Unraveling the colloidal composition of perovskite precursor solutions and its impact on film formation

Colloids are a vital component of perovskite precursor solutions(PPSs),significantly influencing the quality of perovskite film *** their importance,a comprehensive understanding of these colloids remains *** this work,we explored the colloidal compositions of two distinct PPS types:the monomer-mixing dissolution(MMD)and the pre-synthesized perovskite single crystal redissolution(SCR).We have uncovered a new dissolution chemical equilibrium mechanism where the transition from mixed monomers to the 3C cubic phase(α-phase)involves a reversible *** findings indicate that although colloidal size significantly affects the nucleation during perovskite crystallization,the composition of the colloids plays a more crucial *** MMD method yields poly Pb-I·solvent clusters while the colloids derived from the SCR approach produce hexagonal lead-halide-based perovskite phase *** divergent colloidal compositions lead to markedly different impacts on the perovskite film formation ***,hexagonal-phase colloids act as favorable nucleation sites,promoting the generation of theα-phase perovskite films with larger grains,more homogeneous phases,and fewer *** work demonstrates the importance of tailoring colloidal compositions and provides theoretical insights into the beneficial effects of redissolving perovskite in forms such as powder,microcrystals,and single crystals.

Non-cross-linked Polystyrene Supported Cyclosulfamide： A New Chiral Auxiliary for Highly Stereoselective Alkylation Reactions

The asymmetric alkylation reactions induced by non-cross-linked polystyrene supported cyclosulfamide chiral auxiliary occurred in moderate to good yields with a very high stereoselectivity（e.e.〉99%）. Compared to non-supported cyclosulfamide chiral auxiliary, this chiral auxiliary can be recovered by simple precipitation and filtration, and could be reused at least four cycles without appreciable reduction in the yield or stereoselectivity.

Scope and Limitations of Optical Pure Hydantoins as Chiral Auxiliaries in Asymmetric Mannich Reactions

The Mannich reaction of various 5-substituted and N-acyl substituted chiral hydantoins with a series of aldimines smoothly occurred with full stereochemical control. These Mannich adducts have been cleaved by alcoholysis to afford several synthetically useful chiral building blocks like β-amino esters and β-lactams in good yields and in enantiopure form.

An efficient catalytic asymmetric chlorocyclization of olefinic amides with 1,3-dichloro-5,5-dimethylhydantoin（DCDMH） using hydroquinidine 1,4-phthalazinediyl diether（（DHQD）_2 PHAL） as organocatalyst has been developed. Series of chiral chloro substituted isobenzofuran-1（3 H）-imine derivatives were obtained in good yields（up to 85%） and enantioselectivities（up to 70% ee）.

Tyrosinase(TYR) is an important polyphenolic oxidase enzyme and usually regards as a biomarker of melano ma *** effective tracking TYR activity in vivo will help to study the mechanism of TYR in living organisms and forecasts related *** this study,we present a novel TYR-activatable fluo rescent probe(CHMC-DOPA) for tracking TYR activity in vitro and in ***-DOPA is constructed by incorporating dopamine(DOPA) moiety into a fluorescent chloro-hydroxyl-merocyanine(CHMC)*** exposure to TYR,the dopamine unit in CHMC-DOPA is oxidized to a dopaquinone derivative,and an intramolecular photo-induced electron transfer(PET) process between CHMC fluorophore and o-dopaquinone will take place,the fluorescence of CHMC-DOPA is quenched ***,the evaluation of TYR activity is established in terms of the relationship between fluorescence quenching efficiency and TYR *** our experiments,CHMC-DOPA shows various advantages,such as fast response(8 min),low concentration of TYR activation(0.5 U/mL),good water-solubility,as well as the lowest detection limit(0.003 U/mL) compared with previously reported ***,CHMCDO PA also exhibits excellent cell membrane permeability and low cytotoxicity,which is successfully used to monitor endogenous TYR activity in living cancer cells and zebrafish ***-DOPA performs well,and we anticipate that this newly designed novel platform will provide an alternative for high effective monitoring TYR activity in biosystems.

Effects of Crop Stubble on Physicochemical Properties of Continuous Cropping Soil and Cucumber Yield and Quality

By a pot experiment, two kinds of crop stubble (wheat, soybean) were added into continuous cropping soil of cucumber according to different quantity (0.5%, 1% and 2%), the effects of different kinds of stubble and quantity on the continuous cropping soil and growth of cucumber were investigated. The results showed that two kinds of crop stubble significantly decreased soil bulk density, and increased total porosity of soil. Each of all treatments significantly decreased the accumulation of salinity in soil within the entire growth period of cucumber. 2% wheat stubble treatment had the biggest drop in soil EC in the later period of cucumber growth. Soybean stubble treatment had the lesser effect on soil EC. Wheat and soybean stubble promoted the growth of cucumber, increased the yield of cucumber, and improved the quality of cucumber. 2% of wheat stubble treatment had a biggest increase in cucumber yield, which increased the yield by 34.23% compared with the control.
