Neutron-sensitive microchannel plates(nMCPs)have applications in neutron detection,including energy spectrum measurements,neutron-induced cross sections,and neutron imaging.10B-doped MCPs(B-MCPs)have attracted significant attention owing to their potential for exhibiting a high neutron detection efficiency over a large neutron energy *** spatial and temporal resolutions are useful for neutron energy-resolved ***,their practical applications still face many technical *** this study,a B-MCP with 10 mol%10B was tested for its response to wide-energy neutrons from eV to MeV at the Back-n white neutron source at the china Spallation Neutron *** neutron detection efficiency was calibrated at 1 eV,which is approximately 300 times that of an ordinary MCP and indicates the success of 10 B *** factors that caused the reduction in the detection efficiency were simulated and *** neutron energy spectrum obtained using B-MCP was compared with that obtained by other measurement methods,and showed very good consistency for neutron energies below tens of *** response is more complicated at higher neutron energy,at which point the elastic and nonelastic reactions of all nuclides of B-MCP gradually become *** is beneficial for the detection of neutrons,as it compensates for the detection efficiency of B-MCP for high-energy neutrons.

采用有限元软件DEFORM-3D对IF钢试样高压扭转过程进行计算机仿真模拟,研究高压扭转试样不均匀塑性变形特征,对硬度和显微组织分布进行研究。结果表明：试样在进行高压扭转两个阶段（压缩、扭转）的过程中,均发生了显著的不均匀塑性变形,在扭转初期阶段,其不均匀变形程度尤其显著;在试样径向,IF钢试样的塑性变形程度从中部到边缘逐步增大;在试样的轴向,试样的塑性变形程度随距试样下表面距离的增加而逐渐减小;硬度分布和显微组织检测结果均验证了模拟结果的可靠性。

We report the discovery of a peculiar X-ray transient,EP2.0408a,by Einstein Probe （EP） and follow-up studies made with EP,Swift,NICER,GROND,ATCA and other ground-based multiwavelength *** new transient was first detected with Wide-field X-ray Telescope （WXT） on board EP on April 8th,2.2.,manifested in an intense yet brief X-ray flare lasting for *** flare reached a peak flux of 3.9×10-9erg cm-2.-1in 0.5-4 keV,300 times brighter than the underlying X-ray emission detected throughout the *** and more precise follow-up observations by EP/FXT,Swift and NICER confirmed the finding of this new *** X-ray spectrum is non-thermal in 0.5-10 keV,with a power-law photon index varying *** X-ray light curve shows a plateau lasting for4d,followed by a steep decay till becoming undetectable10 d after the initial *** on its temporal property and constraints from previous EP observations,an unusual timescale in the range of 7-2. d is found for EP2.0408a,which is intermediate between the commonly found fast and long-term *** counterparts have been found in optical and near-infrared,with the earliest observation at 17 h after the initial X-ray detection,suggestive of intrinsically weak emission in these *** demonstrate that the remarkable properties of EP2.0408a are inconsistent with any of the transient types known so far,by comparison with,in particular,jetted tidal disruption events,gamma-ray bursts,X-ray binaries and fast blue optical *** nature of EP2.0408a thus remains an *** suggest that EP2.0408a may represent a new type of transients with intermediate timescales of the order of10 *** detection and follow-ups of more of such objects are essential for revealing their origin.

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by china,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2.s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2.15)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2.18),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2.2.-2.2.,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2.30s.

高电荷态离子的双电子复合精密谱学实验研究,不仅对天体等离子体和聚变等离子体的研究具有重要意义,而且可以作为一种新的精密谱学工具,用来检验强场量子电动力学效应、测量同位素移动及提取原子核电荷半径等.在兰州重离子储存环CSRe上,安装了专门用于电子-离子复合精密谱学实验的电子束能量调制系统,质心系下电子-离子碰撞能量的调制范围达到0—1 keV.在CSRe电子冷却器下游安装了自主研制的塑料闪烁体探测器和多丝正比探测器,用于探测复合离子.在此基础上,使用Kr^(2.+)离子在CSRe上进行了首次双电子复合测试实验,实验测量了质心系能量0—70 eV的双电子复合速率系数.为了更好地理解实验测量结果,利用FAC(flexible atomic code)程序计算了Kr^(2.+)离子的双电子复合速率系数,并与实验做了细致对比,整体符合很好,而且发现3s→41(△n=1)的共振跃迁对实验谱线有很大的贡献.实验结果表明,CSRe双电子复合实验平台具有非常好的稳定性和可重复性,能够为下一步开展更高电荷态离子的双电子复合精密谱学实验、检验强场量子电动力学效应以及原子核性质精密测量等前沿实验提供支持.

