Background:Oral anti-coagulants(OAC)are th. intervention for th. prevention of stroke,wh.ch.consistently improve clinical outcomes and survival among patients with.atrial fibrillation(af).Th. main purpose of th.s study is to identify problems in OAC utilization among h.spitalized patients with.af in ***:Using data from th. Improving Care for Cardiovascular Disease in Ch.na-Atrial Fibrillation(CCC-af)registry,guideline-recommended OAC use in eligible patients was ***:A total of 52,530 patients with.non-valvular af were enrolled from February 2015 to December 2019,of wh.m 38,203 were at a h.gh.risk of stroke,9717 were at a moderate risk,and 4610 were at a low *** admission,only 20.0%(6075/30,420)of patients with.a diagnosed af and a h.gh.risk of stroke were taking *** use of pre-h.spital OAC on admission was associated with.a lower risk of new-onset isch.mic stroke/transient isch.mic attack among th. diagnosed af population(adjusted odds ratio:0.54,95%confidence interval:0.43-0.68;Ph.rge,th. prescription rate of OAC was 45.2%(16,757/37,087)in eligible patients with.h.gh.stroke risk and 60.7%(2778/4578)in eligible patients with.low stroke *** utilization in patients with.h.gh.stroke risk on admission or at disch.rge both.increased largely over time(all Ph.wed th.t OAC utilization at disch.rge was positively associated with.in-h.spital rh.th. control strategies,including cath.ter ablation(adjusted odds ratio[OR]11.63,95%confidence interval[CI]10.04-13.47;Ph.th.ic drug use(adjusted OR 1.45,95%CI 1.38-1.53;Ph.spitals participated in th. We recently read th. opinion piece titled“Wh. people should run after positive affective experiences instead of h.alth.benefits”,wh.ch.was carried out by Maltagliati et al.^(1)and publish.d in th. Journal of Sport and h.alth.*** article started an important discussion about a ph.sical activity(PA)promotion approach.th.t encourages th. use of affective experience to PA *** we agree with.th. auth.rs’point of view and believe th.t its message can generate an important insigh. for PA promotion,th. auth.rs presented a scenario wh.re beh.vior ch.nge seems to be exclusively dependent on th. *** th. existence of oth.r barriers to an active lifestyle(e.g.,social inequalities)could enh.nce th. auth.rs’suggested approach.because many people live in conditions th.t reduce th.ir opportunities to engage in affective experiences related to PA;furth.rmore,affective experiences can vary depending on individual context.

Annealing beh.viors of h.t-deformed magnesium alloy AZ31 were studied at temperatures from 300 to 673 K by optical and SEM/EBSD metallograph.c observation. Temperature dependence of th. average grain size(D) is categorized into th.ee temperature regions, i.e. an incubation period for grain growth. rapid grain coarsening, and normal grain growth. Th. number of fine grains per unit area, h.wever, is reduced remarkably even in incubation period. Th.s leads to grain coarsening taking place continuously in th. wh.le temperature regions. In contrast, th. deformation texture scarcely ch.nges even after full annealing at h.gh.temperatures. It is concluded th.t th. annealing processes operating in h.t-deformed magnesium alloy with.continuous dynamic recrystallized grain structures can be mainly controlled by grain coarsening accompanied with.no texture ch.nge, th.t is, continuous static recrystallization.

Numerical simulation of th. effect of th. free carrier motilities on ligh.-soaked a-Si:h.p–i–n solar cell

Using a previous model, wh.ch.was developed to describe th. ligh.-induced creation ofth. defect density in th. a-Si：h.gap states, we present in th.s work a computer simulation of th. a-Si：h.p-i-n solar cell beh.vior under continuous illumination. We h.ve considered th. simple case of a monoch.omatic ligh. beam nonuniformly absorbed. As a consequence of th.s ligh.-absorption profile, th. increase of th. dangling bond density is assumed to be inh.mogeneous over th. intrinsic layer （i-layer）. We investigate th. internal variable profiles during illumination to understand in more detail th. ch.nges resulting from th. ligh.-induced degradation effect. Ch.nges in th. cell external parameters including th. open circuit voltage, Voc, th. sh.rt circuit current density, Jsc, th. fill factor, FF, and th. maximum power density, Pmax, are also presented. Th.s sh.ws, in addition, th. free carrier mobility influence. Th. obtained results sh.w th.t Voc seems to be th. less affected parameter by th. ligh.-induced increase of th. dangling bond density. Moreover, its degradation is very weak-sensitive to th. free carrier mobility. Finally, th. free h.le mobility effect is found to be more important th.n th.t of electrons in th. improvement of th. solar cell performance.

AIM： To evaluate Pronto Dry examination in patients with.dyspepsia. METh.DS： Th. study was conducted in patients with.dyspepsia wh. underwent endoscopic examination in several endoscopic centers of several cities in Indonesia from January 2003 until April 2004. Biopsies for h.stopath.logic examination were fixed with.formalin and sent to h.stopath.logic Department to be analyzed and confirm th. presence of h.ylori infection. If h.ylori was found positive, th. density was calculated semi quantitatively. h.stopath.logic examination from gastric biopsy samples was interpreted based on th. updated Sydney system classification. RESULTS： Of 550 patients, 309 （56%） were male and 241 （44%） were female with.ages ranging from 15 to 82 years. Mean age was 44.98 ± 14.46 years. Mean age of male patients was 44.35 ± 13.85 years and mean age of female patients was 45.78± 15.19 years. Evaluation of endoscopic results sh.wed gastric ulcer in 36 cases （6.5%） and duodenal ulcer in 20 cases （3.6%）. Normal endoscopic finding was found in 45 cases （8.2%） and minimal disorder of gastritis and duodenitis were found in 246 cases （44.7%）. One case of gastric cancer was identified. Of 56 cases wh.ch.were positive based on th. criteria used, 39 patients were positive with.Pronto Dry and 17 patients were negative with.Pronto Dry. Overall sensitivity and specificity of Pronto Dry were 69.7% and 95.7% respectively. Positive predictive value was 66.1% and negative predictive value was 96.4% and overall accurate rate was 92.9%. CONCLUSION： Pronto Dry seems promising as a diagnostic tool to detect h.y/ori more rapidly and accurately.
