CEO compensation stickiness represents an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of compensation *** study uses CEO career experience data and compensation stickiness data from Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2020 to investigate the compensation contracts’effectiveness of CEOs with diverse career *** findings are as follows:1)Compensation stickiness is more pronounced for CEOs with diverse career *** to the mechanism test,these CEOs with diverse career experiences can obtain compensation incentives by reducing corporate uncertainty perception and improving total factor *** approach leads to increased compensation stickiness and the effectiveness of compensation *** with diverse career experiences may receive excess compensation by raising agency costs,which intensifies compensation stickiness and weakens the effectiveness of compensation contracts.2)Compensation stickiness of CEOs with diverse career experiences is more significant in companies with lower investor protection,which brings about less effective compensation *** contrast,in companies with higher diversification,the compensation stickiness of CEOs with diverse career experiences is more significant,which delivers more effective compensation *** conclusions deepen the research of CEO compensation contracts and provide a helpful reference for CEO compensation management practices.

Zircon Geochronology and trace Element Geochemistry from the Xiaozhen Copper Deposit, North Daba Mountain: Constraints on Albitites Petrogenesis

Albitite often accompanies with various metal and gem mineral deposits and a large number of occurrences have been reported globally, including the South Qinling orogen, China. the Xiaozhen copper deposit is a typical deposit in the North Daba Mountain area of the South Qinling orogen whose distribution is controlled by albitite veins and fractures. As there are few studies on the petrogenesis of albitite in Xiaozhen copper deposit, this paper focuses on the petrogenesis of albitite and its mineralization age. Detailed fieldwork and mineral microscopic observations initially suggest that albitite from the Xiaozhen copper deposit is igneous in origin. Further zircon trace element geochemistry studies indicate that these zircons have high th/U ratios（〉0.5）, low La content, high（Sm/La）N and Ce/Ce＊values, and a strong negative Eu anomaly, which are commonly seen in magmatic zircons. the chondrite–normalized rare earth element（REE） patterns are consistent with magmatic zircons from throughout the world, and they fall within or near the field of magmatic zircons on discriminant diagrams. the calculated average apparent ti–in–zircon temperature for young zircons is 780°C, consistent with magmatic zircon crystallization temperatures. therefore, zircon geochemistry indicates that the albitite origin is magmatic. SIMS U–Pb dating on nine magmatic zircons yielded a concordia age of 154.8±2.2 Ma, which represents the formation of albitite and the metallogenic age. More importantly, it is consistent with the ages of Yanshanian magmatism and metallogenesis in the South Qinling orogen, so formation of the Xiaozhen copper deposit may be a closely related geological event.

For aromatic monomer compounds (AMCs), ozonation outcomes were usually predicted by the substituents of the benzene ring based on the electron inductive effect. however, the predicted results were occasionally unreliable for complex substituents, and other factors caused concern. In this study, p-chloronitrobenzene (p-CNB) and ibuprofen (IBP) were selected for ozonation. According to the electron inductive theory, p-CNB should be less oxidizable, but the opposite was true. the higher rates of p-CNB were due to various sources of assistance. First, the hydroxyl radical (•Oh) contributed 90 % to p-CNB removal at ph 7.0, while its contribution to IBP removal was 50 %. Other contributions came from molecular O3 oxidation. Second, p-CNB achieved 40 % of the total organic carbon (tOC) removal and fewer by-product types and quantities, when compared to the results for IBP. third, the oxidation of p-CNB started with hydroxyl substitution reactions on the benzene ring;then, the ring opened. however, IBP was initially oxidized mainly on the butane branched chain, with a chain-shortening process occurring before the ring opened. Finally, the degradation pathway of p-CNB was single and consumed fewer oxidants. however, both branches of IBP were attacked simultaneously, and three degradation pathways that relied on more oxidants were proposed. All of these factors were determinants of the rapid removal of p-CNB.

Electrochemical machining(ECM)is an economical and effective method for blisk manufacturing and includes two steps:channel machining and profile *** allowance distribution after the channel machining will directly affect the profile ***,to improve the uniformity of allowance distribution in the machining of channels,a method that incorporates a variable feed rate mode is *** the machining process,the feed rates are dynamically changed according to the needs of the side gap at the different feed *** a result,the side gaps at the different feed depths vary,contributing to a decrease in the allowance *** this study,the dissolution processes of a blisk channel are simulated using different feed rates,and prediction profiles are *** on the prediction profiles,the relationship among the feed rate,feed depth,and side gap is ***,the feed rates at different feed depths are adjusted according to the *** addition,contrast experiments are *** with blisk channel ECM using a constant feed rate of 1 mm/min,using the variable feed rate decreases the allowance differences in the convex and concave parts by 62.2%and 67.4%,*** indicates that using the variable feed rate in the ECM process for a blisk channel is feasible and efficient.

