Inverted perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have attracted broad research and industrial interest owing to their suppressed hysteresis,cost-effectiveness,and easy-fabrication.However,the issue of non-radiative recombination losses at the n-type interface between the perovskite and fullerene has impeded further improvement of photovoltaic performance.Here,we modify the n-type interface of FAPbI_(3) perovskite films by constructing a stereochemical two-dimensional(2D) perovskite interlayer,in which the organic cations comprise both pyridine and ammonium groups.The pyridine N donor can create stable bonding with the surface-uncoordinated Pb on the perovskite,thereby passivating the shallow-level defects and enhancing the air stability of the film.Furthermore,the pyridine N donor also offers a positive polar interface to decrease the surface work function of the perovskite film,enabling n-type modification.Ultimately,we employ a p-i-n photovoltaic(PV) device with the positive dipole interlayer at perovskite/fullerene contact and achieve remarkable photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE) of 22.0%.

Physics-informed neural networks(PINNs)have become an attractive machine learning framework for obtaining solutions to partial differential equations(PDEs).PINNs embed initial,boundary,and PDE constraints into the loss function.The performance of PINNs is generally affected by both training and sampling.Specifically,training methods focus on how to overcome the training difficulties caused by the special PDE residual loss of PINNs,and sampling methods are concerned with the location and distribution of the sampling points upon which evaluations of PDE residual loss are accomplished.However,a common problem among these original PINNs is that they omit special temporal information utilization during the training or sampling stages when dealing with an important PDE category,namely,time-dependent PDEs,where temporal information plays a key role in the algorithms used.There is one method,called Causal PINN,that considers temporal causality at the training level but not special temporal utilization at the sampling level.Incorporating temporal knowledge into sampling remains to be studied.To fill this gap,we propose a novel temporal causality-based adaptive sampling method that dynamically determines the sampling ratio according to both PDE residual and temporal causality.By designing a sampling ratio determined by both residual loss and temporal causality to control the number and location of sampled points in each temporal sub-domain,we provide a practical solution by incorporating temporal information into sampling.Numerical experiments of several nonlinear time-dependent PDEs,including the Cahn–Hilliard,Korteweg–de Vries,Allen–Cahn and wave equations,show that our proposed sampling method can improve the performance.We demonstrate that using such a relatively simple sampling method can improve prediction performance by up to two orders of magnitude compared with the results from other methods,especially when points are limited.

A new Early Cretaceous enantiornithine bird from Liaoning Province of northeastern China, Shengjingornis yangi, gen. et sp. nov., is reported. This new bird possesses the following unique combination of features： a long rostrum, with some teeth in the front; short nasal; slender jugal; Y-shaped furcula, with expanded distal end of the hypocleidum; cake-like sternum, with a low and caudally distributed keel; strut-like and caudally concave coracoid. The derived features of the scapula and the wings suggest a powerful flapping flight capability.

A new genus and species of eutriconodont mammal,Chaoyangodens lii gen.et sp.nov.,from the Dawangzhangzi bed of Yixian Formation,Lingyuan,Liaoning,is reported.The new species has a tooth formula I5-C1-P1-M3/i4-c1-p1-m4,unique among eutriconodonts in having only one premolar in lower and upper jaws,respectively,and a distinctive diastema between the canine and the premolar.Its simple incisors and reduced premolars show a mosaic combination of primitive and derived features.This new taxon adds to the diverse group of Jehol eutriconodonts.Among the known species from at least three horizons,there seems no evolutionary trend in morphology that is recognizable,except for that larger species are all from the Lujiatun bed of the Yixian Fm.A thorough and systematic analysis involving all the Jehol eutriconodonts is needed to understand their phylogenetic relationships.

目的:基于网络药理学及体外细胞实验分析生姜泻心汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的潜在作用。方法:运用中医系统药理学数据库及分析平台(TCMSP)筛选生姜泻心汤的活性成分及相关靶点,利用GeneGards、在线人类孟德尔遗传(OMIM)、药物遗传学和药物基因组学知识库(PharmGkb)、治疗靶点数据库(TTD)和开放数据药物和药物靶标数据库(DrugBank)筛选UC疾病靶点,将药物靶点与疾病靶点匹配所得交集靶点导入互作基因/蛋白质检索工具(STRING)数据库构建蛋白相互作用(PPI)网络,并构建药物-成分-靶点-疾病网络。采用分子对接分析核心靶点和活性成分结合力,并通过脂多糖(LPS)诱导人结直肠腺癌细胞(Caco2细胞)损伤模型,给予生姜泻心汤干预24 h后,采用qPCR和免疫荧光探索生姜泻心汤对核心靶点的作用。结果:生姜泻心汤治疗UC的有效成分共215个,靶点171个,其中潜在核心有效成分为姜烯酮A、槲皮素、山柰酚、汉黄芩素和柚皮素;核心靶点包括HIF1A、STAT3、CTNNB1、CASP3、AKT1、IL-1β、TP53、EGFR和JUN。分子对接结果显示,AKT1、TP53和IL-1β与姜烯酮A、槲皮素、山柰酚、汉黄芩素和柚皮素均有较强的结合能力。细胞实验发现,生姜泻心汤干预LPS刺激Caco2细胞模型,能显著地抑制AKT1、TP53和IL-1β基因和蛋白的表达。结论:生姜泻心汤能够调控AKT1、TP53和IL-1β等靶点,发挥治疗UC的作用。

