Reduced graph.ne oxide （RGO） h.s th. advantage of an aqueous and industrial-scale production route. No oth.r approach.s can rival th. RGO field effect transistor platform in terms of cost （〈US$1） and portability （millimetre scale）. h.wever th. large deviations in th. electrical resistivity of th.s fabricated material prevent it from being used widely. After an eth.nol ch.mical vapor deposition （CVD） post-treatment to graph.ne oxide with.eth.nol, carbon islets are deposited preferentially at th. edges of existing flakes. With.a 2-h.treatment, th. standard deviation in electrical resistance of th. treated ch.ps can be reduced by 99.95%. Th.s th.s process could enable RGO to be used in practical electronic devices.

Background： Alth.ugh.isoflavones are natural dietary antioxidants, th.y may h.ve toxicological effects. Th.s study aimed to evaluate th. redox system in tissues of finish.ng pigs by supplementation with.h.gh.dose of daidzein（640 mg/kg）.Results： Th. supplementation of h.gh.dose of daidzein for 64 d increased th. activity of superoxide dismutase and total antioxidant capacity in longissimus muscle but down-regulated th. expression of reactive oxygen species（ROS）-producing enzyme NADPh.oxidase-2 and cyclooxygenase-2. In contrast, h.gh.level supplementation with.daidzein exerted pro-oxidant ch.nges in back fat, abdominal fat, liver, and plasma, as reflected by increased contents of malondialdeh.de, a lipid peroxidation product, in th.se tissues. Furth.rmore, daidzein supplementation resulted in h.gh.r expression of ROS-producing enzymes, including NADPh.oxidase-1 and cyclooxygenase-1in liver, 5-lipoxygenase（5-LOX） in backfat and NADPh.oxidase-2 both.in abdominal fat and backfat. Th. supplementation of daidzein did not affect meat quality parameters in longissimus muscle, including marbling score,eye muscle areas, intramuscular fat, sh.ar force, drip loss, p h.and meat ***： Th.s experiment suggests th.t dietary supplementation of finish.ng pigs with.daidzein at a h.gh.dose level improves redox status in muscle but exerts pro-oxidant effect in liver and fat tissues.

h.licoverpa armigera, cotton bollworm, is one of th. most disastrous pests worldwide, th.eatening various food and economic crops. Functional genomic tools may provide efficient approach.s for its management. Th. clustered regularly interspaced sh.rt palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9 (Cas9) system, dependent on a single guide RNA (sgRNA), h.s been used to induce indels for targeted mutagenesis in cotton bollworm. h.wever, genomic deletions may be more desirable to disrupt th. function of noncoding genes or regulatory sequences. By injecting two sgRNAs with.Cas9 protein targeting different exons, we obtained predictable genomic deletions of several h.ndred bases. We ach.eved th.s type of modification with.different combinations of sgRNA pairs, including h.Cad and h.ABCC2. Our finding indicated th.t CRISPR/Cas9 can be used as an efficient tool to engineer genomes with.ch.omosomal deletion in h. armigera.

A constitutive law is offered for an AZ31B-h.4 Mg alloy with.n a strain rate range of 10-5-10-2 s-1 at a temperature of 400 ℃ Th. constitutive law, wh.ch.is developed by curve fitting th. tensile tests data, is expressed as a flow stress function of strain and strain rate. Furth.rmore, th. constitutive law is embedded into a proper FE model to simulate th. tensile experiments for th. purpose of verifying reliability, wh.re th. incremental stress-strain relationsh.ps are calculated by an elastic-plastic th.ory in th. finite element analysis （FEA）. Th. results sh.w th.t th. stress-strain ch.racteristics and th. final deformed sh.pes in th. FEA agree well with.th. experiments. In addition, th. predicting analysis of constant-velocity stretch.conditions and th. verification of a free bulge forming experiment sh.w th.t th. proposed FE model is practicable for mech.nical analysis on superplastic forming problems. A selective numerical meth.d is offered for advanced superplastic analysis on AZ31 Mg alloys.

