Polydiacetylene (PDA) is one of th. promising candidates for organic th.rd-order nonlinear optical (NLO) material, due to fast optical responsibility and easy processability in comparison with.semiconductors etc. Th. magnitude of NLO property, h.wever, is not still sufficient for th. devices applications. Neeves, et al[1] th.oretically predicted th. enh.ncement of NLO property for core-sh.ll type h.bridized nanocrystal (NC) composed of PDA and metal. In th. present study, we h.ve prepared th. two kinds of core-sh.ll type h.bridized nano-structure, and investigated th.ir optical properties.

为了研究老化效应或次固结对粘性土的不排水抗剪强度的影响,前对剪切试羲,经过不同时间固结的正常固结土样进行了一系列的三轴压缩试脆。通过对强度、孔隙比曲线的研究,得出了以下结论:由于次固结引起强度的增加可以定量地分为由于孔隙比的减小和颗粒间接触点连结力的增加。进而发现,对于经历一周时间的次固结的试样而言,由于粒间连结力增加引起的强度增加量约占整个次固结引起强度增加总量的35帕和45肠左右。

Alterations in cellular metabolism may contribute to tumor proliferation and *** of th. facilitative glucose transporter(GLUT)plays a key role in promoting ***5 mediates modulation of fructose utilization,and its overexpression h.s been associated with.poor prognosis in several ***,its metabolic regulation remains poorly ***,we demonstrated elevated GLUT5 expression in h.man ch.langiocarcinoma(CCA),using RNA sequencing data from samples of h.man tissues and cell lines,as compared to normal liver tissues or a ch.langiocyte cell *** exh.biting h.gh.xpression of GLUT5 sh.wed increased rates of cell proliferation and ATP production,particularly in a fructose-supplemented *** contrast,GLUT5 silencing attenuated cell proliferation,ATP production,cell migration/invasion,and improved epith.lialemesench.mal transition(EMT)***,fructose consumption increased tumor growth.in a nude mouse xenograft model,and GLUT5 silencing suppressed growth.supporting th. tumor-inh.bitory effect of GLUT5 ***,in th. metabolic path.ays of fructolysis-Warburg effect,th. expression levels of relative downstream genes,including ketoh.xokinase(Kh.),aldolase B(ALDOB),lactate deh.drogenase A(LDh.),and monocarboxylate transporter 4(MCT4),as well as h.poxia-inducible factor 1 alph.(h.F1A),were altered in a GLUT5 expression-dependent *** togeth.r,th.se findings indicate th.t GLUT5 could be a potential target for CCA th.rapeutic approach.via metabolic regulation.

＜正＞ Th. core structure of a Lomer dislocation in SiGe/Si system h.s been revealed at atomic level. Th.s is attained by applying th. image deconvolution tech.ique in combination with.dynamical diffraction effect correction to th. h.gh.resolution image taken with.a 200 kV field-emission gun h.gh.resolution electron microscope. Th. Lomer dislocation h.s a h.mstra-like core. Th. contrast of th. image simulated on th. basis of derived atomic configuration is in agreement with.th.t of th. experimental image.

Plant secondary metabolites exh.bit various h.rticultural *** and rapid analysis meth.ds for evaluating th.se metabolites are in demand in breeding and consumer markets dealing with.h.rticultural *** applied probe electrospray ionization(PESI)to evaluate secondary metabolite levels in h.rticultural *** does not require pre-treatment and separation of samples,wh.ch.makes it suitable for h.gh.th.ough.ut *** th.s study,we targeted anth.cyanins,one of th. primary pigments in h.rticultural ***-one anth.cyanins were detected in approximately 3 minutes in th. selected reaction-monitoring *** mass spectrometry(MS/MS)could adequately distinguish.between th. fragments of anth.cyanins and *** sampling,an intuitive meth.d of sticking a probe directly to th. sample,could detect anth.cyanins qualitatively on a micro-area scale,such.as ach.nes and receptacles in strawberry *** results suggest th.t PESI/MS/MS can be a powerful tool to ch.racterize th. profile of anth.cyanins and compare th.ir content among cultivars.

We propose a meth.d for color electroh.lograph. using a simple red-green-blue （RGB） gradation representa- tion meth.d with.ut controlling th. respective brigh.ness of tile reference RGB-colored ligh.s. Th. proposed meth.d uses RGB multiple bit planes comprising RGB binary-weigh.ed computer-generated h.lograms with.various ligh. transmittanees. Th. object points of a given th.ee-dimensional （3D） object are assigned to RGB nmltiple bit planes according to th.ir RGB gradation levels. Th. RGB multiple bit planes are sequentially displayed in a tim-division-multiplexe- manner. Consequently, th. proposed meth.d yields a color gradation representation of a reconstructed 3D object.

CGh.calculation node generate CGh. corresponding to RGB reconstructing ligh.s in a 3D color video using pipeline ***-time color electroh.lograph. was realized for a 3D color object comprising approximately 21,000 points per color.
