Based on the unified Hauser–Feshbach and exciton model,which can describe the particle emission processes between discrete energy levels with energy,angular momentum,and parity conservations,a statistical theory of light nucleus reaction(STLN)is developed to calculate the double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing neutron and light charged particles for the proton-induced^(6) li reaction.A significant difference is observed between the p+^(6) li and p+^(7) li reactions owing to the discrepancies in the energy-level structures of the *** reaction channels,including sequential and simultaneous emission processes,are analyzed in *** the double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing proton as an example,the influence of contaminations(such as^(1) H,^(7)li,^(12)C,and^(16)O)on the target is identified in terms of the kinetic energy of the first emitted *** optical potential parameters of the proton are obtained by fitting the elastic scattering differential *** calculated total double-differential cross-sections of the outgoing proton and deuteron at E_(p)=14 MeV agree well with the experimental data for different outgoing ***,the mixed double differential cross-sections of^(3) He andαare in good agreement with the *** agreement between the measured data and calculated results indicates that the two-body and three-body breakup reactions need to be considered,and the pre-equilibrium reaction mechanism dominates the reaction *** on the STLN model,a PLUNF code for the p+^(6) li reaction is developed to obtain an ENDF-6-formatted file of the double-differential cross-sections of the nucleon and light composite charged particles.

[Objectives]Using wild-type AB strain of zebrafish as experimental animal,this study investigated the damaging effect of Wufang Babu Ointment on skin cells,in order to evaluate the skin toxicity of Wufang Babu Ointment.[Methods]Wild-type AB strain of zebrafish with an age of 2 d were taken and fed in different concentrations of Wufang Babu Ointment solution for 24 *** number of deaths in each group of zebrafish was recorded,and the mortality rate was *** Origin 8.0 software,the maximum non lethal concentration(MNLC)was *** raised in different concentrations of Wufang Babu Ointment solution for 24 h were placed under an anatomical microscope for taking photos,to analyze and calculate the incidence of skin damage in *** on the statistical analysis results of this indicator,the skin toxicity of Wufang Babu Ointment was evaluated.[Results]The MNLC of Wufang Babu Ointment on zebrafish was 671μg/mL;Wufang Babu Ointment can induce skin damage at the concentrations of 224μg/mL(1/3 MNLC)and 671μg/mL(MNLC).[Conclusions]Wufang Babu Ointment had certain skin toxicity to zebrafish.

We study the correlation functions of the B0D+,B+D0 system,which develops a bound state of approximately 40MeV,using inputs consistent with the Tcc(3875)***,we address the inverse problem starting from these correlation functions to determine the scattering observables related to the system,including the existence of the bound state and its molecular *** important output of the approach is the uncertainty with which these observables can be obtained,considering errors in the B0D+,B+D0 correlation functions typical of current values in correlation *** find that it is possible to obtain scattering lengths and effective ranges with relatively high precision and the existence of a bound *** the pole position is obtained with errors of the order of 50%of the binding energy,the molecular probability of the state is obtained with a very small error of the order of 6%.All these findings serve as motivation to perform such measurements in future runs of high energy hadron collisions.

多维标度分析(MDS)是一种用于分析和可视化数据之间相似性或距离关系的统计方法,它通过将数据点映射到低维空间中的坐标来表示它们之间的相对距离或相似性.多维标度问题的古典解通过对(非欧氏型)距离矩阵平方进行双中心化处理,进而通过截断特征值分解寻求低维的拟合构造点.本文对距离矩阵平方进行直接拟合,重构问题为零列和Stiefel子流形和线性流形约束下的矩阵优化模型,并结合乘积流形几何性质,设计一类自适应问题模型的基于Zhang-Hager技术拓展的黎曼梯度下降求解算法.数值实验说明通过直接拟合能得到误差更小的拟合欧氏距离矩阵,且所提算法与已有投影梯度流算法及黎曼优化工具箱中的黎曼一阶和二阶算法在迭代效率上有一定的优势.

In order to refine the microstructure and improve the performance of direct energy deposited(DED)additively manufactured Al–Mg–Sc–Zr alloy,TiC-modified Al–Mg–Sc–Zr composites were prepared by DED and the effect of TiC content on the microstructure and performance was *** the absence of TiC particle,the microstructure of Al–Mg–Sc–Zr alloy prepared by DED consisted of fine grains with average size of 8.36μm,and well-dispersed nano-Al;(Sc,Zr)particles inside the grains and Mg;Si phase along the grain *** the addition of 1 wt%TiC,the microstructure of TiC/Al–Mg–Sc–Zr prepared by DED became finer apparently compared with that without TiC;while the further increase of TiC content to 3 wt%,the microstructure of TiC/Al–Mg–Sc–Zr prepared by DED became coarser with appearance of a new kind of needle-like(Ti,Zr);Si;***,the addition of TiC decreased the porosity of Al–Mg–Sc–Zr prepared by ***,after the addition of TiC,the tensile strength increased from 283.25 MPa to 344.98–361.51 MPa,and the elongation increased from 3.61%to 9.58–14.10%.The potential mechanism of the microstructure evolution and strength improvement was *** research will provide new insights into the available metal matrix composites by laser additive manufacturing(LAM).

糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是一种累及眼睛的糖尿病并发症,会导致患者视力低下甚至失明。本文旨在研究三七总皂苷(Panax notoginseng saponins,PNS)溶液滴眼给药对链脲佐菌素(streptozotocin,STZ)诱导的大鼠非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy,NPDR)的改善作用及其机制。实验方案经上海中医药大学实验动物福利与伦理委员会审查,符合实验动物福利与伦理相关规范(伦理号:PZSHUTCM 211115004)。通过对大鼠腹腔单次注射STZ诱导糖尿病模型,注射两个月后,分别按照20、40和80 mg·kg-1的剂量双眼滴眼PNS溶液,每日2次,每次间隔6 h,连续1个月。通过对大鼠眼球进行苏木精-伊红染色和免疫组化分析,观察视网膜的形态结构变化和小胶质细胞的活化情况;采用伊文思蓝染料渗漏实验,观察血-视网膜屏障(blood-retina barrier,BRB)的破坏情况;利用胰酶消化视网膜并进行染色,观察视网膜中无细胞毛细血管的数量;通过尾静脉注射异硫氰酸荧光素偶联刀豆蛋白A凝集素,观察视网膜中黏附的中性粒细胞数量;采用酶联免疫实验检测血清中炎症因子的表达;采用Western blot实验检测视网膜组织中相关蛋白的表达以及核因子κB(nuclear factor kappa-B,NF-κB)的转录激活。结果发现,PNS溶液滴眼给药能够显著增加视网膜的厚度、减少无细胞毛细血管的数量以及上调紧密连接蛋白claudin-1和occludin的表达,从而缓解BRB的损伤。此外,PNS溶液滴眼给药也能够显著减少中性粒细胞的黏附和小胶质细胞的活化、降低血清中炎症因子的表达以及视网膜p65蛋白的核转移,有效抑制视网膜炎症的发生。以上结果表明,PNS溶液滴眼给药可以通过抑制NF-κB信号通路的激活,降低炎症的发生,从而发挥改善NPDR的作用。

[Objectives]To explore the mechanism of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)by analyzing the effective components of Gegen Qinlian Decoction.[Methods]TCMSP database was used to analyze the active components of Gegen Qinlian Decoction,and pubchem and Swiss ADME databases were also used to predict drug targets,extract T2DM complicated with NAFLD targets from OMIM and Genecards *** plot was drawn to obtain intersection targets,and finally Cytoscape was used to make core target maps and drug-target-disease network *** DAVID and Metascape database to analyze the intersection targets,the gene ontology information of Go and KEGG was *** informatics technology was used to visualize GO,and Cytoscape was used to make drug-target-disease network map-enrichment pathway map.[Results]The network pharmacological analysis showed that Gegen Qinlian Decoction acted on the key targets of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,such as ALB and ALT1,through many components,and achieved the purpose of treating this *** chemical constituents of the drug include formononetin,5-hydroxyisomucronulatol-2,5-2-O-glucoside,cholesteryl laurate,isoliquiritigenin,etc.[Conclusions]This study provides a new idea and theoretical support for future drug research and clinical practice.

Spatial and temporal distribution of abundance,community structure and succession,and mortality of zooplankton were examined in a subtropical bay—the Qinzhou Bay,Guangxi,South China,to evaluate the impact of oyster culture on *** on zooplankton abundance,phytoplankton biomass,and environmental parameters were collected in 12 routine samplings at four sites in the Qinzhou Bay in *** show that the hydrological environment in the estuary affected the temporal variation of zooplankton of the Qinzhou ***,the oyster culture affected the spatial distributions of *** abundance of zooplankton outside the oyster farm was higher than that inside,whereas the mortality outside the oyster farm,on the contrary,was lower than that *** culture in the Qinzhou Bay had built a significant impact on the abundance and community composition of zooplankton,and the food shortage caused by the ingestion of oyster might exacerbate the mortality of zooplankton in the Qinzhou *** addition,the large-scale oyster culture increased the spatial heterogeneity of the community structure of zooplankton inside and outside the oyster *** of this study provide a reference for future policy-making in aquaculture management.
