用光的反射光谱和光的光致发光光谱的测量对Ga0.69In0.31NxAs1-x/GaAs的单量子阱的光学特性作了研究,在单量子阱的反射光谱中,观察到GaAs能隙之上的Franz-Keldysh振荡和来源于量子阱区的各种类激子跃迁, Franz-Keldysh振荡确定量子阱的内建电场并发现它是随N的浓度增加而增加;反射信号随样品中氮耦合增强而减弱,因为温度降低时载流子的定域作用导致调制效应的弱化。激子跃迁的能量和温度关系按照Varshni和爱因斯坦-玻司方程作了研究,在PL谱中观察到的11 h跃迁能量和谱线展宽的温度反常关系解释为起源于氮耦合所引起的定域态,这种样品的谱线特征为随氮成份增加出现红移,氮结合作用的另一个结果是晶体的性质严重退化,明显地表现线宽受温度的影响增大。总之,氮引进系统会观察到GaAs边带以上的FkO导致内建场增大,有低温时高激发态叠加并屏闭在定域态上的部分调制外场作用的倾向。PL峰能量和线宽对温度的反常关系可以理解为由氮的结合作用引起的形成定域态和去除定域态的竞争结果。

Objective: to determine the efficacy and safety of short- contact administration of topical tretinoin on foot ulcers in patients with diabetes. Design: Randomized, double- blind, placebocontrolled trial. Setting: Outpatient clinic at a Veterans Affairs medical center. Patients: twenty- four volunteers with diabetic foot ulcers but without evidence of peripheral arterial disease or infection. Interventions: Patients were randomized to 4 weeks of daily treatment with either topical 0.05% tretinoin solution (Retin- A) or placebo saline solution. Ph.t.graphs and assessment of wound size and appearance were assessed every 2 weeks for a total of 16 weeks. Main Outcome Measures: the proportion of ulcers th.t.healed in each group and the degree of change in ulcer size. Results: twenty- two patients, with a total of 24 foot ulcers, completed the study. At the end of 16 weeks, 2 (18% ) of 11 ulcers in the control group and 6 (46% ) of 13 ulcers in the tretinoin treatment group healed completely. topical tretinoin therapy significantly decreased ulcer area and depth compared with placebo treatment over the 16weeks of the study (P th). Adverse effects mainly consisted of mild pain at the ulcer site. Conclusions: Short- contact application of topical tretinoin improved the healing of foot ulcers in patients with diabetes. the tretinoin therapy was generally well tolerated, without serious local or systemic adverse effects.

从1980年7月至1983年12月,每周从台湾北部四个测点取双样测定地下热水和富含CO;的冷泉中的氡(;Rn)浓度。在三个测点上观测到七次脉冲式氡异常（其增长超过均值的2～3倍标准误差）,每次异常（一次除外）后4至51天内均发生M;4.6级以上地震。震中距为14到45公里,震源深度小于10公里。具有氡异常前兆的地震分布,偏向于氡测点的某一方向。对其它方向发生的地震,氡测点似乎不敏感。在邻近火山地区的第四个测点上,大量气体（主要是CO;）同热水一起从井孔排出。从排出的气体中检测到的氡浓度很高。因此,水中气体的分离可能导致高的氡含量异常。据有限的测定,水氡浓度相对于气氡似乎没有饱和。这表明热水很容易损失氡。因此,更需要监测气氡。

Patients with clinically isolated syndromes suggestive of multiple sclerosis have evidence for abnormality in normal appearing grey matter detected using the magnetization transfer ratio (MtR), a quantitative MRI measure. One potential mechanism for the decreased grey matter MtR (GM MtR) observed is trans-synaptic morphological abnormality secondary to demyelinating lesions th.t.are in an anatomically linked pathway but remote location. We investigated this potential association by studying the location of abnormalities using voxel-based analysis of GM MtR maps in a group of 80 patients studied within 6 months of presenting with isolated optic neuritis and compared the findings with.t.ose seen in 50 age-and sex-matched healthy controls. Occipital cortex and whole brain analysis comparing all optic neuritis patients and controls revealed a selective decrease of MtR bilaterally in the visual cortex in patients [Brodmann area (BA) 17]. Whole brain analysis of patients fulfilling the McDonald criteria for multiple sclerosis (n=20) showed a lower MtR compared to controls bilaterally in the visual cortex (BA 17/18), left hippocampus, bilateral superior temporal gyrus, bilateral lenticular nuclei and the right cerebellum. there was no significant difference in the percentage of grey matter between patients and controls in the regions of abnormal MtR detected in the visual cortex. the intrinsic MtR decrease seen in patients suggests th.t.there are structural changes in the visual cortex following an attack of optic neuritis. Potential mechanisms for this include trans-synaptic neuronal degeneration and cortical synaptic morphological changes; such abnormalities may also contribute to MtR abnormalities observed in the normal appearing grey matter in multiple sclerosis.

We present new,geological,metamorphic,geochemical and geochronological data on the East Anatolian-Lesser Caucasus *** data are used in combination with a synthesis of previous data and numerical modelling to unravel the tectonic emplacement of ophiolites in this *** these data allow the reconstruction of a large obducted ophiolite nappe,thrusted for>100 km and up to 250 km on the Anatolian-Armenian *** ophiolite petrology shows three distinct magmatic series,highlighted by new isotopic and trace element data:(1)the main Early Jurassic tholeiites(ophiolite s.s.)bear LILEenriched,subduction-modified,MORB chemical *** and petrology of the tholeiite series substantiates a slow-spreading oceanic environment in a time spanning from the Late triassic to the Middle-Late ***,gabbros and plagiogranites were exhumed by normal faults,and covered by radiolarites,while minor volumes of pillow-lava flows infilled the rift *** towards a subduction-modified geochemical signature suggests emplacement in a marginal basin above a subduction zone.(2)Late Early Cretaceous alkaline lavas conformably emplaced on top of the *** have an OIB *** lavas are featured by large pillow lavas interbedded a carbonate *** show evidence for a large-scale OIB plume activity,which occurred prior to ophiolite obduction.(3)Early-Late Cretaceous calc-alkaline lavas and *** magmatic rocks are found on top of the obducted nappe,above the post-obduction erosion *** series shows similar Sr-Nd isotopic features as the Alkaline series,though having a clear supra-subduction *** are thus interpreted to be the remelting product of a mantle previously contaminated by the OIB *** of data from the Lesser Caucasus to western Anatolia shows a progression from back-arc to arc and fore-arc,which highlight a dissymmetry in the obducted oceanic lithosphere from East to *** metamo
