This study uses a numerical method to analyze the proposed model structure. Before the parametric analysis, a pre-analysis to make sure the analytical results are accountable, a verification analysis was performed. The results found are compared well with the limited experimental findings of Goda et al. and it is very encouraging to find that for the proposed method as an alternative for green energy developments, as long as an appropriate design is performed, an OWC combined with breakwater structure may provide an alternative for green energy system utilized in a harbor area. From the results of the first stage of parameter analysis that the size of the openings of the cell of converting system is variable, a traditional full opened cell is not necessary the most efficient design for the wave power conversion in terms of the variations of air pressure inside the cell and air speed through the outlet orifice that will drive the electricity power generator.

Introduction—European-American norms are still used in the orthodontic treatment of Emirates patients despite the different ethnic backgrounds of the Emirates. The purpose of this study was to formulate cephalometric norms for lateral cephalometric mea-surements of Emirates adults and to study gender differences. methods—Lateral cephalometric radio-graphs of 176 Emirates adults, 91 males and 85 fe-males, were selected according to the following crite-ria;an age range between 19 to 25 years, esthetically pleasing and harmonious faces with balanced and acceptable profiles and occlusions, normal skeletal and dental relationship, all permanent teeth present, and no history of orthodontic treatment or facial trauma. The mean values and standard deviations of 91 angular and 21 linear cephalometric variables were calculated using the Dolphin version 10.5 soft-ware package. The resulting norms for Emirates male and female groups were compared using a student t-test. Results—Several statistically significant gender differences were noticeable. Skeletally, Emirates males showed significantly greater (p hs as well as longer facial heights, greater SGn-Fh (°), ANS Xi Pm (°),and Fh/mP (°) angles than females. In addition, Emirates males had significantly greater (p mm), Co-Gn (mm), and significantly greater (p mm) than females. Dentally, Emirates males had significantly greater (p mm), and L1-NB (mm) (p han females. For soft tissue measurements there were significant gender differences (p measurements except for lower lip to E-plane and nose prominence measurements which have no significant gender difference. Emirates males revealed greater measurements than females except for soft tissue con-vexity, Z-angle, and both upper and lower lips pro-trusion which were significantly greater in Emirates females.

The most pronounced β-relaxation was found in the Y-based binary metallic glasses（mGs）. The correlation betweenβ-relaxation and local atomic structure was studied. The dynamic mechanical measurements were performed for three chosen binary systems： Zr-, Ti-, and Y-based mGs. The experimental results show that, in each system,the larger negative enthalpy of mixing（？hm） between the component elements makes β-relaxation become more pronounced. The less negative value of ？hm facilitates the formation of icosahedral clusters, which have a pinning effect on the excitation of β-relaxations and correspondingly make the β-relaxation become less pronounced. These chemical effects on β-relaxations can only be compared in the same mG system, and it is not suitable for the comparison between different systems due to the different features of the major metallic elements.

hepatocellular carcinoma(hCC)is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide,with rising clinical and economic burden as incidence *** are a multitude of evolving treatment options,including locoregional therapies which can be used alone,in combination with each other,or in combination with systemic *** treatment options have shown to be effective in achieving remission,controlling tumor progression,improving disease free and overall survival in patients who cannot undergo resection and providing a bridge to transplant by debulking tumor burden to downstage *** locoregional therapy(LRT),it is crucial to provide treatment response assessment to guide management and liver transplant ***,Liver Imaging Reporting and Data Systems(LI-RADS)Treatment Response Algorithm(TRA)was created to provide a standardized assessment of hCC following *** TRA provides a step by step approach to evaluate each lesion independently for accurate tumor *** this review,we provide an overview of different locoregional therapies for hCC,describe the expected post treatment imaging appearance following treatment,and review the LI-RADS TRA with guidance for its application in clinical *** to other publications,we will also review emerging literature supporting the use of LI-RADS for assessment of hCC treatment response after LRT.

The effect of external magnetic field and internal heat generation or absorption on a steady two-dimensional natural convection flow of viscous incompressible fluid along a uniformly heated vertical wavy surface has been investigated. The governing boundary layer equations are first transformed into a non-dimensional form using suitable set of dimensionless variables. The transformed boundary layer equations are solved numerically using the implicit finite difference method, known as Keller-box scheme. Numerical results for velocity, temperature, skin friction, the rate of heat transfer are obtained for different values of the selected parameters, such as viscous dissipation parameter (Vd), heat generation parameter (Q), magnetic parameter (m) and presented graphically and discussed. Streamlines and isotherms are presented for selected values of heat generation parameter and explained.

亚高山草地为野生动物和食草动物提供牧草,保护它们的完整性具有重要意义。作者于2016年7-8月,在黄土高原东部地区选择具有亚高山草地带的高海拔山地作为实验样地,从北向南一共选择了9个山地。在每个山地选择一块典型亚高山草地进行植物群落物种多样性和生物量调查,同时记录下亚高山草地的地理坐标。在样地中随机设置6个1 m2样方,用样方框调查每一个植物种的高度、多度、盖度、频度,计算群落α多样性指数;再以0.5°、0.45°为间隔分别将纬度、经度划分为5个梯度带,以100m为间隔将海拔划分为6个梯度带,计算群落β、γ多样性指数。最后,从6个物种多样性调查样方中,随机挑选5个作为植物生物量调查样方,在其中间位置设置0.2 m×0.2 m的小样方,采用齐地刈割法获取地上生物量,采用挖掘法获取地下生物量。该数据集包括:(1)山地名称及样地地理位置;(2)山西亚高山草地α多样性指数;(3)山西亚高山草地地理梯度带划分及其β多样性指数;(4)山西亚高山草地γ多样性指数;(5)山西亚高山草地生物量指标;(6)山西亚高山草地α多样性与生物量关系的数据。数据格式为.shp和.xlsx,数据量为41.2 KB(压缩为1个文件33.6 KB)。
