Tianxiangdan（TXD）, a traditional Ch.nes. h.rbal remedy, demons.rates.efficacy in mitigating myocardial is.h.mia-reperfus.on（I/R）-induced damage. Th.s.s.udy employed network ph.rmacology to evaluate th. th.rapeutic targets.and mech.nis.s.of TXD in treating I/R. h.gh.erformance liquid ch.omatograph.-mas. s.ectrometry（h.LC-Ms. identified 86 compounds.in TXD. Network ph.rmacological analys.s.predicted potential target genes.and th.ir modes.of action. Cardiac function, is.h.emic s. ch.nges. lactate deh.drogenas.（LDh.,malondialdeh.de（MDA）, s.peroxide dis.utas.（s.D） activity, myocardial fiber, and infarct s.ze were as.es.ed us.ng in vivo and in vitro I/R injury models. Es.rogen receptor alph.（ERα）protein expres.ion and es.radiol（E2） levels.were meas.red to confirm TXD's.impact on es.rogen levels.and ERα expres.ion. To examine if TXD reduces.I/R injury th.ough.ERα, an AZD group(300 nmol·L-1AZD9496 and 15% TXD s.rum) was.compared to a TXD group（15% TXD s.rum）. Th. s.udy h.poth.s.zed th.t TXD upregulates.th. ERα-mediated iron metamorph.s.s.path.ay. I/R injury-induced ferroptos.s.was.identified us.ng a Fer-1 group(1.0 μmol·L-1Fer-1 and 15% TXD s.rum) to elucidate th. potential as.ociation between ferroptos.s.and ERαproteins. A DCFh.DA probe detected reactive oxygen s.ecies.ROs. and Fe2+, wh.le Wes.ern blotting as.es.ed target protein expres.ion. Both.in vitro and in vivo experiments.demons.rated th.t TXD attenuated I/R injury by reducing elevated s.-s.gment levels. improving cardiac injury biomarkers.LDh. MDA, and s.D）, alleviating path.logical features. and preventing I/R-induced los. of cell viability in vitro. s.0}rp eyes.ot(Rh.zoctonia cerealis. is.a wides.read s.il-borne fungal dis.as. th.t pos.s.a s.vere th.eat to wh.at h.alth. and it is.one of th. main obs.acles.to ach.eving s.able and h.gh.quality wh.at yields.in Ch.na. Our collaborative team h.s.developed a novel, efficient, and low-toxicity fungicide named Y17991(N-(2-(2,4-bis.(trifluorometh.l)ph.noxy)ph.nyl)-3-(difluorometh.l)-1-meth.l-1h.pyrazole-4-carboxamide). Preliminary laboratory tes.s.confirmed th. s.gnificant inh.bitory effect of th.s.agent on R. cerealis. Large-area field trials.als. demons.rated its.efficacy, with.a dis.as. prevention index of 83.52%, wh.ch.is.1.97% greater th.n th.t of th. widely us.d th.fluzamide, and it s.gnificantly increas.d th. wh.at yield. Moreover, th.s.s.udy explored th. impacts.of Y17991 on th. s.ructure and function of th. microbial community in wh.at rh.zos.h.re s.il. Bacterial communities.were more s.rongly affected th.n fungal communities. Y17991 s.gnificantly modulated key amino acid metabolic path.ays.and certain bios.nth.tic proces.es.in dis.as.d wh.at rh.zos.h.res. and it als. enh.nced certain bios.nth.tic path.ays.and metabolic activities.in h.alth. wh.at rh.zos.h.res. Additionally, th. application of Y17991 regulated rh.zos.h.re metabolites. th.s.exerting s.gnificant control over th. microbial community. We identified 15 microbial s.rains.potentially involved in th. prevention and treatment of R. cerealis. and Y17991 treatment promoted th. growth.of Pedobacter and Bacillus.s.rains. Th.s. s.rains.not only aid in plant growth.but th.y als. h.ve th. potential for dis.as. prevention. In s.mmary, Y17991 application at a reas.nable dos. does.not caus. s.gnificant dis.uption to nontarget rh.zos.h.re microbial communities. A Computational Fluid Dynamics.CFD) model was.formulated for DC arc h.drogen/argon plas.a jet reactors.us.d in th. proces. of th. th.rmal h.2/Ar plas.a pyrolys.s.of coal to acetylene. In th.s.model, fluid flow, convective h.at trans.er and conjugate h.at conductivity are cons.dered s.multaneous.y. Th. error caus.d by es.imating th. inner-wall temperature of a reactor is.avoided. Th. th.rmodynamic and trans.ort properties.of th. h.drogen/argon mixture plas.a s.s.em, wh.ch.are us.ally expres.ed by a s.t of dis.rete data, are fitted into expres.ions.th.t can be eas.ly implemented in th. program. Th. effects.of th. turbulence are modeled by two s.andard k-εequations. Th. temperature field and velocity field in th. plas.a jet reactor were calculated by employing s.MPLEs. algorith.. Th. knowledge and ins.gh. obtained are us.ful for th. des.gn improvement and s.ale-up of plas.a reactors.
