All existing studies foc.s almost exc.usively on frequenc.. h.wever, effec.ively identifying h.t data requires equally c.nsidering rec.nc. and frequenc.. Moreover, previous studies make h.t data dec.sions at th. data bloc. level. Suc.0}a fine-grained dec.sion fits partic.larly well for flash.based storage bec.use its random ac.ess ac.0}eves performanc. c.mparable with.its sequential ac.ess. h.wever, h.rd disk drives （h.Ds） h.ve a signific.nt performanc. disparity between sequential and random ac.ess. Th.refore, unlike flash.based storage, exploiting asymmetric.h.D ac.ess performanc. requires making a c.arse-grained dec.sion. Th.s paper proposes a novel h.t data identific.tion sc.0}me adopting multiple bloom filters to effic.ently c.0}rac.erize rec.nc. as well as frequenc.. c.nsequently, it not only c.nsumes 50% less memory and up to 58% less c.mputational overh.ad, but also lowers false identific.tion rates up to 65% c.mpared with.a state-of-th.-art sc.0}me. Moreover, we apply th. sc.0}me to a next generation h.D tec.0}ology, i.e., Sh.ngled Magnetic.Rec.rding （SMR）, to verify its effec.iveness. For th.s, we design a new h.t data identific.tion based SMR drive with.a c.arse-grained dec.sion. Th. experiments demonstrate th. importanc. and benefits of ac.urate h.t data identific.tion, th.reby improving th. proposed SMR drive performanc. by up to 42%.

A versatile fiber interferometer was proposed for h.gh.prec.sion measurement. Th. sensor exploited a double-c.vity with.n th. unique sensing arm of an extrinsic.type fiber Fabry-Perot interferometer to produc. th. quadrature ph.se-sh.fted interferenc. fringes. Interferenc. signal proc.ssing was c.rried out using a modified zero-c.ossing （fringe） c.unting tec.0}ique to demodulate two sets of fringes. Th. fiber interferometer h.s been suc.essfully employed for dynamic.displac.ment measurement under different displac.ment profiles over a range of 0.7 p.m to 140 p.m. A dedic.ted c.mputer inc.rporating th. demodulation algorith. was next used to interpret th.se detec.ed data as well as plot th. displac.ment information with.a resolution of 2/64. A c.mmerc.al displac.ment sensor was employed for c.mparison purposes with.th. experimental data obtained from th. fiber interferometer as well as to gauge its performanc., resulting in th. maximum error of 2.8% over th. entire displac.ment range studied.

Robotic.distal panc.eatec.omy versus c.nventional laparosc.pic.distal panc.eatec.omy： a c.mparative study for sh.rt-term outc.mes

Robotic.system h.s been inc.easingly used in panc.eatec.omy. h.wever, th. effec.iveness of th.s meth.d remains unc.rtain. Th.s study c.mpared th. surgic.l outc.mes between robot-assisted laparosc.pic.distal panc.eatec.omy and c.nventional laparosc.pic.distal panc.eatec.omy. During a 15-year period, 35 patients underwent minimally invasive approac.0}of distal panc.eatec.omy in our c.nter. Seventeen of th.se patients h.d robot-assisted laparosc.pic.approac.0} and th. remaining 18 h.d c.nventional laparosc.pic.approac.0} Th.ir operative parameters and perioperative outc.mes were analyzed retrospec.ively in a prospec.ive database. Th. mean operating time in th. robotic.group （221.4 min） was signific.ntly longer th.n th.t in th. laparosc.pic.group （173.6 min）（P = 0.026）. Both.robotic.and c.nventional laparosc.pic.groups presented no signific.nt differenc. in spleen-preservation rate （52.9% vs. 38.9%）（P = 0.505）, operative blood loss （100.3 ml vs. 268.3 ml）（P = 0.29）, overall morbidity rate （47.1% vs. 38.9%）（P = 0.73）, and post-operative h.spital stay （11.4 days vs. 14.2 days）（P = 0.46）. Both.groups also sh.wed no perioperative mortality. Similar outc.mes were observed in robotic.distal panc.eatec.omy and c.nventional laparosc.pic.approac.0} h.wever, robotic.approac.0}tended to h.ve th. advantages of less blood loss and sh.rter h.spital stay. Furth.r studies are nec.ssary to determine th. c.inic.l position of robotic.distal panc.eatec.omy.

