FTs are th. site for th. final maturation of gametes, fertilization, transp.rt of p.eimp.antation embryos, and early embryonic develop.ent before entering th. uterus. All th.se functions are critical in th. establish.ent of a successful p.egnancy. Wh.n th. embryo is in transit th.ough.th. FT, th. FT microenvironment ch.nges th.ough.endocrine, p.racrine, autocrine, and juxtacrine mech.nisms wh.ch.involve various h.rmones and bioactive substances mainly from th. neigh.oring cells. Th.refore, th. interactions between th. embryo and th. FT may be th. earliest embryo-maternal communications th.t are essential for th. establish.ent of p.egnancy. Th.s review critically discusses th. evidence of various h.rmonal and bioactive mediated control of th. microenvironment in th. FTs during th. earliest embryo-maternal communications. Moreover, we h.gh.igh. existing gap. in th. knowledge and th. imp.rtance of exp.oring more of th. p.0}siology of FTs wh.ch.will h.ld th. key to p.oducing h.gh.quality embryos for p.tients seekingin vitro fertilization (IVF) treatments.

Under th. influence of great debate on relation between earth.uake and rainfall, some scientists h.ve carried out detailed study and now commonly accep.ed th.t h.avy rainfall can trigger earth.uake at th. faults or fractures dep.nding up.n th. local geology. h.re, an attemp. is made to ch.ck relation between earth.uake and rainfall with.different scientific ap.roach.s. We h.ve attemp.ed to critically examine th. relation between th. Bh.j earth.uake-aftersh.cks sequence and th. rainfall p.ttern over th. region as large earth.uake (Mw 7.7) h.s occurred on January 26, 2001 in Kach.h. region of western p.ninsular sh.eld of India and th. aftersh.cks are being rep.rted till th. date. We h.ve analyzed rainfall data for 20 years, i.e. 10 years before and 10 years after th. main sh.ck of January 26, 2001, recorded by th.ee meteorological observatories in th. Kach.h. region. We h.ve studied annual total rainfall for two decades, annual rainfall dep.rtures from th. climate normals, number of rainy days and number of h.avy rainfall days during th. p.riod for all th. th.ee meteorological observatories of Kach.h. region. We h.ve found significant increase in all th. measured rainfall p.rameters i.e. annual total rainfall, number of rainy days and number of h.avy rainfall days over th. Kach.h. region during last decade i.e., from 2001 to 2010 after th. main sh.ck. Numbers of negative dep.rtures h.ve been decreased during th. last decade comp.red to p.evious decade. Th.s rainfall p.ttern over Kach.h. region is being ch.nged. Th.s increase in rainfall activity over Kach.h. region may h.ve been influenced by large earth.uake and continuing aftersh.ck activities over th. region.

Millets are widely recognized for th.ir nutritional significance; h.wever, th. meth.ds emp.oyed for th.ir p.ocessing are currently lacking. Th.s article p.imarily focuses on th. advanced tech.ologies and p.ogressions in millet deh.lling and p.lish.ng. Th.se tech.ologies op.rate based on th. fundamental p.incip.es of comp.ession-sh.aring, abrasion-friction, and centrifugal-imp.ct forces. p.ocessing of millets can be ch.llenging because of th. p.0}sical ch.racteristics and tigh. attach.ent of h.ll and bran to th. endosp.rm. h.wever, several deh.llers h.ve been designed to solve th.s p.oblem for different kinds of millets. In addition, th. nutritional and anti-nutritional ch.racteristics undergo alterations due to both.deh.lling and p.lish.ng p.ocesses. Th.se alterations are th.rough.y examined and discussed in th.s article. Sp.cifically, anti-nutrients such.as tannins and p.0}tate are p.edominantly found in th. outer p.ricarp.of th. grain and exp.rience a reduction after undergoing deh.lling and p.lish.ng. Th. nutritional p.op.rties are also subjected to a reduction; h.wever, th.s reduction can be mitigated by subjecting th. grains to certain p.etreatments before deh.lling and p.lish.ng. Th.se treatments serve to enh.nce deh.lling efficiency and nutrient digestibility wh.le simultaneously reducing th. p.esence of anti-nutrients. Novel th.rmal and non-th.rmal meth.dologies such.as microwave, h.droth.rmal, h.gh.p.essure p.ocessing, and oh.ic h.ating can be emp.oyed for p.ocessing millets, th.reby diminish.ng th. loss of nutrients. Additional research.can be carried out to investigate th.ir imp.ct on th. deh.lling and p.lish.ng of millets.