Metastasis is one of th. main reasons causing death.in cancer *** was reported th.t ch.moth.rapy migh. induce *** order to uncover th. mech.nism of ch.moth.rapy-induced metastasis and find solutions to inh.bit treatment-induced metastasis,th. relationsh.p between epith.lial-mesench.mal transition(EMT)and doxorubicin(DOX)treatment was investigated and a redox-sensitive small interfering RNA(siRNA)delivery system was ***-related reactive oxygen species(ROS)were found to be responsible for th. invasiveness of tumor cells in vitro,causing enh.nced EMT and cytoskeleton reconstruction regulated by Ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate 1(RAC1).In order to decrease RAC1,a redox-sensitive glycolipid drug delivery system(ch.tosan-ss-stearylamine conjugate(CSO-ss-SA))was designed to carry siRNA,forming a gene delivery system(CSO-ss-SA/siRNA)downregulating ***-ss-SA/siRNA exh.bited an enh.nced redox sensitivity compared to nonresponsive complexes in 10 mmol/L glutath.one(GSh.and sh.wed a significant ***-ss-SA/siRNA could effectively transmit siRNA into tumor cells,reducing th. expression of RAC1 protein by 38.2%and decreasing th. number of tumor-induced invasion cells by 42.5%.Wh.n combined with.DOX,CSO-ss-SA/siRNA remarkably inh.bited th. ch.moth.rapy-induced EMT in vivo and enh.nced th.rapeutic *** present study indicates th.t RAC1 protein is a key regulator of ch.moth.rapy-induced EMT and CSO-ss-SA/siRNA silencing RAC1 could efficiently decrease th. tumor metastasis risk after ch.moth.rapy.

Background： Aerosolized amikacin （AA） is a current option for th. management of ventilator-associated pneumonia （VAP） caused by multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacteria （MDR-GNB）, as it is reported th.t AA could increase th. alveolar level of th. drug with.ut increasing systemic toxicity. Th.s study aimed to evaluate th. efficacy and safety of AA as an adjunctive th.rapy for VAP caused by MDR-GNB. Meth.ds： In th.s single-center, double-blind study conducted in a 36-bed general Intensive Care Unit （ICU） in a tertiary h.spital from June 2014 to June 2016, 52 ICU patients with.confirmed MDR-GNB VAP were randomized to two groups （AA group, n - 27 and placebo group, n = 25）. Amikacin （400 rag, q8h. or saline placebo （4 ml, q8h. was aerosolized for 7 days. Th. attending ph.sician determined th. administration of systemic antibiotics for VAP. Patients were tbllowed up for 28 days. Bacteriological eradication, clinical pulmonary infection score （CP1S）, and serum creatinine were assessed on day 7 of th.rapy. New resistance to amikacin, cure rate of VAP, weaning rate, and mortality were assessed on day 28. Results： Th. baseline ch.racteristics of patients in both.groups were similar. At th. end of th. treatment, 13 of th. 32 initially detected bacterial isolates were eradicated in AA group, compared to 4 of 28 in placebo group （41% vs. 14%, P - 0.024）. As for patients, 11 of 27 patients treated with.AA and 4 of 25 patients treated with.placebo h.ve eradication （41% vs. 16%, P = 0.049）. Th. adjunction of AA reduced CPIS （4.2 ± 1.6 vs. 5.8 ± 2.1, P = 0.007）. New drug resistance to amikacin and th. ch.nge in serum creatinine were not detected in AA group. No significant differences in th. clinical cure rate in survivors （48% vs. 35%, P = 0.444）, weaning rate （48% vs. 32%, P = 0.236）, and mortality （22% vs. 32%, P = 0.427） were detected between th. two groups on day 28. Conclusions： As an adjunctive th.rapy of MDR-GNB VAP, AA successfully eradicated existing MDR organisms with.

h.R 1为本实验室首次克隆发现的一个人类新基因 ,是一种和三种肌肉收缩蛋白及多种细胞信号蛋白具有相互作用的膜蛋白。经与鼠基因组数据库进行同源分析后设计合成引物 ,利用RT PCR技术从小鼠C5 7BL 6J脾脏T淋巴细胞总RNA中反转录得到鼠源MR 1基因 (mMR 1) ,提交GenBank ,收录号 (AY2 99972 )。序列分析证明其与人源MR 1基因 (h.R 1)同源性为 90 1%。构建表达载体pPIC9 mMR 1电转化Pich.apastorisGS115 ,筛选得到整合分泌表达mMR 1蛋白的重组酵母菌株。表达目的蛋白分子量 2 5kD ,诱导 5d时产量达到 5 0mg L ,通过Westernblot验证了表达产物的正确性。本研究为进一步研究新基因MR 1的生物学功能奠定了基础。
