Hearing loss is one of the most common sensory disorders worldwide,affecting approximately 466 million people,including 34 million children[1].Genetic mutations accounts for approximately 60%of inherited hearing loss cases[2,3].These genetic changes result in a wide variety of clinical manifestations,ranging from nonsyndromic hearing loss(NSHL)to over 400 syndromes involving hearing loss and from mild adult-onset hearing loss to profound congenital deafness,covering the entire spectrum of Mendelian inheritance.

BACKGROUND Spontaneous visceral artery dissection(SVAD)is a rare condition that affects the visceral arteries,such as the celiac,superior mesenteric,and inferior mesenteric arteries,without involving the *** ischemia or hemorrhage from vessel rupture can occur in SVAD;therefore,prompt detection and management is ***-enhanced computed tomography(CECT)has been used to diagnose most of the previous cases,but few studies have explored the potential of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)for early detection of this *** SUMMARY A 53-year-old male presented with complaints of poor appetite and abnormal liver function for the past 6 *** had previously undergone transabdominal splenectomy,esophagogastric devascularization,and cholecystectomy for gallstones and severe portal *** ultrasound was performed in our department to assess liver *** abnormal hepatic artery spectrum was observed,and dissection involving both the celiac artery and the common hepatic artery was observed.A CEUS was then performed and clearly showed the entry site of the intimal tear and the false lumen,and dissection was subsequently confirmed by *** patient was asymptomatic;therefore,treatment to control the blood pressure was provided,and follow-up was *** 6 months of follow-up,the celiac artery was found to be dilated with an adherent thrombus visible in the wall,and the common hepatic artery was occluded with the presence of *** these findings,no significant changes in liver function were *** Multi-modal imaging is effective in diagnosing SVAD,and conservative treatment is a choice for asymptomatic patients.

Dynamic recrystallization(DRX)is of great significance for the thermomechanical processing and microstructural regulation of TiAl ***,the underlying DRX mechanism remains poorly *** this study,an Avrami kinetics model for DRX was established,which was capable of predicting the DRX fraction *** addition,the effect of Al_(2)O_(3)short fiber on the DRX mechanisms of TiAl matrix composite during the isothermal compression was investigated for the first *** re-sults showed that other than inhibiting DRX by particles in the TiAl matrix composites,the addition of Al_(2)O_(3)short fiber accelerated a novel DRX process,which was induced by twinning and twin intersec-tions(TDRX).Thus,this composite exhibited a higher DRX rate than that of the as-cast TiAl monolithic *** origin of the twin intersection and TDRX for the composite was *** stress concentration near the Al_(2)O_(3)fiber was above the critical shear stress for twinning and thus was favorable for the formation of twinning and twin *** high stored strain energy at the regions of twins and twin intersections provided the driving force for *** accelerated the grain refinement in the TiAl matrix near the Al_(2)O_(3)*** present findings would provide a new perspective on DRX mechanisms,and provide the scientific guidance for optimizing the microstructures of TiAl matrix composites.

This paper focuses on the scheduling problem of workflow tasks that exhibit *** indepen-dent batch tasks,workflows typically consist of multiple subtasks with intrinsic correlations and *** necessitates the distribution of various computational tasks to appropriate computing node resources in accor-dance with task dependencies to ensure the smooth completion of the entire *** scheduling must consider an array of factors,including task dependencies,availability of computational resources,and the schedulability of ***,this paper delves into the distributed graph database workflow task scheduling problem and proposes a workflow scheduling methodology based on deep reinforcement learning(DRL).The method optimizes the maximum completion time(makespan)and response time of workflow tasks,aiming to enhance the responsiveness of workflow tasks while ensuring the minimization of the *** experimental results indicate that the Q-learning Deep Reinforcement Learning(Q-DRL)algorithm markedly diminishes the makespan and refines the average response time within distributed graph database *** quantifying makespan,Q-DRL achieves mean reductions of 12.4%and 11.9%over established First-fit and Random scheduling strategies,***,Q-DRL surpasses the performance of both DRL-Cloud and Improved Deep Q-learning Network(IDQN)algorithms,with improvements standing at 4.4%and 2.6%,*** reference to average response time,the Q-DRL approach exhibits a significantly enhanced performance in the scheduling of workflow tasks,decreasing the average by 2.27%and 4.71%when compared to IDQN and DRL-Cloud,*** Q-DRL algorithm also demonstrates a notable increase in the efficiency of system resource utilization,reducing the average idle rate by 5.02%and 9.30%in comparison to IDQN and DRL-Cloud,*** findings support the assertion that Q-DRL not only upholds a lower average

