Using Lean manufacturing(Lm)tools in production processes is crucial for companies’economic,environmental,and social sustainability *** study shows a structural equation model(sEm)that shows the relationship between Lm Tools like Kaizen(KAI),Gemba(GEm),Value stream mapping(Vsm)and Key Performance Indicator(KPI)with Economic sustainability(ECs).seven hypotheses were evaluated with data from 179 responses to a questionnaire about the mexican maquiladora industry,showing that these variables are *** a 95%confidence level,the model was evaluated using the partial least squares *** findings indicate that the relationships between KAI and GEm and KAI and Vsm have the strongest relationship,followed by Vsm and ECs.however,Vsm has the strongest effect on *** on these findings,it is recommended that managers adopt a continuous improvement(KAI)approach based on working directly on the shop floor(GEm and Vsm)to support their decisions regarding economic growth(ECs).

自主制造系统的研究既受益于信息物理融合系统这一新技术的推动，也响应工业实际需求的号召。目前，先进的传感器技术、数字孪生、人工智能和新型通信技术可以支持半结构化工业环境中的自主操作，可实现对生产过程的实时监控、情况识别和预测、自动和自适应（重新）规划、团队合作，以及通过学习提高性能。本文总结了实现自主工业机器人技术的主要需求，提出了实现此类系统的通用工作流程，并介绍了hUN-REN sZTAKI最近在装配、焊接、打磨、拾取和放置以及机械加工等多个应用领域的广泛实践。这些解决方案的共同点是以通用的数字孪生概念为核心。最后，本文提出实现工业自主机器人解决方案的一般建议，并讨论了未来要研究的一些开放性问题。

The Ain El Bey abandoned mine, in North-West Tunisia, fits into the geodynamic context of the European and African plate boundary. Ore deposit corresponds to veins and breccia of multiphase Cu–Fe-rich mineralization related to various.hydrothermal fluid circulations. Petromineralogical studies indicate a rich mineral paragenesis with a minimum of seven mineralization phases and, at least, six pyrite generations. As is also the case for galena and native silver, native gold is observed for the first time as inclusion in quartz which opens up, thus, new perspectives for prospecting and evaluating the potential for noble metals associated with the mineralization. scanning Electron microscope--Energy Dispersive spectroscopy and Transmission electron microscopy analyses show, in addition, a large incorporation of trace elements, including Ag and Au, in mineral structures such as fahlores(tetrahedrite-tennantite) and chalcopyrite ones. The mineral/mineral associations, used as geothermometers, gave estimated temperatures for the mineralizing fluids varying from 254 to 330 ℃ for phase Ⅲ, from 254 to 350 ℃ for phase Ⅳ, and from 200 to 300 ℃ for phases Ⅴ and Ⅵ. The seventh and last identified mineralization phase, marked by a deposit of native gold, reflects a drop in the mineralizing fluid’s temperature(mpatible with boiling conditions. such results open up perspectives for the development of precious metal research and the revaluation of the Cu–Fe ore deposit at the Ain El Bey abandoned mine, as well as at the surrounding areas fitting in the geodynamic framework of the Africa-Europe plate boundary.

The selection of working fluid significantly impacts the geothermal ORC’s *** a mixture as a working fluid is a strategy to improve the output of geothermal *** the current study,modelling and thermodynamic analysis of ORC,using geothermal as a heat source,is carried out at fixed operating *** model is simulated in the Engineering Equation solver(EEs).An environment-friendly mixture of fluids,i.e.,R245fa/R600a,with a suitable mole fraction,is used as the operating *** mixture provided the most convenient results compared to the pure working fluid under fixed operating *** impact of varying the evaporator pressure on the performance parameters,including energy efficiency,exergy efficiency and net power output is *** system provided the optimal performance once the evaporator pressure reached the maximum *** efficiencies:Energy and Exergy,and Net Power output of the system are 16.62%,64.08%and 2199 kW for the basic cycle and 20.72%,67.76%and 2326 kW respectively for the regenerative cycle.

Within density functional theory based on the full potentim-linearized augmented plane wave method, we carry out the first-principles calculation of the structural, electronic, and optical properties of the zinc blende quaternary alloy Zn1-xBexsyse1-y. The Perdew-Burke-Ernzerhof generaized gradient approximation based on the optimization of total energy and the Engel-Vosko generalized gradient approximation based on the optimization of the corresponding potential are used. Our investigation on the effect of the composition on lattice constants, bulk modulus, band gap, optical dielectric constant, and refractive index shows a non-linear dependence. The energy gap Eg（x, y） has been determined over the entire compositions x and y. In addition, the energy band gap of the technologically important quaternary alloy Znl-xBexsyse1-y in conditions of being lattice matched to Zns substrate has been investigated. It is noteworthy that the present work is the first theoretical study of the quaternary alloy of interest.

