Sampling-based path planning is a popular methodology for robot path *** a uniform sampling strategy to explore the state space,a feasible path.c.n be found without the complex geometric modeling of the configuration ***,the q.ality of the initial solution is not guaranteed,and the convergence speed to the optimal solution is *** this paper,we present a novel image-based path planning algorithm to overcome these ***,a generative adversarial network(GAN)is designed to take the environment map(denoted as RGB image)as the input without other preprocessing *** output is also an RGB image where the promising region(where a feasible path probably exists)is *** promising region is utilized as a heuristic to achieve non-uniform sampling for the path *** conduct a number of simulation experiments to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method,and the results demonstrate that our method performs much better in terms of the q.ality of the initial solution and the convergence speed to the optimal ***,apart from the environments similar to the training set,our method also works well on the environments wh.c. are very different from the training set.

Sodium-ion batteries （SIBs） with organic electrodes are an emerging research direction due to the sustainability of organic materials based on elements like c,h,O,and sodium ***,organic electrode materials for SIBs are mainly used as cathodes because of their relatively high redox potentials（>1 V）.Organic electrodes with low redox potential that can be used as anode are ***,a novel organic anode material （tetrasodium 1,4,5,8-naphthalenetetracarboxylate,Na4TDc） has been developed with low redox potential （cellent cyclic *** three-sodium storage mechanism was demonstrated with various in-situ/ex-situ spectroscopy and theoretical calculations,showing a high.c.pacity of 208 mAh/g and an average decay rate of merely 0.022%per ***,the Na4TDc-hard carbon composite can further acq.ire improved capacity and cycling stability for 1200 cycles even with a high mass loading of up to 20 mg *** pairing with a th.c. Na3V2（PO4）3cathode (20.6 mg cm-2),the as-fabricated full cell exhibited high operating voltage （2.8 V）,excellent rate performance and cycling stability with a high.c.pacity retention of 88.7% after 200 cycles,well highlighting the Na4TDc anode material for SIBs.

Electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding inhigh-freq.ency range, especially the rapidly growing terahertz(Thz) freq.ency range, attracts increasing attention due tothe potential application of terahertz in 6G wirelesscommunication, and security inspection. however, traditionalconductive EMI films typically achieve high shieldingeffectiveness through strong reflection, wh.c. may causesecondary pollution to other devices. here, a gradientstructure strategy was proposed to constructTi_(3)c_(2)Tx/hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (hPMc) film, in wh.c.the content of Ti_(3)c_(2)Tx gradually increases along the th.c.nessdirection, resulting in different conductivity of the two surfaces(surface-M and surface-h) for the film. The obtained gradientfilmexhibits an EMI shielding efficiency of over 48.5 dB in theThz range (0.2-1.6 Thz) at a th.c.ness of 40 μm. Especially,as the Thz waves incident from the surface-h to the film, the absorption effectiveness reaches 48.2 dB (average absorbedpower loss up to 91.4%), and the reflection effectiveness is only 0.3 dB. In additions, the gradient-film also demonstrates ahigh absorption rate of 95.5% in the infrared band (2.5-16.7 μm). Moreover, the gradient-film exhibits an excellent tensilestress and Young’s modulus value of 173.1 MPa and 2.8 GPa, respectively. Therefore, the gradient-film proposed in thiswork, with excellent electromagnetic absorption in both Thz and infrared band, provides a promising candidate for the nextgenerationEMI shielding applications.

The crack initiation mechanism of a Z3cN20.09M duplex stainless steel （DSS） during corrosion fatigue （cF） in water and air at 290 ℃ was investigated by using a cF cracking machine and a scanning electron microscopy （SEM）. The cracks were initiated successively at the persistent stip bands （PSBs）, phase boundaries （PBs） and pitting corrosion points （PcPs） of the specimens when they were tested in water at 290 ℃, while in airat 290 ℃ the cracks were only initiated at the PSBs and PBs. And the cracks were found mainly to initiate at the PSBs and PBs when the specimens were tested in water and air at 290 ℃, respectively. The results also reveal that the cracks were likely to be initiated at the first 20% of fatigue life of the specimens tested in water at 290 ℃. however, the cracks were not found until 50% of fatigue life when tested in air at 290 ℃. Moreover, the crack numbers of the specimens tested in water at 290 ℃ were much more than those tested in air at 290 ℃.

Large-aperture potassium dihydrogen phos- phate （KDP） crystals are widely used in the laser path of inertial confinement fusion （IcF） systems. The most common method of manufacturing half-meter KDP crystals is ultra-precision fly cutting. When processing KDP crystals by ultra-precision fly cutting, the dynamic characteristics of the fly cutting machine and fluctuations in the fly cutting environment are translated into surface errors at different spatial freq.ency bands. These machin- ing errors should be suppressed effectively to guarantee that KDP crystals meet the full-band machining accuracy specified in the evaluation index. In this study, the anisotropic machinability of KDP crystals and the causes of typical surface errors in ultra-precision fly cutting of the material are investigated. The structures of the fly cutting machine and existing processing parameters are optimized to improve the machined surface q.ality. The findings are theoretically and practically important in the development of high-energy laser systems in china.

