An experimental investigation of the saturation ion current densities （Jions） in hydrogen inductively coupled plasma （ICP） produced by a large-power （2-32 kW） radio frequency （RF） generator is reported, then some reasonable explanations are given out. With the increase of RF power, the experimental results show three stages： in the first stage （2-14 kW）, the electron temperature will rise with the increase of RF power in the ICP, thus, the Jions increases continually as the electron temperature rises in the ICP. In the second stage （14 20 kW）, as some h- ions lead to the mutual neutralization （MN）, the slope of Jio^s variation firstly decreases then increases. In the third stage （20-32 kW）, both the electronic detachment （ED） and the associative detachment （AD） in the ICP result in the destruction of h- ions, therefore, the increased amplitude of the Jions in the third stage is weaker than the one in the first stage. In addition, with the equivalent transformer model, we successfully Explain that the Jions at different radial locations in ICP has the same rule. Finally, it is found that the Jions has nothing to do with the outer/inner puffing gas pressure ratio, which is attributed to the high-speed movement of hydrogen molecules.

In order to assess the usability of steering wheel control interfaces in motorsport,it is necessary to employ a set of appropriate *** method selection process first involves identifying the relevant motorsport-based usability *** unique factors associated with context of use in motorsport are then *** are employed to synthesize a set of key performance indicators(KPIs)that require specific *** first KPI relates to error rates;these should be minimized,particularly under high cognitive load on the *** second KPI involves task times;these should be minimized not just to reduce distraction,but also to improve competitive *** third KPI states that usability should be optimized to minimize visual *** fourth KPI advocates the minimizing of interface task load to reduce the effect on the primary *** final KPI states that interface functionality should be easy to learn and *** KPIs provide clear goals to guide the identification of the most appropriate methods for each aspect of *** categories are devised and sets of appropriate methods selected based on the *** then combine into a toolset with an associated application process with the overall goal of providing a means by which motorsport interfaces may be both analysed and improved.

以氨三乙酸hNTA2-为主要配体,缬氨酸(valine)或亮氨酸(leucine)为次要配体在微酸性介质中合成了Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),and Zn(Ⅱ)的三元配合物。用元素分析、热分析、FTIR,UV-Vis分光光度法,磁性测量和质谱法表征了合成的三元配合物。结果表明,三元配合物可在金属(M):氨三乙酸(hNTA)∶缬氨酸(valine)或亮氨酸(leucine)=1∶1∶1时制得,其分子结构为[M(hNTA)(valine)(h2O)2].1.5h2O and[M(hNTA)(leucine)(h2O)2].1.5h2O(其中M=Ni(Ⅱ)or Cu(Ⅱ))和h2[Zn(NTA)(valine)(h2O)]h2O。标题三元过渡金属配合物为八面体对称构型。同时研究了该三元配合物对大肠杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌,白色念珠菌,黄曲霉菌(菌株从开罗大学理学院微分析中心获得)的抗菌活性。根据推荐的知名方法用标准的抗菌和抗真菌剂进行体外测试(in vitro)以评估我们的新制备的配合物对细菌和真菌物种的生长抑制活性。

Extensive preclinical studies have identified mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) activation as a frequent molecular signature underlying head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (hNSCC), including the distinct clinical subtype that is human papillomavirus (hPV) related, and have demonstrated the potential therapeutic utility of mTOR inhibitors in the treatment of these cancers. Numerous clinical studies have begun to evaluate this potential, however few have selected for and fewer have focused specifically on hPV-related disease. While hPV-positive (hPV+) hNSCC patients have a generally favorable prognosis, the overall number of patients who suffer failed treatment, recurrent disease, metastasis, and death is increasing due to the rapidly increasing incidence of hPV-related cancers. In this review, we discuss the rationale for proposing the adjuvant use of mTOR inhibition in the treatment of hPV+ hNSCC, highlighting the interplay of virally activated mTOR signaling, cellular metabolism, and the anti-tumor immune response.

We investigated the mechanical and microstructural responses of a high-strength equal-molar medium entropy FeCrNi alloy at 293 and 15 K by in situ neutron diffraction *** 293 K,the alloy had a very high yield strength of 651±12 MPa,with a total elongation of 48%±5%.At 15 K,the yield strength increased to 1092±22 MPa,but the total elongation dropped to 18%±1%.Via analyzing the neutron diffraction data,we determined the lattice strain evolution,single-crystal elastic constants,stacking fault probability,and estimated stacking fault energy of the alloy at both temperatures,which are the critical parameters to feed into and compare against our first-principles calculations and dislocation-based slip system *** density functional theory calculations show that the alloy tends to form shortrange order at room ***,atom probe tomography and atomic-resolution transmission electron microscopy did not clearly identify the short-range ***,at 293 K,experimental measured single-crystal elastic constants did not agree with those determined by first-principles calculations with short-range order but agreed well with the values from the calculation with the disordered configuration at 2000 *** suggests that the alloy is at a metastable state resulted from the fabrication *** view of the high yield strength of the alloy,we calculated the strengthening contribution to the yield strength from grain boundaries,dislocations,and lattice *** lattice distortion contribution was based on the Varenne-Luque-Curtine strengthening theory for multi-component alloys,which was found to be 316 MPa at 293 K and increased to 629 MPa at 15 K,making a significant contribution to the high yield *** plastic deformation,dislocation movement and multiplication were found to be the dominant hardening mechanism at both temperatures,whereas twinning and phase transformation were not *** is mainly due to the high stack

Prostate-specific antigen （PSA） testing for the early diagnosis of prostate cancer has led to a decrease in cancer mortality. however, the high prevalence of low-grade prostate cancer and its long natural history, competing causes of death in older men and treatment patterns of prostate cancer, have led to dramatic overtreatment of the disease. Improved markers of prostate cancer lethality are needed to reduce the overtreatment of prostate cancer that leads to a reduced quality of life without extending life for a high proportion of men. The PSA level prior to treatment is routinely used in multivariable models to predict prostate cancer aggressiveness. PSA isoforms and PSA kinetics have been associated with more aggressive phenotypes, but are not routinely employed as part of prediction tools prior to treatment. PSA kinetics is a valuable marker of lethality post treatment and routinely used in determininE the need for salva=e theraov.
