A Probability Approach to Anomaly Detection with Twin Support Vector Machines

Classification of intrusion attacks and normal network flow is a critical and challenging issue in network security study. Many intelligent intrusion detection models are proposed, but their performances and efficiencies are not satisfied to real computer networks. This paper presents a novel effective intrusion detection system based on statistic reference model and twin support vector machines （TWSVMs）. Moreover, a network flow feature selection procedure has been studied and implemented with TWSVMs. The performances of proposed system are evaluated through using the fifth international conference on knowledge discovery and data mining in 1999 （KDD＇99） data set collected at MIT＇s Lincoln Labs and the results indicate that the proposed system is more efficient and effective than conventional support vector machines （SVMs） and TWSVMs.

The tea plant cultivar‘Zhonghuang 2'(ZH2)possesses albino-induced yellow leaves that contain low levels of catechins but high contents of amino ***,the molecular mechanism underlying the yellow leaf phenotype of ZH2 has not been elucidated *** the current research,the yellow shoots(ZH2-Y)and naturally converted green shoots(ZH2-G)of ZH2 were studied using metabolic and proteomic profiling for a better understanding of the mechanism underlying phenotype *** total,107 differentially changed metabolites(DCMs)were identified from the GC-MS-based metabolomics,and 189 differentially accumulated proteins(DAPs)were identified from the tandem mass tag(TMT)-based quantitative ***,integrated analysis revealed that‘porphyrin and chlorophyll metabolism',‘carbon fixation in photosynthetic organisms',and‘phenylpropanoid biosynthesis'pathways were commonly enriched for DAPs and *** further found that the inhibition of chlorophyll biosynthesis,the deficiency of photosynthetic proteins and the imbalance of the ROS-scavenging system were the crucial reasons responsible for the chlorosis,chloroplast abnormality and photooxidative damage of ZH2 ***,our research combines metabolomics and proteomics approaches to uncover the molecular mechanism leading to the yellow leaf phenotype of tea plants.

The ammonium exceedance discharge from sewage treatment plants has a great risk to the stable operation of subsequent constructed wetlands(CWs).The effects of high ammonium shocks on submerged macrophytes and epiphytic biofilms on the leaves of submerged macrophytes in CWs were rarely mentioned in previous *** this paper,the 16S rRNA sequencing method was used to investigate the variation of the microbial communities in biofilms on the leaves of Vallisneria natans plants while the growth characteristics of *** plants were measured at different initial ammonium *** results demonstrated that the total chlorophyll and soluble sugar synthesis of *** plants decreased by 51.45%and 57.16%,respectively,and malondialdehyde content increased threefold after8 days if the initial NH_(4)^(+)-N concentration was more than 5 mg/*** density,bacterial quantity,dissolved oxygen,and pH increased with high ammonium *** average removal efficiencies of total nitrogen and NH_(4)^(+)-N reached 73.26%and 83.94%,*** heat map and relative abundance analysis represented that the relative abundances of phyla Proteobacteria,Cyanobacteria,and Bacteroidetes *** numbers of autotrophic nitrifiers and heterotrophic nitrification aerobic denitrification(HNAD)bacteria expanded in *** particular,HNAD bacteria of Flavobacterium,Hydrogenophaga,Acidovorax,Acinetobacter,Pseudomonas,Aeromonas,and Azospira had higher abundances than autotrophic nitrifiers because there were organic matters secreted from declining leaves of *** *** analysis of the nitrogen metabolic pathway showed aerobic denitrification was the main nitrogen removal ***,the nitrification and denitrification bacterial communities increased in epiphytic biofilms on submerged macrophytes in constructed wetlands while submerged macrophytes declined under ammonium shock loading.

为实现微弱GPS信号处理中接收到的信号存在强卫星信号干扰的情况下对微弱GPS信号的捕获,提出了一种基于逐级干扰对消的捕获算法,即依照卫星信号载噪比,由大到小逐级进行捕获,前一级的输入信号对消掉该级捕获的最强信号作为下一级的输入,再进行下一级信号的捕获,且捕获时由卫星信号载噪比自适应调整所需的累加时间,以期在最短时间内实现信号的成功捕获。采用逐级干扰对消捕获算法,可最大限度地减小强信号对微弱信号捕获的影响。理论分析及仿真结果表明,该方法具有更强的信号捕获能力。

Ground simulation tests of proton irradiation for Kapton films were conducted using the space synthesis irradiating facility,in which the energy of protons was chosen as 90 keV,and the flux was 5.0×1011 cm-2·*** proton irradiation some bulges like fingers appears on the surface of Kapton and the surface roughness increases ***/Vis analysis demonstrates that the irradiation leads to the red shifting in the edge of optical absorption and a strong increase in absorbance in the visible region.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) analysis indicates that the enrichment of carbon atom due to the bond breaking and reconstruction during the irradiation results in the degradation of the optical properties.

Dear Editor,Among the large number of Veratrum steroid alkaloids(Zhang et al.,2020),cyclopamine has been shown to have various inhibitory mechanisms against cancer,including inhibition of the hedgehog signaling pathway,improvement of tumor tissue microenvironment,inhibition of cell respiration,promotion of cell apoptosis,and reversal of tumor drug resistance(Liu et al.,2023).The biosynthetic pathway of verazine,a possible metabolic precursor of cyclopamine,has been discovered in Veratrum californicum(Augustin et al.,2015).However,the content of Veratrum steroid alkaloids in plants is very low(Supplemental Figure 2),so reliance on direct extraction from plants for commercial production is not feasible.A more effective strategy is to synthesize rare plant secondary metabolites using synthetic biology technology(Liu et al.,2022).

在入侵检测系统中引入图论的相关理论并提出了一种基于图论的入侵检测方法,将数据对象之间相似度的关系转换到图论的邻接矩阵中,再将邻接矩阵转换为关联矩阵,以表示数据对象之间的相似关系.利用最速下降法求得最佳的转换矩阵,以完成关联矩阵的块对角矩阵转换而达到数据聚类效果和鉴别出正常数据与入侵攻击数据的类别.同时,利用KDD CUP 1999数据集对系统进行仿真.结果表明,所提出的入侵检测方法能够在很低误警率的情况下达到比模糊C均值聚类算法更高的检测率.

桃太郎是全面抗战前中日两国重点关注的童话形象。日本建构的桃太郎形象始终围绕着"正义—桃太郎—日本"和"恶者—鬼—被征伐地区"的近代殖民文化逻辑展开。日本借助文人赴台宣讲、小学课本增列《桃太郎》、报刊宣传等方式,促成了桃太郎形象在中国台湾地区的普及、移植和变貌。但是,中国文人早已识破了日本对外殖民掠夺过程中以桃太郎为核心的"殖民合理化宣传"陷阱。如章太炎批判了此故事蕴含的侵略意念,启发了芥川龙之介改写桃太郎并揭露日本"桃太郎主义"中的伪善正义;连横追溯了桃太郎的汉文化传统、展现出浓厚的民族认同和家国情怀;杨逵则提炼出桃太郎故事的左翼精神,主张积极践行"行动主义",激发劳苦大众勇于抗争殖民掠夺和阶级压迫。