The low freq.ency cyclical transient natural convection in a cube enclosure with an internal isolated vertical heated plate was investigated experimentally. A computer-aided experimental system was designed to generate the cyclical heating power input and also used for data reduction. The effects of the cyclic heating power input amplitude (from 0 to 8 W) and freq.ency (from 1/5400 s-1 to 1/600 s-1)as well as the per-cycle time-average power input (from 8 to 24 W) on the transient and time-average Nusselt number were parametrically studied. It was found that for such.c.clical transient natural convection with low freq.ency, the plate heating power input amplitude and freq.ency have little effects on the time-average Nusselt number as long as the cyclical time-average heating power input remains the same, although the transient Nusselt number may be significantly affected. Therefore, the modified Grashof number based on the plate average heat flux can be used to characterize the time-average heat transfer process. The plate time-average Nusselt number is about 15% less than the infinite-space Nusselt number. The location of the isolated plate in enclosure does not appreciably influence the time-average heat transfer characteristics of the plate.

Lithium-sulfur （Li-S） batteries are widely deemed to be one of the most potential candidates for future secondary batteries because of their remarkable energy ***,notorious polysulfide shuttling and retarded sulfur reaction kinetics pose significant obstacles to the further application of Li-S *** rationally designed highly active electrocatalysts can facilitate polysulfide conversion,the universal and scalable synthesis strategies need to be ***,a universal synthetic strategy to construct a series of three-dimensional （3D） porous graphene-iron （3DGr-Fe） based electrocatalysts involving 3DGr-FeP,3DGr-Fe3c,and 3DGr-Fe3Se4is exploited for manipulating the Li-S redox *** has been observed that the implementation of a 3D porous Gr architecture leads to the well-designed conductive networks,while the uniformly dispersed iron nanoparticles introduce an abundance of active sites,fostering the lithium polysulfide conversion,thereby bolstering the overall electrochemical *** Li-S battery with the 3DGr-Fe based electrocatalyst exhibits remarkable capacity retention of 94.8%upon 100 times at 0.2 ***,the soft-packaged Li-S pouch.c.ll based on such a 3DGr-Fe electrocatalyst delivers superior capacity of 1060.71 mA h g-1and guarantees for the continuous 30 min work of fan *** investigation gives comprehensive insights into the design,synthesis,and mechanism of 3DGr-Fe based electrocatalysts with high activity toward efficient and durable Li-S batteries.

Snap-through phenomenon widely occurs for elastic systems,where the systems lose stability at critical *** snapthrough of an elastica under bilateral displacement control at a material point is studied,by regarding the whole elastica as two components,i.e.,pinned-clamped ***,stiffness-curvature curves of two pinned-clamped elasticas are firstly efficiently located based on the second-order mode,wh.c. are used to determine the shapes of two *** transformations are used to assemble two components together to form the whole elastica,wh.c. reveals four kinds of *** advantage of this way compared with other methods such as the shooting method is that multiple coexisting solutions can be located accurately.O n the load-deflection curves,four branches correspond to four kinds of shapes and first two branches are symmetrical to the last two branches relative to the original *** the bilateral displacement control,the critical points can only appear at saddle-node bifurcations,wh.c. is different to that for the unilateral displacement ***,one critical point is found on the first branch and two critical points are found on the secondary *** addition,the snap-through among different branches can be well explained with these critical points.

Forty-four different animal biles obtained from both invertebrates and vertebrates (including human bile) have been used for centuries for a host of maladies in traditional chinese medicine (TcM) beginning with dog, ox and common carp biles approximately in the Zhou dynasty (c. 1046-256 BcE). Overall, different animal biles were prescribed principally for the treatment of liver, biliary, skin (including burns), gynecological and heart diseases, as well as diseases of the eyes, ears, nose, mouth and throat. We present an informed opinion of the clinical efficacy of the medicinal uses of the different animal biles based on their presently known principal chemical components wh.c. are mostly steroidal detergent-like molecules and the membrane lipids such as unesterified cholesterol and mixed phosphatidylcholines and sometimes sphingomyelin, as well as containing lipopigments derived from heme principally bilirubin glucuronides. All of the available information on the ethnopharmacological uses of biles in TcM were collated from the rich.c.llection of ancient chinese books on materia medica held in libraries in china and United States and the composition of various animal biles was based on rigorous separatory and advanced chemical identification techniq.es published since the mid-20th century collected via library (harvard’s countway Library) and electronic searches (PubMed and Google Scholar). Our analysis of ethnomedical data and information on biliary chemistry shows that specific bile salts, as well as the common bile pigment bilirubin and its glucuronides plus the minor components of bile such as vitamins A, D, E, K, as well as melatonin (N-acetyl-5-methoxytryptamine) are salutary in improving liver function, dissolving gallstones, inhibiting bacterial and viral multiplication, promoting cardiac chronotropsim, as well as exhibiting anti-inflammatory, anti-pyretic, anti-oxidant, sedative, anti-convulsive, anti-allergic, anti-congestive, anti-diabe
