Cancer is a major threat to human *** various treatment methods,precision therapy has received significant attention since the inception,due to its ability to efficiently inhibit tumor growth,while curtailing common shortcomings from conventional cancer treatment,leading towards enhanced survival ***,organelle-targeted strategies enable precise accumulation of therapeutic agents in organelles,locally triggering organelle-mediated cell death signals which can greatly reduce the therapeutic threshold dosage and minimize *** this review,we comprehensively discuss history and recent advances in targeted therapies on organelles,specifically including nucleus,mitochondria,lysosomes and endoplasmic reticulum,while focusing on organelle structures,organelle-mediated cell death signal pathways,and design guidelines of organelle-targeted nanomedicines based on intervention ***,a perspective on future research and clinical opportunities and potential challenges in precision oncology is *** demonstrating recent developments in organelle-targeted therapies,we believe this article can further stimulate broader interests in multidisciplinary research and technology development for enabling advanced organelle-targeted nanomedicines and their corresponding clinic translations.

In situ Re-Os isotope ages of sulfides in Hannuoba peridotitic xenoliths: Significance for the frequently-occurring mantle events beneath the North China Block

In situ Re-Os isotopes of sulfides in peridotitic xenoliths from Cenozoic Hannuoba basalts were analyzed by LAM-MC-ICPMS. The suifides developed two types of occurrences including silicate-enclosed and interstitial. In the enclosed sulfides, 187Os/188Os vary from 0.1124 to 0.1362 and 187Re/188Os from 0.0026 to 1.8027. In the interstitial ones, 187Os/188Os have a range from 0.1174 to 0.1354 and 187Re/188Os from 0.0365 to 1.4469. The oldest age, calculated by TRD for the enclosed sulfides, is 2.1 Ga. An isochron age of 2.3±1.2 Ga is obtained by five grains of enclosed sulfides and primitive mantle. The sulfides used have lower Re-Os isotopic ratio than primitive mantle. Meanwhile, an isochron age of 645±225 Ma is given by all in- terstitial sulfides and the enclosed sulfides with higher Re-Os isotopic ratio due to Re addition after man- tle formation. In addition, the model age of 1.3 Ga recorded by one interstitial sulfide, having similar TDM and TRD, should be meaningful to deep thermal event. The coexistence of different ages, revealed by in situ Re-Os isotope, indicates frequently-occurring mantle events beneath Hannuoba area.

We utilized a unique culture system to analyze the expression patterns of gene,protein,and cell surface antigen,and the biological process of the related genes in erythroid and myeloid differentiation and switching of hematopoieticstem cells(HSCs)in response to cytokine ***-specific fragments(266)identified from five populationsof cytokine-stimulated HSCs were categorized into three groups:(1)expressed specifically in a single cell population;(2)expressed in two cell populations,and(3)expressed in three or more populations. Of 145 defined cDNAs,three(2%)were novel *** two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and flow cytometry analyses showed overlappedand distinguished protein expression profiles in the cell populations *** process mapping of mRNAsexpressed in erythroid and myeloid lineages indicated that mRNAs shared by both lineages attended 'core processes,'whereas genes specifically expressed in either lineage alone were related to specific processes or cellular *** this study support the hypothesis that committed HSCs(E14 or G14)cells can still be redirected to develop intomyeloid or erythroid cells when erythropoietin(EPO)is replaced with granulocyte-colony stimulating factor(G-CSF)under erythroid-cultured condition or G-CSF with EPO in myeloid-cultured environment,*** results sug-gest that genes or proteins co-expressed in erythroid and myeloid lineages may be essential for the lineage maintenanceand switching in hematopoiesis.

In the peralumineous granite of Yajiangqiao zircon population can be divided into two groups (i.e. Zircon Ⅰ and Zircon Ⅱ), which were formed in magmatic chamber and in emplacement place, respectively. The Hf isotope compositions of two stages of zircon show that the host magma was essentially derived from crustal material by melting. However, some higher 176Hf/177Hf ratios indicate that the granitic zircons should contain fine crystal of zircon formed in mantle-derived magma. In fact, the backscattered electron imaging and the electron microprobe analysis reveal that there is another type of zircon included within Zircon Ⅰ, which is quite different from Zircon Ⅰ and Zircon Ⅱ in morphology and chemistry. They are considered to be the product of the mantle-derived magma intruded into the granitic magma chamber at the beginning of anatexis. Thus, it is suggested that the formation of Yajiangqiao granite is related to the underplating of mantle magma.

Post-Entrainment Mineral-Magma Interaction in Mantle Xenoliths from Inner Mongolia,Western North China Craton

In order to distinguish the primary microstructures developed under mantle conditions from the secondary phenomena after xenolith entrainment in the host magma, this study intends to discuss the genesis of spongy, sieve-textured, and reaction rims on mineral grains of mantle xenoliths in the Cenozoic basalts from the western North China craton. The spongy rims on primary clinopyroxene show neither obvious compositional zoning nor preferential development towards the host basalt and probably suggest an origin via partial melting within the lithospheric mantle or pressure release as the xenoliths were carried upwards. The sieve-textured rims on primary spinel show clear chemical zoning with increasing Cr# and decreasing AI towards the host basalt. They are interpreted as the result of partial melting due to heating of the host basaltic magma and decreasing pressure during ascent proc- ess. Post-entrainment reaction mainly generated secondary minerals at contacts between the host ba- saltic melt and xenoliths. The secondary clinopyroxene in reaction rims develops on primary clinopy- roxene and has higher Ti, Ca, and Fe contents and lower Mg# and Si contents than primary one, while the secondary spinel on primary Cr-AI spinel is titanomagnetite. The secondary olivine and clinopy- roxene in the reaction rims on primary orthopyroxene are enriched in Fe, Al, and Ti. The occurrence of reaction rims in mantle xenoliths reflects disequilibrium processes after xenolith entrainment in the basaltic melt. The spongy rims on primary clinopyroxene may not be related to the interaction with thehost basaltic melt, while the sieve-textured rims on primary spinel and reactions rims on primary clinopyroxene, spinel, and orthopyroxene may result from post-entrainment reaction between the host basaltic melt and xenolith minerals.