Rainfall data is probably one of the longest-recorded climatic parameters in Lebanon. On the central coast of Lebanon, the Beirut weather station started collecting rainfall data in 1876. however, the recorded data is not available at one data provider source. Published data is found in historical documents but it reaches the early 1970s and then appears a data gap till 1990. still the data is available, but it might be found to be saved privately. This study investigated the sPI variability on annual time scale between the years 1876 and 2021. The sPI was computed using R-stat software to compare every year between 1876 and 2021. The majority (about 70% of the years) of the years are near normal in the precipitation rate. The standardized Precipitation Index (sPI) demonstrated a normal distribution of years. Dry and wet years constitute about 15% of the total 146 years (1876-2021). Extremely dry years might appear in two consecutive years between 50 to 60 years count. After 1991, there were no wet years it was only near normal and few dry years. The last 30 years showed a trend of increasing drought years without any occurrence of wet years. This study demonstrated the importance of keeping records of at least rainfall data and it must be recorded on a daily basis or intensity on time. It is.highly important on a managerial basis and for water security reasons to understand the drought event occurrence and investigate the changes in rainfall rates. Climate change scenarios always forecast a decrease in rainfall rates which will not appear without such studies.

The hot compression behavior of AIsI 321 ll00~C and the strain rates of 0.01-1 s-1 using a Baehr austenitic stainless steel was studied at the temperatures of 950- DIL-805 deformation dilatometer. The hot deformation equations and the relationship between hot deformation parameters were obtained. It is found that strain rate and deformation temperature significantly influence the flow stress behavior of the steel. The work hardening rate and the peak value of flow stress increase with the decrease of deformation temperature and the increase of strain rate. In addition, the activation energy of deformation （Q） is calculated as 433.343 kJ/mol. The microstructural evolution during deformation indicates that, at the temperature of 950~C and the strain rate of 0.01 s-1, small circle-like precipitates form along grain boundaries; but at the temperatures above 950~C, the dissolution of such precipitates occurs. Energy-dispersive X-ray analyses indicate that the precipitates are complex carbides of Cr, Fe, mn, Ni, and Ti.

Due to the wide range of applications,Wireless sensor Networks(WsN)are increased in day to day life and becomes *** has marked its importance in both practical and research *** is the most significant resource,the important challenge in WsN is to extend its *** energy reduction is a key to extend the network’s *** of sensor nodes is one of the well-known and proved methods for achieving scalable and energy conserving *** this paper,an energy efficient protocol is proposed using metaheuristic Echo location-based BAT algorithm(EChO-BAT).EChO-BAT works in two *** stage clusters the sensor nodes and identifies tentativeCluster head(Ch)along with the entropy value using BAT *** second stage aims to find the nodes if any,with high residual energy within each *** will be replaced by the member node with high residual energy with an objective to choose the Ch with high energy to prolong the network’s *** performance of the proposed work is compared with Low-Energy Adaptive Clustering hierarchy(LEACh),Power-Efficient Zoning Clustering Algorithm(PEZCA)and Chaotic Firefly Algorithm Ch(CFACh)in terms of lifetime of network,death of first nodes,death of 125th node,death of the last node,network throughput and execution *** results show that EChO-BAT outperforms the other methods in all the considered *** overall delivery ratio has also significantly optimized and improved by approximately 8%,proving the proposed approach to be an energy efficient WsN.

The sixth-generation(6G)wireless communication networks are anticipated in integrating aerial,terrestrial,and maritime communication into a robust system to accomplish trustworthy,quick,and low latency *** enables to achieve maximum throughput and delay for several ***,the evolution of 6G leads to the design of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)in providing inexpensive and effective solutions in various application areas such as.healthcare,environment monitoring,and so *** the UAV network,effective data collection with restricted energy capacity poses a major issue to achieving high quality network *** can be addressed by the use of clustering techniques forUAVs in 6G *** this aspect,this study develops a novel metaheuristic based energy efficient data gathering s.heme for clustered unmanned aerial vehicles(mEEDG-CUAV).The proposed mEEDG-CUAV technique intends in partitioning the UAV networks into various clusters and assign a cluster head(Ch)to reduce the overall energy ***,the quantum chaotic butterfly optimization algorithm(QCBOA)with a fitness function is derived to choose Chs and construct *** experimental validation of the mEEDG-CUAV technique occurs utilizing benchmark dataset and the experimental results.highlighted the better performance over the other state of art techniques interms of different measures.
