Time headway is an important index used in characterizing dangerous driving behaviors. This research focuses on the decreasing tendency of time headway and investigates its association with crash occurrence. An autoregressive（AR） time-series model is improved and adopted to describe the dynamic variations of average daily time headway. Based on the model, a simple approach for dangerous driving behavior recognition is proposed with the aim of significantly decreasing headway. The effectivity of the proposed approach is validated by means of empirical data collected from a medium-sized city in northern China. Finally, a practical early-warning strategy focused on both the remaining life and low headway is proposed to remind drivers to pay attention to their driving behaviors and the possible occurrence of crash-related risks.

Chronic human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infection not only causes a gradual loss of CD4~+T cells but also leads to a disturbance of the T cell receptor(TCR) repertoire. In people living with HIV(PLWH), monitoring TCR repertoire is challenged by the inconsistency of complementarity determining region 3(CDR3) and limited cell numbers in clinical samples. Thus, a quantitative method is necessary for monitoring the TCR repertoire in *** characterized the TCR V-J pairing profile of na?ve and memory CD4~+T cells in healthy donors, HIV-infected antiretroviral therapy(ART)-na?ve patients and long-term(over5 years) ART-experienced patients by performing TCR sequencing. We developed a V-J index with 18 parameters which were subdivided into five categories(expression coverage, cumulative percentage of the top tenth percentile, diversity, intra-individual similarity and inter-individual similarity). In ART-na?ve patients, 14 of the 18 parameters were significantly ***-term ART recovered ten parameters. The four unrecovered parameters were related to inter-individual ***, these findings indicate that long-term ART could only partially recover TCR V-J pairs and introduce newly impacted V-J pairs. Moreover, these results provide new insights into the V-J pairing of the TCR and into the disturbance of TCR repertoire in HIV infection.

Study on multi-size seed-metering device for vertical plate soybean precision planter

Aiming to solve the problem of small range of the appropriately sowing seeds existing in a vertical disc seed-metering device,the planter plate series with four sizes were developed according to the variety and size distribution of all soybeans in *** structure and working principle of the vertical disc soybean seed-metering device were detailed,and the influence of the diameter of soybean on the working performance of the seed-metering device was analyzed through the software EDEM virtual simulation,so as to achieve the goal of covering the soybean seeds with all sizes by the minimum planter plate series as well as to obtain the most appropriate operating speed of each planter plate by *** the planter plates with the hole diameter of 7,9,12,16 mm,the appropriate size ranges of sowing seeds are 4.5-6.0,6.0-8.0,8.0-10.5,10.5-13.0 mm,respectively,and the appropriate operating speeds are 9,8,7,6 km/h,*** results show that this planter plate series can meet the requirements of seeding with all sizes of soybeans at the range of the most appropriate operating *** study method can provide a reference for design and optimization of precision planters.

Anti-Corrosion and Reconstruction of Surface Crystal Plane for Zn Anodes by an Advanced Metal Passivation Technique

Tunable light–matter interactions are exhibited by organic low-dimensional crystals, making these crystals a promising platform for organic photonics. However, the precise synthesis of organic low-dimensional crystals remains challenging due to the stochastic nature of molecular nucleation processes. Herein, the directed nucleation process is driven by the introduction of metastable seed-crystals as the trunk, which ultimately leads to branched-array organic heterostructures. The successful formation of organic heterostructures with high-density branched arrays is attributed to the highest attachment energy (Eatt（023）=-104.25 kcal mol-1) of the exposed （023） crystal plane during the seed-crystal growth route. Significantly, these as-prepared heterostructures inherently have an ultralow lattice mismatch ratio η of 0.7%between trunk and branch, which contributes to the multi-channel photon transportation. Therefore, this work provides valuable insights into a versatile synthetic strategy for accessing low-dimensional heterostructures for integrated optoelectronics.

Red blood cells(RBCs)are an excellent choice for cell preparation research because of their biocompatibility,high drug loading,and long *** this study,doxorubicin(DOX)was encapsulated with RBCs as the *** biotin-avidin system binding principle was used to modify biotinylated cyclic arginine-glycine-aspartic acid(cRGD)onto RBC surfaces for accurate targeting,high drug loading,and sustained drug *** RBC drug delivery system(DDS)was characterized,and the concentration of surface sulfur in the energy spectrum was 6.330%.The physical and chemical properties of RBC DDS were as follows:drug content,0.857 mg/mL;particle size,3339 nm;potential value,12.5 mV;and cumulative release rate,81.35%.There was no significant change in RBC morphology for up to seven *** results of the targeting and cytotoxicity studies of RBC DDS showed that many RBCs covered the surfaces of U251 cells,and the fluorescence intensity was higher than that of MCF-7 *** IC50 value of unmodified drug-loaded RBCs was 2.5 times higher than that of targeted modified drug-loaded RBCs,indicating that the targeting of cancer cells produced satisfactory *** study confirms that the RBC DDS has the characteristics of accurate targeting,high drug loading,and slow drug release,which increases its likelihood of becoming a clinical cancer treatment in the future.

Accurate modeling and recognition of the brain activity patterns for reliable communication and interaction are still a challenging task for the motor imagery （MI） brain-computer interface （BCI） system. In this paper, we propose a common spatial pattern （CSP） and chaotic particle swarm optimization （CPSO） twin support vector machine （TWSVM） scheme for classification of MI electroencephalography （EEG）. The self-adaptive artifact removal and CSP were used to obtain the most distinguishable features. To improve the recognition results, CPSO was employed to tune the hyper-parameters of the TWSVM classifier. The usefulness of the proposed method was evaluated using the BCI competition IV-IIa dataset. The experimental results showed that the mean recognition accuracy of our proposed method was increased by 5.35%, 4.33%, 0.78%, 1.45%, and 9.26% compared with the CPSO support vector machine （SVM）, particle swarm optimization （PSO） TWSVM, linear discriminant analysis （LDA）, back propagation （BP） and probabilistic neural network （PNN）, respectively. Furthermore, it achieved a faster or comparable central processing unit （CPU） running time over the traditional SVM methods.
