Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(SFTS)virus(SFTSV)is an emerging tick-borne virus with high fatality.and an expanding ***,effective anti-SFTSV intervention remains ***(T-705)was recently reported to show in vitro and in animal model antiviral efficacy against ***,we conducted a single-blind,randomized controlled trial to assess the efficacy.and safety of T-705 in treating SFTS(Chinese Clinical Trial Registry website,number ChiCTR1900023350).From May to August 2018,laboratory-confirmed SFTS patients were recruited from a designated hospital and randomly assigned to receive oral T-705 in combination with supportive care or supportive care *** outcome occurred in 9.5%(7/74)of T-705 treated patients and 18.3%(13/71)of controls(odds ratio,0.466,95%Cl,0.174-1.247).Cox regression showed a significant reduction in case fatality rate(CFR)with an adjusted hazard ratio of 0.366(95%Cl,0.142-0.944).Among the low-viral load subgroup(RT-PCR cycle threshold>26),T-705 treatment significantly reduced CFR from 11.5 to 1.6%(P=0.029),while no between-arm difference was observed in the high-viral load subgroup(RT-PCR cycle thresholdhe T-705-treated group showed shorter viral clearance,lower incidence of hemorrhagic signs,and faster recovery of laboratory abnormities compared with the *** in vitro and animal experiments demonstrated that the antiviral efficacies of T-705 were proportionally induced by SFTSV mutation rates,particularly from two transition mutation *** mutation analyses on T-705-treated serum samples disclosed a partially consistent mutagenesis pattern as those of the in vitro or animal experiments in reducing the SFTSV viral loads,further supporting the anti-SFTSV effect of T-705,especially for the low-viral loads.

Objective During 2003-2005, an outbreak of meningitis due to Neisseria meningitidis serogroup C occurred in China. With the aim to find strain clues result in the final epidemics, the ancestral strain 053442, a clinical isolate, and a carrier strain 053426 with different gene type were analyzed. Methods Clinical strain 053442 and carrier strain 053426 were cultured on GC agar plates under the same condition. Two-dimensional electrophoresis was performed using the pH 3–10 nonlinear IPG strips of 24 cm length, and all the protein spots were identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight spectrometry. Results 502 and 380 protein spots were identified in 053426 and 053442 respectively, relating to 266 and 202 different genes covering a wide range of cellular functions. The express volume and number of proteins involved in energy metabolism, protein synthesis and amino acid biosynthesis in 053426 were higher than in 053442. Virulence factor Opa, Opc and a series of proteins involved in pilus assembly.and retraction were identified in 053442, which appear to be of primary importance in colonization and invasion of human cells. Compared to 053442, virulence protein species were less in 053426, with lower express volumes too. No Opa and Opc were detected in 053426. Conclusion The different protein expression profiles of the clinical strain 053442 and carrier strain 053426 in the present study provide some clues of the different pathogenicity of the two strains, which may account for result in the final epidemics.

Non-muscle invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC)is a major type of bladder cancer with a high incidence worldwide,resulting in a great disease *** and surveillance are the most important part of NIMBC *** 2018,we issued“Treatment and surveillance for non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer in China:an evidencebased clinical practice guideline”.Since then,various studies on the treatment and surveillance of NMIBC have been *** is a need to incorporate these materials and also to take into account the relatively limited medical resources in primary medical institutions in *** a version of guideline which takes these two issues into account to promote the management of NMIBC is therefore *** formed a working group of clinical experts and *** questionnaire investigation of clinicians including primary medical institutions,24 clinically concerned issues,involving transurethral resection of bladder tumor(TURBT),intravesical chemotherapy.and intravesical immunotherapy of NMIBC,and follow-up and surveillance of the NMIBC patients,were determined for this *** and recommendations on the management of NMIBC in databases,guideline development professional societies and monographs were referred to,and the European Association of Urology was used to assess the certainty of generated ***,we issued 29 statements,among which 22 were strong recommendations,and 7 were weak *** recommendations cover the topics of TURBT,postoperative chemotherapy after TURBT,Bacillus Calmette–Guérin(BCG)immunotherapy after TURBT,combination treatment of BCG and chemotherapy after TURBT,treatment of carcinoma in situ,radical cystectomy,treatment of NMIBC recurrence,and follow-up and *** hope these recommendations can help promote the treatment and surveillance of NMIBC in China,especially for the primary medical institutions.

