Palladium(Pd)-based sulfides have triggered extensive interest due to their unique properties and potential applications in the fields of electronics and ***,the synthesis of large-scale uniform PdS and PdS_(2)nanofilms(NFs)remains an enormous *** this work,2-inch wafer-scale PdS and PdS_(2) NFs with excellent stability can be controllably prepared via chemical vapor deposition combined with electron beam evaporation *** thickness of the pre-deposited Pd film and the sulfurization temperature are critical for the precise synthesis of PdS and PdS_(2) NFs.A corresponding growth mechanism has been proposed based on our experimental results and Gibbs free energy *** electrical transport properties of PdS and PdS_(2) NFs were explored by conductive atomic force *** findings have achieved the controllable growth of PdS and PdS_(2) NFs,which may provide a pathway to facilitate PdS and PdS_(2) based applications for next-generation high performance optoelectronic devices.

太中银铁路穿越毛乌素沙地的西南缘,沿线分布有固定、半固定沙丘和流动沙丘、沙地,其中定银线的梅花井—宁东区段(梅花井段)沙害严重。根据其沙源情况与沙害特点,采用了远阻近固的沙害治理措施,固沙措施为草障植物带。基于太中银铁路梅花井段的风沙治理体系,分析评价了草障植物固沙带在降低近地表风速、减少主风向输沙量、提高地表粗糙度以及不同沙层的含水率、植株成活率及生长状况等方面的效益,并得出相应结论。

Mode superposition is a widely used method for solving the dynamic equilibrium equation in structural dynamic ***,the accuracy of this method may be reduced when the dynamic equilibrium equations are set up using displacement excitation.A new method for developing solutions for dynamic equilibrium equations based on displacement excitation is *** dynamic equilibrium equation is decomposed into two parts,namely displacement excitation and velocity excitation,and precise integration and mode superposition methods are combined to solve the *** vectors are then used to calculate the static response of the truncated modes of the structure,and a method for determining the number of participating modes is *** multi-degree-of-freedom systems as two computational examples,the differences in the structural responses obtained from the displacement excitation and acceleration excitation are compared and *** is shown that the new solution method generates consistent accuracy between the displacement excitation and acceleration excitation.

研究了无有机胺醇水体系低硅铝比ZSM-5沸石的绿色合成方法。在无有机胺模板剂和不加晶种的醇水体系中,一步合成了形貌均一的小晶粒聚集体低硅铝比ZSM-5沸石,考察了合成体系中各配料的含量以及晶化温度对合成低硅铝比ZSM-5沸石的影响。利用XRD、FTIR、SEM、N_(2)吸附-脱附、^(27)Al MAS NMR和^(29)Si MAS NMR等方法对合成的ZSM-5沸石进行表征。实验结果表明,当n(Si)∶n(Al)=20,n(Na_(2)O)∶n(SiO_(2))=0.071,n(C_(2)H_(5)OH)∶n(SiO_(2))=1.77,晶化温度为160℃时,可合成具有高结晶度的纯相ZSM-5沸石。^(27)Al MAS NMR表征结果显示,合成的ZSM-5沸石主要含有骨架四配位铝,无非骨架铝。合成的ZSM-5沸石的比表面积和微孔孔体积分别为384 m^(2)/g和0.14 cm^(3)/g,总酸量达到789μmol/g,骨架n(Si)∶n(Al)=14.4。

实体书店作为城市气质代表者,其空间分布格局对于营造城市文学氛围具有重要意义.综合运用核密度估计法、空间自相关和地理加权回归模型,分析了南京市实体书店的空间分布和影响因素.结果表明,南京市实体书店空间分布层次明显,整体呈现“中间密四周疏”的分布格局.全局空间自相关显著,局部关联性以H-H类型特征为主.不同因素对实体书店的空间分布影响差异较大,其中公交站点密度、路网密度、距最近地铁站距离、距最近高等级景区距离及距最近商场距离对实体书店空间分布产生积极影响,而距最近高校距离对实体书店空间分布产生消极影响.

We present the systematic de Haas–van Alphen(d Hv A) quantum oscillations studies on the recently discovered topological Dirac semimetal pyrite PtBi2 single crystals. Remarkable d Hv A oscillations are emerged at a low field about 1.5 T. From the analyses of the d Hv A oscillations, we extract the high quantum mobilities, light effective masses and phase shift factors for the Dirac fermions in pyrite PtBi2. From the angular dependence of the d Hv A oscillations, we map out the topology of the Fermi ***, we identify two additional oscillation frequencies that are not probed by the Sd H oscillations, which provides us with opportunities to further understand its Fermi surface topology.

InSAR Kalman Filter Phase Unwrapping Algorithm Based on SRTM DEM

PU （phase unwrapping） is the key step and important problem in DEM （digital elevation model） extraction and the measurement of surface deformation of InSAR （Interferometric synthetic aperture radar）. The CKFPUA （conventional Kalman filter phase unwrapping algorithm） can obtain reliable results in the flat terrain areas, but it caused error transmission not making the accurate inversion of surface deformation information in the steep terrain. Considering this situation, so it needs to introduce topographic information for guiding phase unwrapping. Here the 90 m resolution DEM data have been used and it is obtained by SRTM （shuttle radar topography mission） measured jointly by NASA （National Aeronautics and Space Administration） and NIMA （National Imaging Mapping Agency） of U.S. Department of Defense. This paper presents a SD-KFPUA （Kalman filter phase unwrapping algorithm） based on SRTM DEM. With SRTM DEM directing InSAR image to implement phase unwrapping, the speed and accuracy are improved. By analyzing with the conventional Kalman filter phase unwrapping algorithms, it is shown that the proposed method can achieve good results in particular to improve unwrapping accuracy in the low coherence region.