特细砂煤矸石混凝土力学性能试验研究

为实现煤矸石的高效利用,制作可直接用于矿井巷道地面的煤矸石混凝土,以煤矸石取代天然粗骨料的取代率、水灰比大小、外加剂掺量为影响因素,通过三因素三水平正交设计的方法对C20、C30、C40三种强度煤矸石混凝土的力学性能进行试验研究,探索各因素对煤矸石混凝土立方体试验试件的力学性能影响机制。结果表明:煤矸石取代率对混凝土立方体抗压强度的影响最大,对于C20、C30、C40三种强度等级的煤矸石混凝土,取代率为80%的28 d混凝土立方体抗压强度分别为取代率为0时的64.1%、63.4%、62.2%,而取代率为100%的28 d混凝土立方体抗压强度分别为取代率为0时的53.0%、56.8%、61.5%,与天然骨料混凝土相比,煤矸石骨料混凝土力学性能较弱,总体上强度偏低;对7、28 d两种龄期,取代率分别为80%和100%的煤矸石混凝土的立方体抗压强度和轴心抗压强度进行回归分析,得到的结果与现行国家规范中对普通混凝土的要求相近,表明取代率为80%和100%的煤矸石混凝土轴心抗压强度能够满足要求;由于煤矸石骨料自身力学性能较差,导致煤矸石混凝土劈裂强度不能达到规范要求,弹性模量明显低于普通混凝土,泊松比试验值离散性较大,变化规律不明显。基于试验结果,确定陕北矿业公司柠条塔煤矿巷道地坪C20级强度煤矸石混凝土最佳配比为:煤矸石取代率为100%、水胶比为0.45、不掺加减水剂,即水泥、水、黄砂、煤矸石质量比为1∶0.45∶1.31∶2.67。

Millimeter-wave(mmWave)technology has been well studied for both outdoor long-distance transmission and indoor short-range communication.In the recently emerging fiber-to-the-room(FTTR)architecture in the home network of the fifth generation fixed networks(F5G),mmWave technology can be cascaded well to a new optical network terminal in the room to enable extremely high data rate communication(i.e.,>10 Gb/s).In the FTTR+mmWave scenario,the rapid degradation of the mmWave signal in long-distance transmission and the significant loss against wall penetration are no longer the bottlenecks for real application.Moreover,the surrounding walls of every room provide excellent isolation to avoid interference and guarantee security.This paper provides insights and analysis for the new FTTR+mmWave architecture to improve the customer experience in future broadband services such as immersive audiovisual videos.

近年来,在线学习由于其巨大的实际应用价值,已经得到人们广泛的研究.然而,在许多开放环境应用场景下,当前时刻数据可能会增加新的特征,而下一时刻只有部分原有特征得以继承.例如,在环境监测中,新的传感器部署会产生数据新特征;下一时刻部分旧的传感器失效,部分原有特征被保留.这样的数据被称为特征继承性增减的流式数据.传统的在线学习算法大多建立在数据特征空间稳定不变的基础之上,无法直接处理此种情形.针对上述问题,提出了一种面向特征继承性增减的在线分类算法(online classification algorithm with feature inheritably increasing and decreasing,OFID)及其2种变体.当新特征出现时,通过结合在线被动主动方法与结构风险最小化原则分别更新原始特征与新增特征上的分类器;当旧特征消失时,对数据流使用Frequent-Directions算法进行补全,使得旧分类器得以继续更新迭代.从理论上证明了OFID系列算法的损失上界,同时通过大量的实验验证了所提算法的有效性.

单变量序列数据分类涉及现实世界的诸多应用领域,具有重要的研究意义与应用价值。目前,单变量序列数据分类领域的发展处于深度学习逐渐取代传统方法的关键时期,但相关的归纳综述仍然很少。为了促进未来研究,本文对单变量序列数据分类方法进行了全面的总结,根据提取分类信息的不同,将现有分类方法分为基于形状信息、基于频率信息、基于上下文信息以及基于信息融合4种类别。此外,本文依托公开数据集对典型分类方法进行了对比与分析,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。

The many-banded krait,Bungarus multicinctus,has been recorded as the animal resource of JinQianBaiHuaShe in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Characterization of its venoms classified chief phyla of modern animal neurotoxins.However,the evolutionary origin and diversification of its neurotoxins as well as biosynthesis of its active compounds remain largely unknown due to the lack of its high-quality genome.Here,we present the 1.58 Gbp genome of B.multicinctus assembled into 18 chromosomes with contig/scaffold N50 of 7.53 Mbp/149.8 Mbp.Major bungarotoxin-coding genes were clustered within genome by family and found to be associated with ancient local duplications.The truncation of glycosylphosphatidylinositol anchor in the 3'-terminal of a LY6E paralog released modern three-finger toxins(3FTxs)from membrane tethering before the Colubroidea divergence.Subsequent expansion and mutations diversified and recruited these 3FTxs.After the cobra/krait divergence,the modern unit-B ofβ-bungarotoxin emerged with an extra cysteine residue.A subsequent point substitution in unit-A enabled theβ-bungarotoxin covalent linkage.The B.multicinctus gene expression,chromatin topological organization,and histone modification characteristics were featured by transcriptome,proteome,chromatin conformation capture sequencing,and ChIP-seq.The results highlighted that venom production was under a sophisticated regulation.Our findings provide new insights into snake neurotoxin research,meanwhile will facilitate antivenom development,toxin-driven drug discovery and the quality control of JinQianBaiHuaShe.