We demonstrate an innovative preparation approach of diamond/Cu composites by powder-in-tube technique and rolling. A small copper tube was loaded with ti- and Cu-coated diamond particles, mad then the diamond particles were combined with Cu matrix by composite rolling. the morphology and element distribution of the interface between diamond and Cu were determined by scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive spectrometer. Finite element method （FEM） simulation was used to analyze the rolling process associated with experiment by DEFORM-3D. the final experimental results showed that homogeneous distribution of diamond particles could be observed in the center layer of the composites. According to the contrast experiments, the sample, whose diamond particle size is 0.12-0.15 mm and thickness of pre-rolling is 1.2 mm, showed relatively complete morphologies and homogeneous distribution. Experimental results indicated a poor efficacy of excessive rolling reduction. the thermal conductivity of the composites is about 453 W （m K）-1 by theoretical calculation. For FEM simulation, roiling strain and temperature field of the composites were simulated by DEFORM-3D. Simulation results were interpreted, and numerical results verified the reliability of the model. the simulation predicted that the local area of large strain, indicative of the strain along the thickness direction, could be intensified by adding diamond particles.

Some shallow and middle optic tectum(Ot)neurons have stable,asymmetric full-screen ON and OFF stimulus response properties,which makes them candidates for delay *** this paper,we investigated the delay encoding mechanism for the neuronal clusters in the Ot region of pigeons and determined the mechanism of delay coding in the Ot *** analyzing the responses of the neuron cluster under full-screen switch-on and switch-off stimulation,we found that the delay coding was widespread in the Ot region where the ON/OFF stimulation time difference was 4-6 *** theory analysis under grating stimulation and experiments based on single-neuron character reconstruction of neurons showed that Ot neuron clusters use the first spike latency(FSL)for the rapid transfer of spatial structure ***,4 models were used to predict the first spike latency of these Ot *** best simulation results were obtained using an architecture where the ON and OFF paths of multiple retinal ganglion cells(RGCs)were integrated and summed,respectively.

the instrumented nanoindentation technique has been widely used to measure the tensile properties of various materials,for its simple specimen preparation and nearly nondestructive testing *** this paper,a novel inverse method is established for measuring the elastoplastic properties of Al 2024 *** grid indentation experiments are performed on Al 2024 *** obtained experimental load–displacement(P–h)data exhibit obvious scatter *** artificial neural network(ANN)model with tunable hyper-parameters is adopted to establish the forward relationship between elastoplastic parameters and indentation load–displacement *** objective function for quantifying the error norm between predicted and experimental P–h snapshots is *** parameter identification problem is solved using the“interior-point”constraint optimization algorithm..the identified material properties show good agreement with the tensile data,and the error values are−8.66%for elastic modulus,1.08%for yield stress,and 6.90%for hardening *** sensitivity of numerical results to experimental uncertainty is analyzed,and the error bound of experimental data is *** results of sensitivity analysis indicate that the proposed inverse method in the work is very effective and reliable.

traditional vanadium-based selective catalytic reduction(SCR)deNO_(x) catalyst can hardly adapt to the gas conditions(much high NO_(2)/NO_(x) ratio at lower temperature)of the start-up and low loading periods for a gas ***,a W-ti-CeO_(x) catalyst with NO_(x) storage and reduction(NSR)function was developed in this work for gas turbine exhaust NO_(x) *** experimental results reveal that W-ti-CeO_(x) catalyst exhibits high NO_(2) adsorption capacity at relatively low temperature while that is quite low for V-W/tiO_(2).the abundant surface Ce^(3+) species can be mainly responsible for its high adsorption ability owing to the reaction between NO_(2) and Ce^(3+) to form nitrate/nitrite species and ***,the adsorption capacity of W-ti-CeO_(x) can easily regenerate at medium-high temperature and Nh_(3)-SCR ***,W-ti-CeO_(x) also shows good Nh_(3)-SCR activity,which can fulfill the deNO_(x) process at high *** addition of W and ti into ceria can enhance the surface acidity and redox ability,thereby increasing the SCR *** work proposes a novel storage-reduction strategy for NO_(x) elimination throughout the operation of gas turbines.

Accurately predicting the Remaining Useful Life(RUL)of lithium-ion batteries is crucial for battery management *** learning-based methods have been shown to be effective in predicting RUL by leveraging battery capacity time series ***,the representation learning of features such as long-distance sequence dependencies and mutations in capacity time series still needs to be *** address this challenge,this paper proposes a novel deep learning model,the MLP-Mixer and Mixture of Expert(MMMe)model,for RUL *** MMMe model leverages the Gated Recurrent Unit and Multi-head Attention mechanism to encode the sequential data of battery capacity to capture the temporal features and a re-zero MLP-Mixer model to capture the high-level ***,we devise an ensemble predictor based on a Mixture-of-Experts(MoE)architecture to generate reliable RUL *** experimental results on public datasets demonstrate that our proposed model significantly outperforms other existing methods,providing more reliable and precise RUL predictions while also accurately tracking the capacity degradation *** code and dataset are available at the website of github.
