With the rapid development of China’s economy,the scale of the city has been continuously expanding,industrial enterprises have been increasing,the discharge of multiple pollutants has reached the top of the world,and the environmental problems become more and more *** air pollution problem is particularly *** quality has become a daily concern for *** order to control air pollution,it is necessary to grasp the air quality situation in an all-round *** is necessary to evaluate air *** results of air quality evaluation can help people know more about air *** this paper,refers to previous research results and different evaluation methods,combined with artificial neural network,fuzzy theory,genetic algorithm,GA-Bp hybrid algorithm based on fuzzy theory is proposed to evaluate air *** the same time,for the problem that the two-grade standard of air quality annual evaluation is not suitable for practical application,the four-grade standard for annual air quality evaluation has been proposed,and its practicality has been verified through *** setting contrast experiments and comparing the air quality evaluation model based on standard Bp algorithm,it is proved that the fuzzy GA-Bp evaluation model is better than the standard Bp model,both in efficiency and accuracy.

This paper presents a survey of image processing techniques proposed in the literature forextracting key cereal crop growth metrics from high spatial resolution, typically proximalimages. The descriptive crop growth metrics considered are: crop canopy cover, aboveground biomass, leaf area index (including green area index), chlorophyll content, andgrowth stage. The paper includes an overview of relevant fundamental image processingtechniques including camera types, colour spaces, colour indexes, and image segmentation. The descriptive crop growth metrics are defined. Reference methods for groundtruth measurement are described. Image processing methods for metric estimation aredescribed in detail. The performance of the methods is reviewed and compared. The surveyreveals limitations in image processing techniques for cereal crop monitoring such as lackof robustness to lighting conditions, camera position, and self-obstruction. Directions forfuture research to improve performance are identified.

Garlic prices fluctuate dramatically in recent years and it is very difficult to predict garlic *** autoregressive integrated moving average(ARImA)model is currently the most important method for predicting garlic ***,the ARImA model can only predict the linear part of the garlic prices,and cannot predict its nonlinear ***,it is urgent to adopt a method to analyze the nonlinear characteristics of garlic *** comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several major prediction models which used to forecast nonlinear time series,using support vector machine(SVm)model to predict the nonlinear part of garlic prices and establish ARImA-SVm hybrid forecast model to predict garlic *** monthly average price data of garlic in 2010-2017 was used to test the effect of ARImA model,SVm model and ARImA-SVm *** experimental results show that:(1)Garlic price is affected by many factors but the most is the supply and demand relationship;(2)The SVm model has a good effect in dealing with the nonlinear relationship of garlic prices;(3)The ARImA-SVm hybrid model is better than the single ARImA model and SVm model on the accuracy of garlic price prediction,it can be used as an effective method to predict the short-term price of garlic.

A simple and accurate spectrophotometric method for on-site analysis of royal demolition explosive（RDX） in water samples was developed based on the Berthelot reaction. The sensitivity and accuracy of an existing spectrophotometric method was improved by：replacing toxic chemicals with more stable and safer reagents; optimizing the reagent dose and reaction time; improving color stability; and eliminating the interference from inorganic nitrogen compounds in water samples. Cation and anion exchange resin cartridges were developed and used for sample pretreatment to eliminate the effect of ammonia and nitrate on RDX analyses. The detection limit of the method was determined to be 100 μg/L. The method was used successfully for analysis of RDX in untreated industrial wastewater samples. It can be used for on-site monitoring of RDX in wastewater for early detection of chemical spills and failure of wastewater treatment systems.

We systematically explore near equilibrium, flow-driven, and flow-activity coupled dynamics of polar active liquid crystals using a continuum model. Firstly, we re-derive the hydrodynamic model to ensure the thermodynamic laws are obeyed and elastic stresses and forces are consistently accounted. We then carry out a linear stability analysis about constant steady states to study near equilibrium dynamics around the steady states, revealing long-wave instability inherent in this model system and how active parameters in the model affect the instability. We then study model predictions for one- dimensional （1D） spatial-temporal structures of active liquid crystals in a channel subject to physical boundary conditions. We discuss the model prediction in two selected regimes, one is the viscous stress dominated regime, also known as the flow-driven regime, while the other is the full regime, in which all active mechanisms are included. In the viscous stress dominated regime, the polarity vector is driven by the prescribed flow field. Dynamics depend sensitively on the physical boundary condition and the type of the driven flow field. Bulk-dominated temporal periodic states and spatially homogeneous states are possible under weak anchoring conditions while spatially inhomogeneous states exist under strong anchoring conditions. In the full model, flow-orientation interaction generates a host of planar as well as out-of-plane spatial-temporal structures related to the spontaneous flows due to the molecular self-propelled motion. These results provide contact with the recent literature on active nematic suspensions. In addition, symmetry breaking pattems emerge as the additional active viscous stress due to the polarity vector is included in the force balance. The inertia effect is found to limit the long-time survival of spatial structures to those with small wave numbers, i.e., an asymptotic coarsening to long wave structures.
