A visible light-promoted fast photochemical Wolff rearrangement was developed toward synthesis of α-substituted amides in continuous flow with the use of a photochemical oscillatory flow reactor(POFR).The control experiment indicates that a fast process of the Wolff rearrangement(<40 s) is involved. Notably, this protocol does not require excess use of any reactants, and the resulting α-substituted amides could be isolated by recrystallization in good to excellent yields.

Poly（ethylene oxide）-based polymer all-solid-state lithium metal batteries（ASSLBs） have received widespread attention due to their low cost,good process ability,and high energy ***,the growth of Li dendrites within polymer solid-state electrolytes damages the reversibility of Li anodes and still impedes their widespread *** efficient strategy is to construct a superior solid electrolyte ***,a stable interface enriched with Li3N and LiF is in-situ formed between Li anode and a terna ry salt *** terna ry salt electrolyte is innovatively designed by introducing lithium bis（trifluoromethane sulfonyl）imide（LiTFSI）,lithium bis（fluorosulfonyl）imide（LiFSI）,and LiNO3to poly（ethylene oxide） *** characterization indicates that LiNO3and LiFSI contribute to forming a Li3N-LiF-enriched interface and meanwhile LiTFSI ensures excellent ***,among various Li compound components,Li3N has high ionic conductivity,which is beneficial for reducing overpotential,while LiF has high interfacial energy which can enhance nucleation energy and suppress the formation of Li *** experimental results show that ASSLBs coupled with LiFePO4cathode display extremely excellent cycle stability approximately 2200 cycles at 2 C,with a final and corresponding discharge specific capacity of 96.7 mA h g-1. Additionally,a schematic illustration of the working mechanism for the Li3N-LiF interface is proposed.

BACKGROUND At present,China has become the country with the largest number of individuals with diabetes mellitus(DM)in the world,with a total of approximately 140 million patients,the majority of whom have type 2 DM(T2DM).Based on conven-tional nursing methods,community home care has important clinical significance in controlling blood sugar and disease *** To explore the impact of community public health nursing on treatment effect,health cognition,and self-management in patients with *** One hundred patients with T2DM were selected as the research *** patients were divided into either a conventional nursing group or community nursing(CN)group using the random number table *** conventional nursing group(50 cases)received routine care,while the CN group(50 cases)received community public health care in addition to routine care as that for the conventional nursing *** rate of excellent and good blood glucose control,fasting blood glucose before and after care,2-h postprandial blood glucose,health cognition,and self-management ability,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two *** The CN group had a higher rate of excellent blood sugar control than the conventional nursing group(88%vs 70%,P0.05).After nursing,fasting blood glucose and 2-h postprandial blood glucose were reduced to varying degrees in both groups,and both blood glucose levels in the CN group were lower than those of the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Compared with the scores before care,the cognitive level score for diabetes and self-management ability score improved after care in both *** cognitive level and self-management ability of patients in the CN group were higher than those of the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the CN group was better than

As the elderly population expands,the pursuit of therapeutics to reduce morbidity and extend lifespan has become increasingly *** an FDA-approved drug for chronic cholestatic liver diseases,tauroursodeoxycholic acid(TUDCA),a natural bile acid,offers additional health benefits beyond liver ***,we show that TUDCA extends the lifespan and healthspan of ***,oral supplementation of TUDCA improves fitness in old mice,including clinically relevant phenotypes,exercise capacity and cognitive ***,TUDCA treatment drives broad transcriptional changes correlated with anti-aging ***,we discover that TUDCA targets the chaperone HSP90 to promote its protein refolding *** collaboration further alleviates aging-induced endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress and facilitates protein homeostasis,thus offering resistance to *** summary,our findings uncover new molecular links between an endogenous metabolite and protein homeostasis,and propose a novel anti-aging strategy that could improve both lifespan and healthspan.

BACKGROUND Depression is a prevalent mental health disorder with significant impacts on individuals and *** hypothesize that combining family cognitive therapy(FCT)with pharmacotherapy will be more effective in managing depression and improving family dynamics than pharmacotherapy *** To investigate the effects of FCT combined with sertraline on depression,aggressive behavior,and family functioning in patients with major depressive disorder(MDD).METHODS This study involved 178 patients diagnosed with MDD at the Shaoxing 7th People's Hospital from January 2022 to April *** were divided into two groups according to whether they received *** included both patientfocused cognitive therapy and family-focused psychological guidance over a 12-week *** The observation group receiving combined treatment showed significantly greater reductions in depressive symptoms(Beck Depression Inventory scores:27.4±4.7 to 18.6±5.2)compared to the control group(28.1±5.5 to 20.9±4.9),with P=0.031 for the difference between *** in family functioning and marital quality were also observed,with P<0.001 for key dimensions on the Family Assessment Device and Enrich Marital *** The combination of FCT with sertraline effectively reduces depressive symptoms and improves family dynamics in patients with MDD.

本研究旨在探讨肉苁蓉苯乙醇苷(Cistanche phenylethanol glycosides,CPhGs)对慢性不可预知温和应激(chronic unpredictable mild stress,CUMS)诱导的小鼠抑郁样行为的治疗效果及其机制。将小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、CPhGs高剂量组(700 mg/kg)、CPhGs中剂量组(350 mg/kg)、CPhGs低剂量组(175 mg/kg)和氟西汀组(15 mg/kg)。给予相应药物干预4周后,进行神经行为学测试;酶联免疫法检测血清中神经递质水平、海马组织中炎症因子和炎症介质含量;苏木精-伊红染色和尼氏染色观察海马组织病理变化;采用免疫组织化学和免疫荧光法分析小鼠海马组织中星形胶质细胞和小胶质细胞密度,以及类Toll受体4(toll-like receptor 4,TLR4)、核因子κB(nuclear factorκB,NF-κB)和Nod样受体蛋白3(Nod-like receptor protein 3,NLRP3)的表达水平。结果显示,CPhGs能改善小鼠抑郁样行为,提高糖水偏好率和减少不动时间,显著增强了小鼠血清中的5-羟色胺和多巴胺水平,抑制海马中炎症介质和因子的表达。免疫组织化学分析表明,CPhGs可增加海马星形胶质细胞的密度,减少小胶质细胞的激活,并抑制NLRP3炎症小体相关蛋白的表达。免疫荧光实验结果表明CPhGs减少炎症小体形成的作用机制是降低海马组织中TLR4/NF-κB信号通路的活化。综上所述,CPhGs对CUMS诱导的抑郁样行为表现出明显的抗抑郁作用,其机制可能是通过调节神经递质水平与抑制神经炎症反应,该研究为其在抑郁症治疗中的应用提供了实验依据。

分析质量分数1%茶多酚(TP)和不同浓度腺苷三磷酸(ATP)复合处理对鲜切苹果贮藏期间品质的影响,并初步探究TP和ATP复合处理抑制贮藏期间鲜切苹果的褐变和延长货架期的机制。结果表明:与蒸馏水(CK组)相比,TP+ATP处理能够有效延缓鲜切苹果贮藏期间硬度及抗坏血酸、可滴定酸、总可溶性固形物含量的降低以及褐变指数和失重率的增加,促进γ-氨基丁酸的积累;TP和ATP复合处理总体上可有效提高鲜切苹果总酚含量和谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力,抑制多酚氧化酶(PPO)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性,且降低鲜切苹果贮藏期间菌落总数、霉菌和酵母菌总数。综上,TP和ATP复合处理可有效提高贮藏期间鲜切苹果的品质和营养价值,并抑制其褐变、病原菌生长,从而延长鲜切苹果的货架期。