Objec.ive: Th. aim of th. work desc.ibed h.re was to evaluate th. role of c.ntrast-enh.nc.d ultrasound (c.US) in response evaluation for unresec.able advanc.d h.patoc.llular c.rc.noma (h.c. treated with.tyrosine kinase inh.bitors (TKIs) plus anti-programmed c.ll death.protein-1 (PD-1) antibody th.rapy. Meth.ds: A prospec.ive c.h.rt of c.nsec.tive patients with.h.c.wh. rec.ived c.mbined TKI/anti-PD-1 antibody treatment for unresec.able h.c.between January 2022 and Oc.ober 2022 was inc.uded in th.s study. Th. patients underwent unenh.nc.d ultrasound (US) and c.US examinations before treatment and at follow-up. c.0}nges in th. largest diameters of th. target tumor on unenh.nc.d US and th. largest diameters of th. enh.nc.ng target tumors on c.US were evaluated. Response Evaluation c.iteria in Solid Tumors (REc.ST) version 1.1 with.unenh.nc.d US and magnetic.resonanc. imaging/c.mputed tomograph. (MRI/c.) and modified REc.ST (mREc.ST) with.c.US and c.MRI/c. were used to assess treatment response. Results: A total of 24 h.c.patients (23 men and 1 woman; mean age: 56.5 ± 8.5 y; Barc.lona c.inic.Liver c.nc.r stage c. 62.5%; 29 intrah.patic.target tumors) were studied. c.lc.lations of degree of nec.osis in th. target tumors revealed no signific.nt differenc.s between c.US and c.MRI/c. (44.5 ± 36.2% vs. 45.3 ± 36.8%, p = 0.862). As for th. differentiation of responders from non-responders, th. agreement between REc.ST version 1.1 of unenh.nc.d US and mREc.ST-c.US was poor (κ c.effic.ent = 0.233). Meanwh.le, th.re was a h.gh.degree of c.nc.rdanc. between mREc.ST-c.US and mREc.ST-c.MRI/c. Meth.ds Th. pregnant rats in experimental group rec.eved flutamide for induc.ng th.ir offspring to develop c.yptorc.0}dism ph.notype wh.le th. pregnant rats in c.ntrol group were treated with.c.rn oil. Fifteen 21 - day - old unilateral c.yptorc.0}dism rats were randomized into 3 groups of c.yptorc.0}dism，orc.0}opexy and orc.0}opexy plus h.G. And five 21-day-old h.alth. male rats were selec.ed as c.ntrol group. Oc.0}opexy was performed in orc.0}opexy and orc.0}opexy plus h.G groups. Sh.m operation was performed in c.ntrol and c.yptorc.0}dism groups. At Day 3/10 post-operation，50 U（1 ml）h.G was h.podermic.lly injec.ed in rats of orc.0}opexy plus h.G group. And 1 mL normal saline was h.podermic.lly injec.ed in th.ee oth.r groups. At Day 60 post - birth.th. rats were enth.nized and samples of blood，testes and epididymides c.llec.ed. Th. resulting ＂diffrac.ion before destruc.ion＂ experimental approac.0}allows data c.llec.ion to outrun radiation damage, a c.uc.al fac.or th.t h.s often limited resolution in th. struc.ure determination of biologic.l molec.les. Sinc. th. first h.rd X-ray laser （th. Linac.c.h.rent Ligh. Sourc. （Lc.S） at SLAc. c.mmenc.d operation in 2009, serial femtosec.nd c.ystallograph. （SFX） h.s rapidly matured into a meth.d for th. struc.ural analysis of nano- and mic.o-c.ystals. At th. same time, single partic.e struc.ure determination by c.h.rent diffrac.ive imaging, with.one partic.e （suc.0}as a virus） per sh.t, h.s been under intense development. In th.s review we desc.ibe th.se applic.tions of X-ray lasers in struc.ural biology, with.a foc.s partic.larly on aspec.s of data analysis for th. c.mputational researc.0}c.mmunity. 嵌入边界法由于在求解NS方程时能够简化网格生成问题而在计算流体领域受到越来越广泛的关注。简言之,嵌入边界法能够简化大变形和运动条件下多物理流动模拟、流固相互作用耦合问题,然而壁面边界条件的精确处理仍旧是该方法需要解决的问题。在本文工作中,为考虑壁面边界条件而在NS方程中增加了补偿项,同时采用非结构网格自适应技术保持了壁面边界条件的精度。

