The excessive concentration of NO_(2) in the atmosphere has gained considerable attention due to its damage to the environment and human health. Gas sensor technology has important application prospects in detecting atmospheric NO_(2) concentration. Restricted by its wide bandgap, pristine ZnO needs additional energy to power the electronic transition as a gas sensing material.

Barium ferrite micro-/nanofibers with special morphology,nanowires with diameters of 100 nm,nanoribbons with diameters of 1μm,and nanotubes with outer diameter of about 300 nm while inner diameter of 100 nm were successfully prepared via electrospinning using different solvents（dimethyl formamide（DMF）,solutions of deionized water and ethyl alcohol,and solutions of deionized water and acetic acid,respectively）.The barium ferrite micro-/nanofibers were characterized by scanning electron microscope（SEM）,X-ray diffraction analysis（XRD）,and vibration sample magnetometer（VSM）.The results demonstrate that the pure BaFe12O19 ferrite phase is successfully *** the SEM results show excellent *** magnetic hysteresis loops demonstrate that their magnetic properties are quite different with different *** specific saturation magnetization is approximately the same（46.12-49.17 A·m^2·kg^-1）,but the coercivity of the BaFe12O19 increases from wires（190.08 kA·m^-1）,ribbons（224.16 kA·m^-1） to tubes（258.88 kA·m^-1）.

AIM:To evaluate the accuracy and predictability of ray tracing-assisted intraocular lens(IOL) calculation function in Sirius internal software and further improve the accuracy by optimizing the calculation of predicted lens position(PLP).METHODS:This retrospective study recruited 52 eyes of 49 *** of the cases with cataract had undergone phacoemulsification combined with IOL ***-T,Haigis formula,and Sirius ray-tracing method were all used for each eye’s IOL *** mean absolute value of prediction error(prediction error=predicted refraction-postoperative refraction) was defined as mean absolute prediction error(MAPE) and was determined for each *** of PLP was optimized by effective lens position(ELP).Optimized PLP was entered to Sirius internal software again to verify whether the method was ***:Compared with SRK-T and Haigis formulas,less accuracy was shown in Sirius ray-tracing method(P=0.001).The ELP of the IOL moved forward compared to PLP(P<0.001).The MAPE of the ELP-inputted Sirius ray-tracing method was *** and PLP were well *** ELP as y and PLP given by Sirius soft as x,a linear regression formula y=0.1637 x+3.1741 was concluded(R^(2)=0.1066,P=0.018).It was shown that the optimized Sirius ray-tracing method(optimized PLP entered),compared with SRK-T and Haigis formulas,worked with the same accuracy(P=0.038).CONCLUSION:The original Sirius ray tracing method is not satisfactory ***,in normal eyes,the optimized Sirius ray-tracing method in IOL calculation was as accurate as SRK-T and Haigis formulas.

Unisexual reproduction is generally relevant to polyploidy, and unisexual vertebrates are often considered an evolutionary “dead end” due to the accumulation of deleterious mutations and absence of genetic diversity. However, some unisexual polyploids have developed strategies to avoid genomic decay, and thus provide ideal models to unveil unexplored evolutionary mechanisms, from the reproductive success to clonal diversity creation. This article reviews the evolutionary mechanisms for overcoming meiotic barrier and generating genetic diversity in unisexual vertebrates, and summarizes recent research advancements in the polyploid Carassius complex. Gynogenetic gibel carp(Carassius gibelio) is a unique amphitriploid that has undergone a recurrent autotriploidy and has overcome the bottleneck of triploid sterility via gynogenesis. Recently, an efficient strategy in which ploidy changes, including from amphitriploid to amphitetraploid, then from amphitetraploid to novel amphitriploid, drive unisexual-sexual-unisexual reproduction transition and clonal diversity has been *** on this new discovery, multigenomic reconstruction biotechnology has been used to breed a novel strain with superior growth and stronger disease resistance. Moreover, a unique reproduction mode that combines both abilities of ameiotic oogenesis and sperm-egg fusion,termed as ameio-fusiongensis, has been discovered, and it provides an efficient approach to synthesize sterile allopolyploids. In order to avoid ecological risks upon escape and protect the sustainable property rights of the aquaculture seed industry, a controllable fertility biotechnology approach for precise breeding is being developed by integrating sterile allopolyploid synthesis and gene-editing *** review provides novel insights into the origin and evolution of unisexual vertebrates and into the attempts being made to exploit new breeding biotechnologies in aquaculture.