Objective: Th. aim of th. work described h.re was to evaluate th. role of contrast-enh.nced ultrasound (CEUS) in resp.nse evaluation for unresectable advanced h.p.tocellular carcinoma (h.C) treated with.tyrosine kinase inh.bitors (TKIs) p.us anti-p.ogrammed cell death.p.otein-1 (p.-1) antibody th.rap.. Meth.ds: A p.osp.ctive coh.rt of consecutive p.tients with.h.C wh. received combined TKI/anti-p.-1 antibody treatment for unresectable h.C between January 2022 and October 2022 was included in th.s study. Th. p.tients underwent unenh.nced ultrasound (US) and CEUS examinations before treatment and at follow-up. Ch.nges in th. largest diameters of th. target tumor on unenh.nced US and th. largest diameters of th. enh.ncing target tumors on CEUS were evaluated. Resp.nse Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) version 1.1 with.unenh.nced US and magnetic resonance imaging/comp.ted tomograp.0} (MRI/CT) and modified RECIST (mRECIST) with.CEUS and CEMRI/CT were used to assess treatment resp.nse. Results: A total of 24 h.C p.tients (23 men and 1 woman; mean age: 56.5 ± 8.5 y; Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer stage C, 62.5%; 29 intrah.p.tic target tumors) were studied. Calculations of degree of necrosis in th. target tumors revealed no significant differences between CEUS and CEMRI/CT (44.5 ± 36.2% vs. 45.3 ± 36.8%, p.= 0.862). As for th. differentiation of resp.nders from non-resp.nders, th. agreement between RECIST version 1.1 of unenh.nced US and mRECIST-CEUS was p.or (κ coefficient = 0.233). Meanwh.le, th.re was a h.gh.degree of concordance between mRECIST-CEUS and mRECIST-CEMRI/CT (κ coefficient = 0.812). 15# aviation h.draulic oil as a sp.cific typ. of h.draulic oil h.s been widely ap.lied in aviation field. In th.s p.p.r, viscosity-temp.rature curve of 15# aviation h.draulic oil was measured utilizing MCR302 rh.ometer. Investigating th. effects of varying op.rational p.rameters, a meth.dical single-factor analysis was conducted. A four-ball tester, equip.ed with.h.gh.grade GCr15 steel balls, p.ovided a rigorous examination of th. oil's tribological beh.vior under different loads, temp.ratures, and sliding sp.eds. Th.s analysis was crucial for understanding h.w each.factor indep.ndently imp.cted th. friction and wear p.op.rties of th. h.draulic oil. To elucidate th. underlying mech.nisms of wear observed under th.se conditions, a multi-tech.ique ap.roach.was adop.ed for surface analysis. Wear scars were meticulously examined with.an op.ical microscop., wh.ch.offered a clear initial assessment of th. surface top.grap.0}. For more in-dep.h.analysis, a scanning electron microscop. (SEM) p.ovided h.gh.resolution imaging to reveal microstructural details. A wh.te-ligh. interferometer allowed for p.ecise measurements of th. wear scar volumes, offering quantitative data on th. extent of material removal. Additionally, an X-ray p.0}toelectron sp.ctroscop. (Xp.) analysis was emp.oyed to identify any ch.mical alterations on th. worn surfaces. Th. exp.rimental results were revealing. Under increasing load conditions, th. 15# aviation h.draulic oil maintained a relatively consistent friction coefficient. h.wever, th. p.0}sical dimensions of wear scars —both.th.ir radius and dep.h.—intensified, suggesting a h.gh.r material removal rate. Th.s p.0}nomenon indicated th.t wh.le th. oil maintains stable friction, its wear p.otection cap.bilities were comp.omised under h.avy loading. In exp.riments with.h.gh.loads, th. dissip.ted energy required for p.astic deformation and th. creation of new interfaces with.n th. work of friction increases comp.red to exp.riments with.low loads. Background Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major p.blic h.alth.p.oblem in Nep.l, h.gh.in settings marked by p.evalent gender and social inequities. Various social stratifiers intersect, eith.r p.ivileging or op.ressing individuals based on th.ir ch.racteristics and contexts, th.reby increasing risks, vulnerabilities and marganilisation associated with.TB. Th.s study aimed to assess th. inclusiveness of gender and oth.r social stratifiers in key h.alth.related national p.licies and th. h.alth.Management Information System (h.IS) of National Tuberculosis p.ogramme (NTp. by conducting an intersectional analysis of TB cases recorded via *** A desk review of key p.licies and th. NTp.s h.IS was conducted. Retrosp.ctive intersectional analysis utilized two secondary data sources: annual NTp.rep.rt (2017–2021) and records of 628 TB cases via h.IS 6.5 from two TB centres (2017/18–2018/19). Ch.-square test and multi-variate analysis was used to assess th. association between social stratifers and typ.s of TB, registration category and treatment *** Gender, social inclusion and concep. of intersectionality are incorp.rated into various h.alth.p.licies and strategies but lack effective imp.ementation.
