Wit. t.e advent.of new t.chnologies such as Iot.(Int.rnet.of t.ings) and Big Dat., t.e increase in users and t.eir different.communicat.ons have led t. a significant.increase in energy consumpt.on in net.ork equipment. A new net.orking t.chnology called SDN (Soft.are Defined Net.ork) is born. It.aims t. make net.ork management.easier. t.e SDN consist. of decoupling t.e cont.ol plane t.at.is t.e brain, t.e dat. plane or t.e muscles of t.e net.ork. It.allows t.e programmabilit. of net.ork devices and also t.e redirect.on of flows. One or more cent.alized cont.ollers use algorit.ms t. act.remot.ly on net.ork devices. Because of it. operat.on, t.is new t.chnology offers opport.nit.es t. improve net.ork performance and opt.mize energy consumpt.on. In t.is paper, we will use t.is t.chnology (SDN) t. suspend links or rout.rs when t.ey are not.used while t.king int. account.t.e congest.on t.at.degrades t.e qualit. of service in t.e net.ork. We have formulat.d t.is problem as a linear int.ger program and proposed algorit.ms t. process it.in normal period and peak period. We have used t.e OMNEt.++ simulat.r t. evaluat. our algorit.ms. t.us, our approach showed t.at.87.5% of port. and 33.33% of links could be shut.down t. save energy.

t.is paper st.dies t.e design and sizing of a filt.r (L-C) for an invert.r wit. 180° cont.ol in Medium volt.ge (MV), based on formulas of t.e capacit.nce of t.e capacit.r C and t.e induct.nce L of t.e filt.r (L-C) of an SPWM invert.r. t.ese formulas were obt.ined by minimizing t.o paramet.rs: t.e react.ve power of t.e capacit.r (capped at.5% of t.e apparent.power of t.e load) and t.e ripple of t.e current.flowing t.rough induct.nce L (capped at.10% of t.e current.supplying t.e load). t.e applicat.on of t.ese formulas for t.e calculat.on of t.e filt.r (L-C) of t.e 180° cont.ol invert.r in MV is not.conclusive. St.dies have been carried out.t. make t.em applicable. t.e result. show t.at.limit.ng t.e current.ripple in t.e induct.r t. 10% of t.e load current.is a valid assumpt.on and t.at.limit.ng t.e react.ve power of t.e capacit.r t. 5% of t.e apparent.power of t.e load present. short.omings. t.e result. also show t.at.set.ing t.e induct.nce L of t.e filt.r t. t.e 3VHE prot.in is considered as a pot.nt.al t.rget.for t.e t.eat.ent.of prost.t. cancer. In order t. find new 3VHE inhibit.rs, pharmacophore models based on t.e molecular st.uct.re of rhodanine derivat.ves and a t.ree-dimensional quant.t.t.ve st.uct.re-act.vit. relat.onship model (3D-QSAR) have been developed and validat.d by different.met.ods. t.e 3D-QSAR model was evaluat.d for it. predict.ve performance on a diverse t.st.set.cont.ining 18 prost.t. cancer inhibit.rs. It.present. very int.rest.ng int.rnal and ext.rnal st.t.st.cal validat.on paramet.rs (SD = 0.081;R2 = 0.903;Q2 = 0.869;;F = 247.2). t.is result.suggest. t.at.t.e 3D-QSAR combinat.rial model can be used t. search for new 3VHE inhibit.rs and predict.t.eir pot.nt.al act.vit.. Based on t.e combinat.rial pharmacophore model, a virt.al screening of t.e Enamine dat.base was performed. 7-(2-et.ylt.ophenyl) t.eophylline was used as copper corrosion inhibit.r in 1M HNO3 solut.on. t.e st.dy was performed using mass loss, scanning elect.on microscopy (SEM) and Densit. Funct.onal t.eory (DFt. met.ods. t.e result. show t.at.t.e inhibit.on efficiency increases up t. 91.29% wit. increase of t.e inhibit.r concent.at.on (from 0.05 t. 5 mM) but.decreases wit. raising t.mperat.re of t.e solut.on. Copper dissolut.on was found t. be t.mperat.re and 7-(2-et.ylt.ophenyl) t.eophylline concent.at.on dependent. t.e t.ermodynamic funct.ons relat.d t. t.e adsorpt.on of t.e molecule on t.e copper surface and t.at.of t.e met.l dissolut.on were det.rmined. t.e result. point.out.a spont.neous adsorpt.on and an endot.ermic dissolut.on processes. Adsorpt.on models including Langmuir, El-Awady and Flory-Huggins isot.erms were examined. t.e result. also suggest.spont.neous and predominant.physical adsorpt.on of 7-(2-et.ylt.ophenyl) t.eophylline on t.e met.l surface which obeys Langmuir isot.erm model. Furt.er invest.gat.on on t.e morphology using scanning elect.on microscopy (SEM) has confirmed t.e exist.nce of a prot.ct.ve film of inhibit.r molecules on copper surface. Furt.ermore, t.e global and local react.vit. paramet.rs of t.e st.died molecule were analyzed. Experiment.l and t.eoret.cal result. were found t. be in good agreement.
