To the Editor:Pathological cardiac hypertrophy is commonly stimulated by stress or induced by cardiovascular diseases,such as hypertension and myocardial infarction.A sustained pathological hypertrophic response can lead to declines in diastolic and systolic functions and eventually develop heart failure.Angiotensin II(Ang II)can mediate cardiac hypertrophy through the angiotensin II type 1 receptor(AT1R).^([1])

The aerospace community widely uses difficult-to-cut materials,such as titanium alloys,high-temperature alloys,metal/ceramic/polymer matrix composites,hard and brittle materials,and geometrically complex components,such as thin-walled structures,microchannels,and complex surfaces.Mechanical machining is the main material removal process for the vast majority of aerospace components.However,many problems exist,including severe and rapid tool wear,low machining efficiency,and poor surface integrity.Nontraditional energy-assisted mechanical machining is a hybrid process that uses nontraditional energies(vibration,laser,electricity,etc)to improve the machinability of local materials and decrease the burden of mechanical machining.This provides a feasible and promising method to improve the material removal rate and surface quality,reduce process forces,and prolong tool life.However,systematic reviews of this technology are lacking with respect to the current research status and development direction.This paper reviews the recent progress in the nontraditional energy-assisted mechanical machining of difficult-to-cut materials and components in the aerospace community.In addition,this paper focuses on the processing principles,material responses under nontraditional energy,resultant forces and temperatures,material removal mechanisms,and applications of these processes,including vibration-,laser-,electric-,magnetic-,chemical-,advanced coolant-,and hybrid nontraditional energy-assisted mechanical machining.Finally,a comprehensive summary of the principles,advantages,and limitations of each hybrid process is provided,and future perspectives on forward design,device development,and sustainability of nontraditional energy-assisted mechanical machining processes are discussed.

Very large scale integration （VLSI） circuit par- titioning is an important problem in design automation of VLSI chips and multichip systems; it is an NP-hard combi- national optimization problem. In this paper, an effective hy- brid multi-objective partitioning algorithm, based on discrete particle swarm optimzation （DPSO） with local search strat- egy, called MDPSO-LS, is presented to solve the VLSI two- way partitioning with simultaneous cutsize and circuit delay minimization. Inspired by the physics of genetic algorithm, uniform crossover and random two-point exchange operators are designed to avoid the case of generating infeasible so- lutions. Furthermore, the phenotype sharing function of the objective space is applied to circuit partitioning to obtain a better approximation of a true Pareto front, and the theorem of Markov chains is used to prove global convergence. To improve the ability of local exploration, Fiduccia-Matteyses （FM） strategy is also applied to further improve the cutsize of each particle, and a local search strategy for improving circuit delay objective is also designed. Experiments on IS- CAS89 benchmark circuits show that the proposed algorithm is efficient.

针对LEACH分簇算法簇头分布位置不均匀以及节点耗能不均衡等缺点,提出一种双SINK节点均匀分簇算法DSUC。该算法首先利用无信标节点ABC定位算法,计算出每个节点的坐标位置,再根据理论得出的最佳簇头数将整个无线网络区域尽可能地划分成均等的区域,然后SINK节点通过各节点坐标选举各区域内离质心最近的节点作为第一轮簇头节点。在区域的对称位置上设置2个SINK节点,轮流交替工作,能有效解决"热区"问题。

选择性自噬对降解的底物蛋白具有专一性,包括线粒体自噬、脂噬、炎症小体自噬、内质网自噬、过氧化物酶体自噬、聚集体自噬、核糖体自噬等。动脉粥样硬化(As)是一种慢性炎症性病变,其主要特征包括脂质堆积、泡沫细胞形成、内皮细胞功能障碍、血管平滑肌细胞异常增殖和局部炎症。近年来,大量研究提示选择性自噬参与As的发生发展。文章综述了选择性自噬的调控机制,以及线粒体自噬、脂噬、炎症小体自噬、内质网自噬和过氧化物酶体自噬在As中的作用及其分子机制,以期为As的防治提供新思路。

Oxidation mechanism of high-volume fraction SiCp/Al composite under laser irradiation and subsequent machining

Conventional mechanical machining of a composite material comprising an aluminum matrix reinforced with a high volume fraction of SiC particles(hereinafter referred to as an SiCp/Al composite)faces problems such as rapid tool wear,high specific cutting force,and poor surface integrity.Instead,a promising method for solving these problems is laser-induced oxidation-assisted milling(LOAM):under laser irradiation,the local workpiece material reacts with oxygen,thus forming loose and porous oxides that are easily removed.In the present work,the oxidation mechanism of SiCp/Al irradiated by a nanosecond pulsed laser is studied to better understand the laser-induced oxidation behavior and control the characteristics of the oxides,with laser irradiation experiments performed on a 65%SiCp/Al composite with various laser parameters and auxiliary gases(oxygen,nitrogen,and argon).With increasing laser pulse energy density,both the ablated groove depth and the width of the heat-affected zone increase.When oxygen is used as the auxiliary gas,an oxide layer composed of SiO_(2)and Al2O3 forms,and CO_(2)is produced and escapes from the material,thereby forming pores in the oxides.However,when nitrogen or argon is used as the auxiliary gas,a recast layer is produced that is relatively difficult to remove.Under laser irradiation,the sputtered material reacts with oxygen to form oxides on both sides of the ablated groove,and as the laser scanning path advances,the produced oxides accumulate to form an oxide layer.LOAM and conventional milling are compared using the same milling parameters,and LOAM is found to be better for reduced milling force and tool wear and improved machined surface quality.

The Qaidam Basin,as the largest inland basin within the Tibetan Plateau,has accumulated more than 10,000 m of Cenozoic continental sediments.It serves as a crucial research area for documenting Cenozoic climate changes and plateau uplift processes in the Asian interior.Additionally,the basin holds vast reserves of oil and gas resources,making high-resolution drilling data invaluable for studying paleoclimate.In this study,the longsequence lacustrine deposits of JS1 drill core across the Shizigou Formation in the Yiliping Depression at the western center of the basin were studied,aiming to establish an astronomical timescale for the Shizigou Formation and investigate the characteristics of paleoclimatic changes during the late Miocene to the Pliocene for the Asian interior.The analysis was carried out using high-resolution natural gamma ray(GR)data sequences,employing techniques such as spectral analysis,filtering,and wavelet analysis in cyclostratigraphy.The results indicated the presence of a stable Milankovitch orbital signal was perfectly recorded in the Shizigou Formation,primarily influenced by eccentricity cycles,with weaker obliquity and precession cycles.Using the stable and continuous 405 ka eccentricity cycle in astronomical tuning,a"floating"astronomical timescale with a duration of 6.1 Ma for the Yiliping depression's Shizigou Formation has been established.With reference to previously established stratigraphic age anchor points,an absolute astronomical timescale(2.5–8.6 Ma)has been ultimately provided for the Shizigou Formation.Simultaneously,a clear 100 ka short eccentricity cycle record has been identified during the Pliocene(5.3–2.5 Ma),which corresponds in time with the aridification within the basin during this Pliocene period.In addition,a comparison of the Pliocene natural gamma ray curve of the Qaidam Basin with global ice volume variations indicated that the basin's aridification was influenced by global cooling,with eccentricity-modulated precession cycles controlling solar radiation and su
