Chinese wingnut(Pterocarya stenoptera)is a medicinally and economically important tree species within the family ***,the lack of high-quality reference genome has hindered its in-depth *** this study,we successfully assembled its chromosome-level genome and performed multiomics analyses to address its evolutionary history and synthesis of medicinal components.A thorough examination of genomes has uncovered a significant expansion in the Lateral Organ Boundaries Domain gene family among the winged group in *** notable increase may be attributed to their frequent exposure to flood-prone *** further differentiation between Chinese wingnut and Cyclocarya paliurus,significant positive selection occurred on the genes of NADH dehydrogenase related to mitochondrial aerobic respiration in Chinese wingnut,enhancing its ability to cope with waterlogging *** genomic analysis revealed Chinese wingnut evolved more unique genes related to arginine synthesis,potentially endowing it with a higher capacity to purify nutrient-rich water *** of terpene synthase families enables the production of increased quantities of terpenoid volatiles,potentially serving as an evolved defense mechanism against herbivorous *** combined transcriptomic and metabolomic analysis,we identified the candidate genes involved in the synthesis of terpenoid *** study offers essential genetic resources for Chinese wingnut,unveiling its evolutionary history and identifying key genes linked to the production of terpenoid volatiles.

盐渍是一种传统的鱼片加工、贮藏方式,盐渍鳕鱼是中国出口水产品中一种工艺较复杂、附加值较高的产品,以巴西和葡萄牙的消费量最大。但2014—2021年出口巴西的盐渍鳕鱼产品大幅下降,主要原因是官方检查生产体系严格、法律法规要求严格、注册内容严格等。巴西对盐渍鳕鱼危害分析与关键控制点计划与中国企业存在争议,故文章通过分析盐分、水分、水分活度对关键控制点的影响,研究巴西注册流程,并对建立盐渍鳕鱼危害分析与关键控制点计划提出建议,对盐渍鳕鱼生产控制水平的提升和促进盐渍鳕鱼出口巴西具有十分重要的意义。

地下采矿活动中,爆破作业是采矿的核心环节。回采作业的安全性,高效性、合理性等对后续的出矿、充填、运输等环节均有很大影响。面对现在井下回采进路断面规格成型差,对充填体影响大、存在粘夹矿等安全隐患的情况,对原爆破方式进行改进,将预裂爆破方式融合到现有的爆破作业中,进而控制进路宽度及两帮滑面,保证断面成型,减少后续的支护等作业,并为充填准备提供良好的作业条件,从而达到安全高效的回采作业。

A 2D and 3D kinematically admissible rotational failure mechanism is presented for homogeneous slurry trenches in frictional/cohesive *** approaches are derived to obtain the upper bounds on slurry trench stability in the strict framework of limit *** is shown that the factor of safety from a 3D analysis will be greater than that from a 2D *** with the limit equilibrium method,the limit analysis method yields an unconservative estimate on the safety factors.A set of examples are presented in a wide range of parameters for 2D and 3D homogeneous slurry *** factor of safety increases with increasing slurry and soil bulk density ratio,cohesion,friction angle,and with decreasing slurry level depth and trench depth ratio,trench width and depth *** is convenient to assess the safety for the homogeneous slurry trenches in practical applications.

Using a volume-limited sample of Main Galaxies from SDSS Data Release 5, we investigate the dependence of galaxy properties on local environment. For each galaxy, a local three-dimensional density is calculated. We find that the galaxy morphological type depends strongly on the local environment; galaxies in dense environments have predominantly early type morphologies. Galaxy colors have only a weak dependence on the environment. This puts an important constraint on the process of galaxy formation.

目的：探讨冻融胚胎移植（frozen embryo transfer,FET）妊娠后妊娠期高血压疾病（hypertensive disorders of pregnancy,HDP）发病的影响因素，构建HDP发病的预测模型。方法：纳入2019年1月—2023年5月于兰州大学第一医院生殖医学中心行FET的周期临床资料，根据排除标准剔除不符合的周期，对所纳入患者的一般临床资料、FET相关资料和HDP发病情况进行统计分析。采用最小绝对收缩和选择算子（least absolute shrinkage and selection operator,LASSO）回归技术对预测因子进行选择，按照7∶3的比例将最终纳入的4 079个周期随机分配为训练集（n=2 855）和验证集（n=1 224）。采用多因素Logistic回归分析建立HDP发病的预测模型并采用列线图表示。采用曲线下面积（area under the curve,AUC）、Hosmer-Lemeshow拟合优度检验和决策曲线分析（decision curve analysis,DCA）评估模型。结果：根据LASSO回归分析计算选择7个非零系数变量，进行多因素Logistic回归分析后，将内膜准备方案、多囊卵巢综合征（polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS）、子宫内膜异位症、卵巢储备功能减退、女方高血压家族史、体质量指数和妊娠囊数量共7个因素作为预测因子建立模型并用列线图展示，训练集AUC为0.728，验证集AUC为0.734,Hosmer-Lemeshow检验显示该模型拟合好（P=0.867，平均绝对误差=0.004）,DCA提示当患者临床妊娠的阈值概率在7%～64%之间时，应用该列线图可增加净收益。结论：建立的FET妊娠HDP发病预测模型具有一定的区分能力，可为临床提供参考，但仍需进一步开发更有效的预测因子。
