flexibly changing the wavelength of the pump light. Moreover, the idlers that have distinct wavelengths have power distributed in a range from-10 dBm to-15 dBm, which can support error-free transmission. The power penaltyis 5 d B lower than that of back-to-back(BTB)signal for both the X-and Y-polarization components measured at a bit error ratio(BER) of 3.8×10^(-3). Our experimental results indicate that this scheme has promising applications in future backbone networks.