Granulomatous lobular mastitis(GLM) is a rare and chronic benign inflammatory disease of the breast. Difficulties exist in the management of GLM for many front-line surgeons and medical specialists who care for patients with inflammatory disorders of the breast. This consensus is summarized to establish evidence-based recommendations for the management of GLM. literature was reviewed using PubMed from January 1, 1971 to July 31, 2020. Sixty-six international experienced multidisciplinary experts from 11 countries or regions were invited to review the *** of evidence were determined using the American College of Physicians grading system, and recommendations were discussed until consensus. Experts discussed and concluded 30 recommendations on historical definitions,etiology.and predisposing factors, diagnosis criteria, treatment, clinical stages, relapse and recurrence of GLM. GLM was recommended as a widely accepted definition. In addition, this consensus introduced a new clinical stages and management algorithm for GLM to provide individual treatment strategies. In conclusion, diagnosis of GLM depends on a combination of history, clinical manifestations, imaging examinations, laboratory examinations and *** approach to treatment of GLM should be applied according to the different clinical stage of GLM. This evidencebased consensus would be valuable to assist front-line surgeons and medical specialists in the optimal management of GLM.

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory.and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory.and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory.and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory.and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory.and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory.and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history.and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.

目的以蛋白质组学研究为基础，分析2003-2005年我国流脑暴发流行期间C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌菌株特征，建立以致病性相关蛋白多态性为目标的新分型方法。方法利用双向电泳和MALDI-TOF质谱鉴定分析2003-2005年流脑流行期内分离的66株C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌菌株及2株参考菌株的蛋白表达，重点分析与致病性相关的蛋白多态性特征。结果根据孔蛋白PorA、PorB在双向电泳中的多态性，建立了12个特征菌型。安徽菌株的PorA和PorB蛋白电泳谱型显示出了高度的一致性，而其他地区的菌株则显示出高度的多态性。结论PorA和PorB蛋白2-DE电泳谱型可以作为一种新的菌株分型方法，可能在菌型变迁检测和流脑暴发预警中具有重要应用前景。

目的以蛋白质组学研究为基础,分析2003～2005年间我国流脑暴发流行期间C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌菌株分布特征。方法利用双向电泳技术获得66株2003～2005年流脑流行期内分离的C群脑膜炎奈瑟菌菌株及2株参考菌株的2-DE电泳图谱,并结合质谱分析的结果进行部分外膜蛋白和sucD蛋白表型分析。结果根据外膜蛋白和sucD蛋白将实验菌株共分为9型,其中安徽菌株分型结果显示出了高度的一致性,而其他地区菌株分型分布则显示出高度的多态性。结论安徽已经有优势菌型形成,但优势菌型还没在全国范围内出现,此类菌型分布和变迁的检测可能对认识流脑的流行规律和有效进行流脑疾病控制具有重要意义。

JUNO is a multi-purpose neutrino observatory under construction in the south of *** publication presents new sensitivity estimates for the measurement of the △m_(31)^(2),△m_(21)^(2),sin^(2)θ_(12),and sin^(2)θ_(13) oscillation parameters using reactor antineutrinos,which is one of the primary physics goals of the *** sensitivities are obtained using the best knowledge available to date on the location and overburden of the experimental site,the nuclear reactors in the surrounding area and beyond,the detector response uncertainties,and the reactor antineutrino spectral shape constraints expected from the TAO satellite *** is found that the △m_(21)^(2) and sin^(2)θ_(12) oscillation parameters will be determined to 0.5%precision or better in six years of data *** the same period,the △m_(31)^(2) parameter will be determined to about 0.2%precision for each mass ordering *** new precision represents approximately.an order of magnitude improvement over existing constraints for these three parameters.
