In this paper, the data-based control problem is investigated for a class of networked nonlinear systems with measurement noise as well as packet dropouts in the feedback and forward channels. The measurement noise and the number of consecutive packet dropouts in both channels are assumed to be random but bounded. A data-based networked predictive control method is proposed, in which a sequence of control increment predictions are calculated in the controller based on the measured output error, and based on the control increment predictions received by the actuator, a proper control action is obtained and applied to the plant according to the real-time number of consecutive packet dropouts at each sampling instant. Then the stability analysis is performed for the networked closedloop system. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is illustrated by a numerical example.

In order to investigate the shock ignition of high energy solid explosives by shock waves,we carry out Lagrangian experiments with 2-D Lagrangian technique which uses composite manganin-constantan （cMc）.The effects of the shock sensitivity of pressed solid high explosives,TNT,and the effect of the lateral rarefaction wave were *** on the measured pressure histories and the radial displacements,we formulate the Ignition and Growth reactive flow models for the pressed *** shock initiation process simulated by Ignition and Growth model agreed well with experimental *** pressed TNT model can be applied to shock initiation scenarios which are highly unpredictable and have not been or cannot be tested experimentally.

The effects of mesogen-jacketed liquid crystalline polymer poly(dipropyl vinylterephthalate)(PDPVT) on the mechanical and thermal properties of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A(DGEBA) epoxy resin were investigated by impact test, tensile test and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). The mechanism underlying the enhancement of mechanical properties of epoxy resin was studied using 1D wide-angle X-ray diffraction(WAXD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). It was found that the mechanical properties of 1 wt%–5 wt% PDPVT/DGEBA composites were significantly improved compared to neat epoxy resin. Especially, the epoxy resin with 3 wt% PDPVT had the greatest increase in mechanical properties, with the impact strength, tensile strength and elongation while breaking increased by 87%, 59% and 174%, respectively. The increased mechanical strength was due to the fact that PDPVT maintained liquid crystalline phase in cured PDPVT/DGEBA composites, which would blunt the crack tip and prevent crack propagation. Moreover, PDPVT had slight effect on the thermal stability properties of epoxy resin.

High-effic.ency blue electrophosphorescent organic light-emitting devices employing MoO3 used as hole injection layer （HIL） and MoO3 doped N,N-dicarbazoly-3,5-benzene （mcP） as hole transport layer （HTL） were demonstrated. The blue OLED with the novel anode structure and TAPc used as electron blocking layer show a low turn-on voltage of 2.4 V, a maximum power effic.ency of 33.6 lm/W at 3.1 V and 25 lrn/W with 1 000 cd/m2 at 3.8 V. It is also found that the effic.ency of the devices is dependent on the different EBL materials. This is may because of relationship with the charge mobility and the triplet energy level of EBL materials. The device effic.ency is determined by the charge balance which plays an important role.

BAcKGROUND： The plasma level of neuron specific.enolase （NSE） can be used to diagnose and evaluate neuronal injury and predict early prognosis. OBJEcTIVE： To observe the dynamic changes in plasma levels of NSE in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and to investigate its correlations with disease severity and prognosis. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING： This non-randomized, concurrent case-control experiment was performed at the Department of Neurology, First Hospital Affiliated to Heilongjiang University of Traditional chinese Medicine between May and July 2007. PARTIcIPANTS： Eighteen patients with acute cerebral infarction, who received treatment at the Department of Neurology, First Hospital Affiliated to Heilongjiang University of Traditional chinese Medicine between May and July 2007, were recruited into the patient group. An additional 10 healthy individuals, who received health examinations simultaneously, were included as controls. METHODS： Following admission （within 3 days） and at days 6, 12, and 30 subsequent to acute cerebral infarction attack, 3 mL venous blood was taken from each patient before the morning meal to determine the plasma level of NSE by enzyme-labeled immunosorbent assay. One-time blood extraction was performed in each healthy subject during the health examination for the same purpose as in patients. At 6 and 30 days following acute cerebral infarction attack, cT examination was performed for calculation of cerebral infarction volume according to the Tada formula. Following admission and at 30 days of disease invasion, all patients were scored by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale （NIHSS, 13 items）. MAIN OUTcOME MEASURES： comparison of NSE plasma level between acute cerebral infarction patients and healthy individuals; correlations of NSE plasma level in acute cerebral infarction patients with cerebral infarction volume, NIHSS score, and prognosis.