AIM： To investigate the effect of Tangweian Jianji （TWAJJ） on the biomechanical and morphometrical remodeling of the upper gastrointestinal tract in diabetic rats. METHODS： Diabetes was induced in 27 rats by in- jecting streptozotocin （40 mg/kg body weight）, the animals were then divided into three groups （n = 9 in each group）, i.e., diabetic control （DM）; high dose （10 g/kg, T1） and low dose （5 g/kg, T2）. Another 10 rats acted as normal controls （Control）. TWAJJ was admin- istered by gavage once daily. Blood glucose and serum insulin levels were measured. Circumferential length, wall thickness and opening angle were measured from esophageal, duodenal, jejunal and ileal ring segments. The residual strain was calculated from the morpho- metric data. Step-wise distension was carried out on esophageal and jejunal segments. The obtained data on the length, diameter and pressure changes were then used to calculate the circumferential and longitu- dinal stresses and strains. Real-time reverse transcrip- tion polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the receptor of advanced glycation end-products （RAGE） mRNA level in jejunal tissues. RESULTS： At the end of the experiment, the blood glucose level was significantly higher and the serum insulin level was significantly lower in DM, T1 and T2 groups than in the control group （Glucose： 30.23 ± 0.41 mmol/L, 27.48 ± 0.27 mmol/L and 27.84 ± 0.29 mmol/ L vs 5.05 ± 0.04 mmol/L, P = 1.65 x 10-16, P = 5.89 x 1019 and P = 1.63 x 10-Is, respectively; Insulin： 1.47 ± 0.32 °tg/L, 2.66 ± 0.44 pg/L, 2.03 ± 0.29 pg/L and 4.17 ± 0.54 pg/L, P = 0.0001, P = 0.029 and P = 0.025, re- spectively）. However, these levels did not differ among the DM, T1 and T2 groups. The wet weight per unit length, wall thickness and opening angle of esophageal and intestinal segments in the DM group were signifi- cantly higher than those in the control group （from P = 0.009 to P = 0.004）. The identification of dominant driving factors for different ecosystem services(ESs)is crucial for ecological conservation and sustainable ***,the spatial heterogeneity of the dominant driving factors affecting various ESs has not been adequately elucidated,particularly in ecologically fragile *** study employed the integrated valuation of ESs and trade-offs(InVEST)model to evaluate four ESs,namely,water yield(WY),soil conservation(SC),habitat quality(HQ),and carbon storage(CS),and then to identify the dominant driving factors of spatiotemporal differentiation of ES and further to characterize the spatial heterogeneity characteristics of the dominant driving factors in the eco-fragile areas of the upper Yellow River,China from 2000 to *** results demonstrated that WY exhibited northeast-high and northwest-low patterns in the upper Yellow River region,while high values of SC and CS were distributed in central forested areas and a high value of HQ was distributed in vast grassland *** CS,WY,and SC exhibited decreasing trends over *** most critical factors affecting WY,SC,HQ,and CS were the actual evapotranspiration,precipitation,slope,and normalized difference vegetation index,*** addition,the effects of different factors on various ESs exhibited spatial *** results could provide spatial decision support for eco-protection and rehabilitation in ecologically fragile areas.

Microscale zero-valent iron(mZVI)has shown great potential for groundwater Cr(Ⅵ)***,low Cr(Ⅵ)removal capacity caused by passivation restricted the wide use of *** prepared mZVI/GCS by encapsulating mZVI in a porous glutaraldehydecrosslinked chitosan matrix,and the formation of the passivation layer was alleviated by reducing the contact between zero-valent iron *** average pore diameter of mZVI/GCS was 8.775 nm,which confirmed the mesoporous characteristic of this *** of batch experiments demonstrated that mZVI/GCS exhibited high Cr(Ⅵ)removal efficiency in a wide range of pH(2-10)and temperature(5-35℃).Common groundwater coexisting ions slightly affected m ZVI/*** material showed great reusability,and the average Cr(Ⅵ)removal efficiency was 90.41%during eight *** this study,we also conducted kinetics and isotherms ***-second-order model was the most matched kinetics *** Cr(Ⅵ)adsorption process was fitted by both Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms models,and the maximum Langmuir adsorption capacity of m ZVI/GCS reached243.63 mg/g,which is higher than the adsorption capacities of materials reported in most of the previous ***,the column capacity for Cr(Ⅵ)removal of a mZVI/GCS-packed column was 6.4 times higher than that of a mZVI-packed column in a 50-day ***,mZVI/GCS with a porous structure effectively relieved passivation problems of mZVI and showed practical application prospects as groundwater Cr(Ⅵ)remediation material with practical application prospects.

Skill enhancement learning with knowledge distillation

Skill learning through reinforcement learning has significantly progressed in recent years. However, it often struggles to efficiently find optimal or near-optimal policies due to the inherent trial-and-error exploration in reinforcement learning. Although algorithms have been proposed to enhance skill learning efficacy, there is still much room for improvement in terms of skill learning performance and training stability. In this paper, we propose an algorithm called skill enhancement learning with knowledge distillation(SELKD), which integrates multiple actors and multiple critics for skill learning. SELKD employs knowledge distillation to establish a mutual learning mechanism among actors. To mitigate critic overestimation bias,we introduce a novel target value calculation method. We also perform theoretical analysis to ensure the convergence of SELKD. Finally, experiments are conducted on several continuous control tasks, illustrating the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
