Magnaporthe oryzae(***)is a devastating hemibiotrophic *** biotrophic invasive hyphae(IH)are enclosed in the extrainvasive hyphal membrane produced by plant cells,thus generating a front line of the battlefield between the pathogen and the host *** plants,defense-related complexes such as proteins,callose-rich materials and vesicles,are directionally secreted to this interface to confer defense responses,but the underlying molecular mechanism is poorly *** this study,we found that a Myosin gene,Myosin A1(OsMYA1),contributed to rice *** OsMYA1 knockout mutant exhibited decreased resistance to *** ***1 localizes to the actin cytoskeleton and surrounds the IH of ***1 interacts with an exocyst subunit,OsExo70H1,and regulates its accumulation at the plasma membrane(PM)and pathogen–plant ***,OsExo70H1 interacted with the rice syntaxin of the plants121 protein(OsSyp121),and the distribution of OsSyp121 to the PM or the pathogen–plant interface was disrupted in both the OsMYA1 and OsExo70H1 ***,these results not only reveal a new function of OsMYA1 in rice blast resistance,but also uncover a molecular mechanism by which plants regulate defense against *** by OsMYA1-initiated vesicle secretory pathway,which originates from the actin cytoskeleton to the PM.

5-Hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)type 3 receptor(5-HT_(3)R)is the only type of ligand-gated ion channel in the 5-HT receptor *** the high permeability of Na+,K+,and Ca2+and activation of subsequent voltage-gated calcium channels(VGCCs),5-HT_(3)R induces a rapid increase of neuronal excitability or the release of neurotransmitters from axon terminals in the central nervous system(CNS).5-HT_(3)Rs are widely expressed in the medial prefrontal cortex(mPFC),amygdala(AMYG),hippocampus(HIP),periaqueductal gray(PAG),and other brain regions closely associated with anxiety *** have a bidirectional regulatory effect on anxiety reactions by acting on different types of cells in different brain regions.5-HT_(3)Rs mediate the activation of the cholecystokinin(CCK)system in the AMYG,and theγ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)“disinhibition”mechanism in the prelimbic area of the mPFC promotes anxiety by the activation of GABAergic intermediate inhibitory neurons(IINs).In contrast,a 5-HT_(3)R-induced GABA“disinhibition”mechanism in the infralimbic area of the mPFC and the ventral HIP produces anxiolytic effects.5-HT_(2)R-mediated regulation of anxiety reactions are also activated by 5-HT_(3)R-activated 5-HT release in the HIP and *** provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of anxiety disorders or the production of anxiolytic drugs by targeting 5-HT_(3)***,given the circuit specific modulation of 5-HT_(3)Rs on emotion,systemic use of 5-HT_(3)R agonism or antagonism alone seems unlikely to remedy anxiety,which deeply hinders the current clinical application of 5-HT_(3)R ***,the exploitation of circuit targeting methods or a combined drug strategy might be a useful developmental approach in the future.

We have found recently that two-step intrinsic hydroxyl radical(·OH)-dependent chemiluminescence(CL)could be produced by carcinogenic tetrahaloquinone and H_(2)O_(2).However,the first-step CL was too fast to clearly detect the stepwise generation of·OH and CL,and to distinguish the exact dividing point between the first-step and second-step *** we found that,extremely clear two-step intrinsic CL could be produced by the relative slow reaction of tetrabromohydroquinone(TBHQ)with H_(2)O_(2),which was directly dependent on the two-step·OH ***,the second-step,but not the first-step CL production of TBHQ/H_(2)O_(2)(CRET donor)was markedly enhanced by fluorescein(a typical xanthene dye,CRET acceptor)through a unique chemiluminescence resonance energy transfer(CRET)*** novel CRET system of TBHQ/H_(2)O_(2)/fluorescein was successfully applied for the sensitive detection of TBHQ with the detection limit as low as 2.5μmol/*** findings will help to develop more sensitive and highly efficient CL or CRET systems and specific CL sensor to detect the carcinogenic haloquinones,which may have broad environmental applications.

Graphene-based materials possess significant potential for the treatment of dye wastewater due to their exceptional adsorption properties toward stubborn ***,their utilization is hindered by high preparation costs,low yields,environmental pollution during synthesis,and challenges in regenerating the *** study proposes a novel approach to address these limitations by developing nitrogen-doped three-dimensional(3D)polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)crosslinked graphene sponges(N-PGA)using a cross-linking method with ammonium *** method offers a relatively mild,environmentally friendly *** carbonate serves as both a reducing and modifying agent,facilitating the formation of the intrinsic structure of N-PGA and acting as a nitrogen ***,PVA is utilized as the cross-linking *** results demonstrate that N-PGA exhibits a favorable internal 3D hierarchical porous structure and possesses robust mechanical *** measured specific surface area(BET)of N-PGA was as high as406.538 m^(2)·g^(-1),which was favorable for its efficient adsorption of Congo red(CR)dye *** an initial concentration of 50 mg·L^(-1),N-PGA achieved an impressive removal rate of 89.6%and an adsorption capacity of 112 mg·g^(-1)for CR ***,it retained 79%of its initial adsorption capacity after 10 cycles,demonstrating excellent regeneration *** summary,the synthesized N-PGA displays remarkable efficacy in the adsorption of CR dye in wastewater,opening up new possibilities for utilizing 3D porous graphene nanomaterials as efficient adsorbents in wastewater treatment.