With the digestive endoscopic tunnel technique(DETT), many diseases that previously would have been treated by surgery are now endoscopically curable by establishing a submucosal tunnel between the mucosa and muscularis propria(MP). Through the tunnel, endoscopic diagnosis or treatment is performed for lesions in the mucosa, in the MP, and even outside the gastrointestinal(GI) *** present, the tunnel technique application range covers the following:(1)Treatment of lesions originating from the mucosal layer, e.g., endoscopic submucosal tunnel dissection for oesophageal large or circular early-stage cancer or precancerosis;(2. treatment of lesions from the MP layer, per-oral endoscopic myotomy, submucosal tunnelling endoscopic resection, etc.; and(3) diagnosis and treatment of lesions outside the GI tract, such as resection of lymph nodes and benign tumour excision in the mediastinum or abdominal cavity. With the increasing number of DETTs performed worldwide, endoscopic tunnel therapeutics, which is based on DETT, has been gradually developed and optimized. However, there is not yet an expert consensus on DETT to regulate its indications, contraindications, surgical procedure, and postoperative *** International DETT Alliance signed up this consensus to standardize the procedures of DETT. In this consensus, we describe the definition, mechanism,and significance of DETT, prevention of infection and concepts of DETTassociated complications, methods to establish a submucosal tunnel, and application of DETT for lesions in the mucosa, in the MP and outside the GI tract(indications and contraindications, procedures, pre-and postoperative treatments, effectiveness, complications and treatments, and a comparison between DETT and other operations).

AIM:To investigate the role of insulin-like growth factor binding protein-7 (IGFBP-7) in the activation and transdifferentiation of hepatic stellate cells (HSC) in ***:Rat HSC-T6 cells were cultured in separate dishes and treated with various concentration of transforming growth factor (TGF)-β1,IGFBP-7 or antiIGFBP-7 antibody for 2. *** supernatant or a cytoplasm suspension was obtained from cultured HSC,followed by transfer of cells to form cell-coated *** and Western blotting were used to analyze the expression of IGFBP-7 induced by TGF-β1 and the level of fibronectin,collagen and α-smooth muscle actin (SMA).The pro-apoptotic effect of antiIGFBP-7 antibody was determined by flow ***:Immunocytochemistry and Western blotting revealed that the expression of IGFBP-7 in TGF-β1 treated HSC was significantly up-regulated compared to that in the control *** addition,fibronectin,collagen and α-SMA also showed enhanced expression in accordance with the transdifferentiation process in a dose-dependent manner to some ***,flow cytometry suggested that anti-IGFBP-7 antibody induced apoptosis of activated HSC,which is responsible for the development of liver fibrosis,and may represent a novel pathway and target for therapeutic ***:IGFBP-7 showed increased expression in activated HSC and played an important role in the activation and transdifferentiation process of ***-7 antibody may ameliorate liver fibrogenesis.

Although many emerging new phenomena have been unraveled in two dimensional(2.)materials with long-range spin orderings,the usually low critical temperature in van der Waals(vdW)magnetic material has thus far hindered the related practical ***,we show that ferromagnetism can hold above 300 K in a metallic phase of 1T-CrTe2.down to the ultra-thin *** thus makes CrTe2.so far the only known exfoliated ultra-thin vdW magnets with intrinsic long-range magnetic ordering above room *** in-plane room-temperature negative anisotropic magnetoresistance(AMR)was obtained in ultra-thin CrTe2.devices,with a sign change in the AMR at lower temperature,with−0.6%and+5%at 300 and 10 K,*** findings provide insights into magnetism in ultra-thin CrTe2.expanding the vdW crystals toolbox for future room-temperature spintronic applications.