In recent years, tissue scaffolds have emerged as a new therapeutic method for bone and cartilage regeneration, with sponge scaffolds gaining increasing attention. Sponge scaffolds possess several favorable characteristics, including appropriate biodegradability, excellent biocompatibility, good processability, powerful osteogenic ability, a unique porous structure, and adjustable pore size and connectivity. These attributes make sponge scaffolds a promising option for bone and cartilage regeneration. However, to date, there is a lack of comprehensive reviews summarizing the use of sponge scaffolds in this field. In this review, our objective is to provide a comprehensive overview of the research progress and development trends of sponge scaffolds. Firstly, we introduce the various materials used for sponge scaffolds. Secondly, we summarize the different preparation methods employed for creating sponge scaffolds. Subsequently, we discuss the functional additives that can be incorporated into the scaffolds. Finally, we present some special structures that can be achieved in sponge scaffolds. Our aim is for this review to offer valuable insights and serve as a comprehensive resource for the design of sponge scaffolds in cartilage and bone regeneration.

Solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs)are promising substitutes for current flammable liquid electrolytes to achieve high-safety and high-energy-density lithium metal *** oxide(PEO)based solid polymer electrolytes have attracted increasing attention because of their excellent flexibility,manufacturability,light weight,and low-cost processing,while they often suffer from low ionic con-ductivity at room temperature,low lithium transference number and unsatisfactory interfacial resis-tance,which largely restrain their practical ***,two-dimensional holey silica nanosheets(2D-HSN)as the fillers,together with LiNO_(3) as the electrolyte additive,are introduced in a PEO/poly(-vinylidene fiuoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)blended polymer matrix to obtain a *** incorporation of HSN filler creates supplementary channels for lithium ion migration and lowers the crystallinity of the polymer,thereby facilitating the movement of lithium *** HSN-based SPE demonstrates higher ionic conductivity up to 3.7 x 10-4 S cm-1 at 30℃,larger Li+transference number close to 0.34,and more stable lithium plating/stripping than that without the fillers,and HSN can promote the formation of more stable solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)*** as-assembled LiFePO4||Li batteries deliver a high specific capacity of 159 mA h g-1 with the capacity retention of 95.5%after 200 cycles at 30℃,as well as superior rate performance and cycling stability compared to that using the blank SPE.

To improve room-temperature hydrogen storage, palladium (Pd) nanoparticles were innovatively decorated by carbon bridge onto the amino-group functioned Zr-terephthalate metal-organic framework (MOF) UiO-6 6 to reduce the diffusion energy barrier and then improve the hydrogen spillover effect. Powder X-ray diffraction shows broad Pd peak and retained UiO-66-NH2 2 integrity after Pd decoration. The hydrogen uptake capacity show that UiO-66-NH2-Pd 2-Pd exhibits best hydrogen storage performance than UiO-66-NH2 2 and pristine UiO-66. The hydrogen up taken in Pd decorated UiO-6 6 (UiO-66-NH2-1Pd) 2-1Pd) was close to 4 wt% under 20 MPa at room temperature. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations show that hydrogen adsorption energy of UiO-66-NH2-Pd 2-Pd was-0.5897 eV, which was much lower than that of UiO-66-NH2 2 (-0.3716 eV) and UiO-6 6 (-0.2975 eV). Ultimately, Pd decorated NH2 2 group functioned UiO-6 6 enable improve storage capacities through hydrogen spillover under ambient conditions which could satisfy the demand for sustainable energy, especially for the long-term storage energy media. This study endeavors to develop an improved set of basis functions for nuclear shell-model calculations. The shell model, a well-established approach to understanding nuclear structure,typically employs the harmonic oscillator potential within the mean-field approximation. Given the extensive validation and consistency of harmonic oscillator results with experimental data,we propose a modification by incorporating a centrifugal term that converges toward the Davidson potential. This potential has been extensively studied, and we aim to extract relevant experimental data for the simplest cases in the shell model, namely one-particle and one-hole nuclei. A comprehensive comparison between the Davidson-based results and the harmonic oscillator calculations is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the new basis functions.