Milk fat globule membrane(MFGM),which contains abundant glycoproteins and phospholipids,exerts beneficial effects on intestinal health and *** aim of this study was to evaluate the protective effects and possible underlying mechanisms of MFGM on cow’s milk allergy(CMA)in aβ-lactoglobulin(BLG)-induced allergic mice *** was supplemented to allergic mice induced by BLG at a dose of 400 mg/kg body *** demonstrated that MFGM alleviated food allergy symptoms,decreased serum levels of lipopolysaccharide,pro-inflammatory cytokines,immunoglobulin(Ig)E,Ig G1,and Th2 cytokines including interleukin(IL)-4,while increased serum levels of Th1 cytokines including interferon-γand regulatory T cells(Tregs)cytokines including IL-10 and transforming growth factor-β.MFGM modulated gut microbiota and enhanced intestinal barrier of BLG-allergic mice,as evidenced by decreased relative abundance of Desulfobacterota,Rikenellaceae,Lachnospiraceae,and Desulfovibrionaceae,while increased relative abundance of Bacteroidetes,Lactobacillaceae and Muribaculaceae,and enhanced expressions of tight junction proteins including Occludin,Claudin-1 and zonula ***,MFGM increased fecal short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)levels,which elevated G protein-coupled receptor(GPR)43 and GPR109A *** increased expressions of GPR43 and GPR109A induced CD103+dendritic cells accumulation and promoted Tregs differentiation in mesenteric lymph node to a certain *** summary,MFGM alleviated CMA in a BLG-induced allergic mice model through enhancing intestinal barrier and promoting Tregs differentiation,which may be correlated with SCFAs-mediated activation of *** findings suggest that MFGM may be useful as a promising functional ingredient against CMA.

In this paper,a novel trench gate gallium nitride(GaN)insulated gate bipolar transistor(GaN IGBT),in which the collector is divided into multiple regions to control the hole injection efficiency,is designed and theoretically *** incorporation of a P+/P-multi-region alternating structure in the collector region mitigates hole injection within the collector *** the device is in forward conduction,the conductivity modulation effect results in a reduced storage of carriers in the drift *** a result,the number of carriers requiring extraction during device turn-off is minimized,leading to a faster turn-off *** results illustrate that the GaN IGBT with controlled hole injection efficiency(CEH GaN IGBT)exhibits markedly enhanced performance compared to conventional GaN IGBT,showing a remarkable 42.2%reduction in turn-off time and a notable 28.5%decrease in turn-off loss.

Objective: To investigate potential mechanisms of anti-atherosclerosis by berberine（BBR） using ApoE-/-mice. Methods: Eight 8-week-old C57BL/6J mice were used as a blank control group（normal）, and 56 8-week-old AopE-/-mice were fed a high-fat diet for 12 weeks, according to a completely random method, and were divided into the model group, BBR low-dose group（50 mg/kg, BBRL）, BBR medium-dose group（100 mg/kg, BBRM）, BBR high-dose group（150 mg/kg, BBRH）, BBR+nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2（NRF2） inhibitor group（100 mg/kg BBR+30 mg/kg ML385, BBRM+ML385）, NRF2 inhibitor group（30 mg/kg, ML385）, and positive control group（2.5 mg/kg, atorvastatin）, 8 in each group. After 4 weeks of intragastric administration, samples were collected and serum, aorta, heart and liver tissues were isolated. Biochemical kits were used to detect serum lipid content and the expression levels of malondialdehyde（MDA） and superoxide dismutase（SOD） in all experimental groups. The pathological changes of atherosclerosis（AS） were observed by aorta gross Oil Red O, aortic sinus hematoxylin-eosin（HE） and Masson staining. liver lipopathy was observed in mice by HE staining. The morphology of mitochondria in aorta cells was observed under transmission electron microscope. Flow cytometry was used to detect reactive oxygen species（ROS） expression in aorta of mice in each group. The content of ferrous ion Fe2+in serum of mice was detected by biochemical kit. The mRNA and protein relative expression levels of NRF2, glutathione peroxidase 4（GPX4） and recombinant solute carrier family 7 member 11（SLC7A11） were detected by quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction（RT-q PCR） and Western blot, respectively. Results: BBRM and BBRH groups delayed the progression of AS and reduced the plaque area（Phanges of ferroptosis were rarely observed in BBR-treated AS mice, and the content of Fe2+in BBR group was significantly lower than that in the model group（P<0.01）