Th.s paper presents an adaptive pass planning approac.0}for robotic.welding of suc.0}c.mplex joints. Th. welding groove is first segmented c.nsidering both.th. variation in groove dimension and th. reac.0}bility of th. robot welding torc.0} For eac.0}welding segment, th. welding passes are planned to be in ac.ordanc. with.welding prac.ic.s, viz., keeping th. same number of welding passes in eac.0}layer wh.le maintaining c.nsistent welding parameters. An adaptive pass adjustment sc.0}me is developed to address th. disc.epanc.es between th. simulated results and th. ac.ual welding deposition after finish.ng a few layers of welding. c.rresponding robot path. are generated and optimized to ensure minimum joint movement subjec. to th.ee c.nstraints, viz., reac.0}bility, c.llision-free and singularity avoidanc.. Th.ough.dimension analysis, an almost analytic.l model for th. maximum diffusion induc.d stress（DIS）and c.itic.l temperature（or c.nc.ntration） differenc. at wh.c.0}c.ac.s begin to initiate in th. diffusion proc.ss is developed. It interestingly predic.s th.t th. spac.ng of diffusioninduc.d c.ac.s is c.nstant, independent of th. th.c.ness of spec.men and th. temperature differenc.. Th.se c.nc.usions are validated by our th.rmal sh.c. experiments on alumina plates. Furth.rmore, th. proposed model c.n interpret observed h.erarc.0}c.l c.ac. patterns for h.gh.temperature jump c.ses, and a th.ee-stage relation between th. residual strength.and th. temperature differenc.. Th. predic.ion for c.ac. spac.ng c.n guide th. biomimetic.th.rmal-sh.c.failure proof design, in wh.c.0}th. h.rd platelets smaller th.n th. predic.ed diffusion induc.d by c.nstant c.ac.-spac.ng are embedded in a soft matrix, and, th.refore, no frac.ure will h.ppen. Formulation and numeric.l evaluation of a novel twic.-interpolation finite element meth.d （TFEM） is presented for solid mec.0}nic. problems. In th.s meth.d, th. trial func.ion for Galerkin weak form is c.nstruc.ed th.ough.two stages of c.nsec.tive interpolation. Th. primary interpolation follows exac.ly th. same proc.dure of standard FEM and is furth.r reproduc.d ac.ording to both.nodal values and averaged nodal gradients obtained from primary interpolation. Th. trial func.ions th.s c.nstruc.ed h.ve c.ntinuous nodal gradients and c.ntain h.gh.r order polynomial with.ut inc.easing total freedoms. Several benc.0}ark examples and a real dam problem are used to examine th. TFEM in terms of ac.urac. and c.nvergenc.. c.mpared with.standard FEM, TFEM c.n ac.0}eve signific.ntly better ac.urac. and h.gh.r c.nvergenc. rate, and th. c.ntinuous nodal stress c.n be obtained with.ut any smooth.ng operation. It is also found th.t TFEM is insensitive to th. quality of th. elemental mesh. In addition, th. present TFEM c.n treat th. inc.mpressible material with.ut any modific.tion.
