N6-methyladenosine(m6A)is an important RNA methylation modification involved in regulating diverse biological processes across multiple ***,the identification of m6A modification sites provides valuable insight into the biological mechanisms of complex diseases at the post-transcriptional *** a variety of identification algorithms have been proposed recently,most of them capture the features of m6A modification sites by focusing on the sequential dependencies of nucleotides at different positions in RNA sequences,while ignoring the structural dependencies of nucleotides in their threedimensional *** overcome this issue,we propose a cross-species end-to-end deep learning model,namely CR-NSSD,which conduct a cross-domain representation learning process integrating nucleotide structural and sequential dependencies for RNA m6A site ***,CR-NSSD first obtains the pre-coded representations of RNA sequences by incorporating the position information into single-nucleotide states with chaos game representation *** then constructs a crossdomain reconstruction encoder to learn the sequential and structural dependencies between *** minimizing the reconstruction and binary cross-entropy losses,CR-NSSD is trained to complete the task of m6A site *** experiments have demonstrated the promising performance of CR-NSSD by comparing it with several state-of-the-art m6A identification ***,the results of cross-species prediction indicate that the integration of sequential and structural dependencies allows CR-NSSD to capture general features of m6A modification sites among different species,thus improving the accuracy of cross-species identification.

Saline water electrolysis is an appealing strategy for hydrogen production,attracting more attention in recent ***-based electrodes exhibit promise as catalysts for saline water ***,they suffer from the inferior service life of the oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Herein,we report an oxygen-evolution electrode consisting of a sulfate-modulated nickel-iron hydroxide(NiFeOOH)affording as the catalytic active layer and Fe-Ni_(3)S_(2) as the corrosion-proof *** developed electrode only requires overpotentials of 220 and 292 mV to deliver the current density of 10 and 500 mA·cm^(−2),*** importantly,it presents long-term stability exceeding 140 and 100 h in 1 M KOH at high current densities of 500 and 1000 mA·cm^(−2),respectively,as well as 120 h for saline water electrolysis at 100 mA·cm^(−2).Experimental results reveal that the generated sulfate plays an indispensable role in improving stability and corrosion *** assembled and tested an anion exchange membrane electrolyzer with Pt/C and NiFeS/NIF as the cathode and anode,respectively,under industrial *** overall water-splitting electrolyzer achieves an impressive energy conversion efficiency of 75%±0.5%.This report offers fresh insights into the design of stable NiFe-based electrodes,which may further promote its practical applications for saline water electrolysis.

In this paper,a new type of bamboo scrimber column embedded with steel bars(rebars)was proposed,and the compression performance was improved by pre-embedding rebars during the preparation of the *** effects of the slenderness ratio and the reinforcement ratio on the axial compression performance of reinforced bamboo scrimber columns were studied by axial compression tests on 28 *** results showed that the increase in the slenderness ratio had a significant negative effect on the axial compression performance of the *** the slenderness ratio increased from 19.63 to 51.96,the failure mode changed from strength failure to buckling failure,and the maximum bearing capacity decreased by 43.03%.The axial compression performance of the reinforced bamboo scrimber columns did not significantly improve at a slenderness ratio of 19.63,but the opposite was true at slenderness ratios of 36.95 and *** the reinforcement ratio increased from 0%to 4.52%,the bearing capacity of those with a slenderness ratio of 51.96 increased by up to 16.99%,and the stiffness and ductility were also ***,based on existing specifications,two modification parameters,the overall elastic modulus Ec and the combined strength fcc,were introduced to establish a calculation method for the bearing capacity of the reinforced bamboo scrimber *** calculation results were compared with the test results,and the results showed that the proposed calculation models can more accurately predict the bearing capacity.

The immune checkpoint TIGIT/PVR blockade exhibits significant antitumor effects through activation of NK and CD8^(+)T cell-mediated *** checkpoint blockade(ICB)could induce tumor ferroptosis through IFN-γreleased by immune cells,indicating the synergetic effects of ICB with ferroptosis in inhibiting tumor ***,the development of TIGIT/PVR inhibitors with ferroptosis-inducing effects has not been explored *** this study,the small molecule Hemin that could bind withTIGIT to block TIGIT/PVR interaction was screened by virtual molecular docking and cell-based blocking *** could effectively restore the IL-2 secretion from Jurkat-hTIGIT *** reinvigorated the function of CD8^(+)T cells to secrete IFN-γand the elevated IFN-γcould synergize with Hemin to induce ferroptosis in tumor *** inhibited tumor growth by boosting CD8^(+)T cell immune response and inducing ferroptosis in CT26 tumor *** importantly,Hemin in combination with PD-1/PD-L1 blockade exhibited more effective antitumor efficacy in anti-PD-1 resistant B16 tumor *** summary,our finding indicated that Hemin blocked TIGIT/PVR interaction and induced tumor cell ferroptosis,which provided a new therapeutic strategy to combine immunotherapy and ferroptosis for cancer treatment.

研究高速铁路对粤港澳大湾区机场群航线网络的影响,是优化其航线网络设计的重要基础。以2010—2019年粤港澳大湾区机场群航线网络面板数据为样本,运用Robust回归模型和固定效应模型,分层次考察高速铁路对粤港澳大湾区机场群航线网络的影响。研究表明,高速铁路对粤港澳大湾区机场群整体航线网络具有正向影响;对“粤港澳大湾区机场群—长三角机场群”和“粤港澳大湾区机场群—京津冀机场群”航线网络具有显著正向作用;对“粤港澳大湾区机场群—国际航空枢纽城市”航线网络和“粤港澳大湾区机场群—区域航空枢纽城市”航线网络具有正向影响,而对“粤港澳大湾区机场群—非航空枢纽城市”航线网络具有显著负向影响。总体而言,高速铁路可以促进粤港澳大湾区机场群航线网络发展,为机场群发展提供参考依据。
