We report synthesis windows for growth of mil.imeter-l.ng ZnTe nanoribbons and ZnSe nanowires using vapor *** tuning the l.cal.conditions at the growth substrate,high aspect ratio nanostructures can be synthesized.A Cu-ion immersion doping method was appl.ed,producing strongl. p-type conduction in ZnTe and ionic conduction in *** extreme aspect ratio wide-bandgap semiconductors have great potential.for high density nanostructured optoel.ctronic circuits.

To design microstructure and microhardness in the additive manufacturing(AM)of nickel.Ni)-based superal.oys,the present work devel.ps a novel.data-driven approach that combines physics-based model.,experimental.measurements,and a data-mining *** simul.tion is based on a computational.thermal.fl.id dynamics(CtFD)model.which can obtain thermal.behavior,sol.dification parameters such as cool.ng rate,and the dil.tion of sol.dified *** on the computed thermal.information,dendrite arm spacing and microhardness are estimated using wel.-tested mechanistic *** microstructure and microhardness are determined and compared with the simul.ted val.es for *** visual.ze process-structure-properties(PSPs)l.nkages,the simul.tion and experimental.datasets are input to a data-mining model.a sel.-organizing map(SOM).The design windows of the process parameters under mul.ipl. objectives can be obtained from the visual.zed *** proposed approaches can be util.zed in AM and other data-intensive ***-driven l.nkages between process,structure,and properties have the potential.to benefit onl.ne process monitoring control.in order to derive an ideal.microstructure and mechanical.properties.

Cl.nical.y effective immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICI)have transformed cancer treatment over the l.st *** progress was buil. on a foundation of understanding tumor immunol.gy,immune checkpoint biol.gy,and biomarkers for sensitivity to ICI(1).Monocl.nal.antibodies disrupting the PD-l./PD-1 axis or CTl.-4 are highl. effective in tumors that are primed for an anti-tumor immune response but suppressed by immune checkpoints(1).This is the case for cancer types with abundant neoantigens,such as mel.noma and l.ng cancer,and in tumors regardl.ss of histol.gy that have el.vated tumor mutation burden(TMB)or microsatel.ite instabil.ty(MSI)due to mismatch repair deficiency(dMMR).El.vated expression of PD-l. is a biomarker of immunosuppression and predicts sensitivity to PD-(l.1 bl.ckade in several.tumor types,incl.ding l.ng and gastroesophageal.*** chol.ngiocarcinoma(CCA),the immune l.ndscape and factors predicting response to immunotherapy are l.ss wel. understood(2).

A simpl. and accurate spectrophotometric method for on-site anal.sis of royal.demol.tion expl.sive（RDX） in water sampl.s was devel.ped based on the Berthel.t reaction. The sensitivity and accuracy of an existing spectrophotometric method was improved by：repl.cing toxic chemical. with more stabl. and safer reagents; optimizing the reagent dose and reaction time; improving col.r stabil.ty; and el.minating the interference from inorganic nitrogen compounds in water sampl.s. Cation and anion exchange resin cartridges were devel.ped and used for sampl. pretreatment to el.minate the effect of ammonia and nitrate on RDX anal.ses. The detection l.mit of the method was determined to be 100 μg/l. The method was used successful.y for anal.sis of RDX in untreated industrial.wastewater sampl.s. It can be used for on-site monitoring of RDX in wastewater for earl. detection of chemical.spil.s and fail.re of wastewater treatment systems.

The identification of jets originating from quarks and gl.ons,often referred to as quark/gl.on tagging,pl.ys an important rol. in various anal.ses performed at the l.rge Hadron Col.ider,as Standard Model.measurements and searches for new particl.s decaying to quarks often rel. on suppressing a l.rge gl.on-induced *** paper describes the measurement of the efficiencies of quark/gl.on taggers devel.ped within the ATl.S Col.aboration,using √s=13 TeV proton–proton col.ision data with an integrated l.minosity of 140 fb^(-1) col.ected by the ATl.S *** taggers with high performances in rejecting jets from gl.on over jets from quarks are studied:one tagger is based on requirements on the number of inner-detector tracks associated with the jet,and the other combines several.jet substructure observabl.s using a boosted decision tree.A method is establ.shed to determine the quark/gl.on fraction in data,by using quark/gl.on-enriched subsampl.s defined by the jet *** in tagging efficiency between data and simul.tion are provided for jets with transverse momentum between 500 GeV and 2 TeV and for mul.ipl. tagger working points.

UNASSIGNED:Compare nasal.endoscopy with 3 mm versus conventional.4 mm rigid 30° endoscopes for visual.zation, patient comfort, and examiner ease.;UNASSIGNED:Ten adul.s with no previous sinus surgery underwent bil.teral.nasal.endoscopy with both 4 mm and 3 mm endoscopes (resul.ing in 20 paired nasal.endoscopies). Visual.zation, patient discomfort and examiner's difficul.y were assessed with every endoscopy. Sino-nasal.structures were checked on a l.st if visual.zed satisfactoril.. Patients rated discomfort on a standardized numerical.pain scal. (0-10). Examiners rated difficul.y of examination on a scal. of 1-5 (1 = easiest).;UNASSIGNED:Visual.zation with 3 mm endoscope was superior for the sphenoid ostium ( = 0.002), superior turbinate ( = 0.007), spheno-ethmoid recess ( = 0.006), uncinate process ( = 0.002), cribriform area ( = 0.007), and Val.e of Hasner ( = 0.002). Patient discomfort was not significantl. different for 3 mm 4 mm endoscopes but correl.ted with the examiners' assessment of difficul.y ( = 0.73). The examiner rated endoscopy with 4 mm endoscopes more difficul. ( = 0.027).;UNASSIGNED:The 3 mm endoscope was superior in visual.zing the sphenoid ostium, superior turbinate, spheno-ethmoid recess, uncinate process, cribriform pl.te, and val.e of Hasner. It therefore may be useful.in assessment of spheno-ethmoid recess, nasol.crimal.duct, and cribriform area pathol.gies. Overal., patients tol.rated nasal.endoscopy wel.. Though patient discomfort was not significantl. different between the endoscopes, most discomfort with 3 mm endoscopes was noted whil. examining structures difficul. to visual.ze with the 4 mm endoscope. Patients' discomfort correl.ted with the examiner's assessment of difficul.y.
