A hybrid Cellular Automaton(CA)-Parabolic Thick Needle(PTN)model is developed for the simulation of an equiaxed dendritic *** is implemented by solving conservation equations with the Finite Element(FE)method at two *** the scale of the microstructure,dendritic branches are approximated by a network of *** solute field is computed in the liquid using a FE mesh with minimum size smaller than the diffusion length ahead of the dendrite tips,giving access to a detailed description of each dendrite tip growth velocity as well as solutal interactions between *** the simulation domain scale,volume averaged heat and solute transfers are solved on a coarser FE *** average volumetric fraction of phases is deduced from a field giving the fraction of dendritic microstructure together with a microsegregation *** the PTN themselves grow on CA cells,the dendrite tip growth velocity is transferred to the vertices of the polygon associated to the CA growth ***,the field giving the fraction of dendritic microstructure is deduced from the fraction of CA cells part of the mushy zone,which include cells containing PTN *** of the new multiple scale CAPTN model include solutal interaction between dendrite branches together with long range transfer of heat and solute mass,together with the role of latent heat release on equiaxed solidification.

Embedding mesenchymal stromal cells(MSCs)in biomaterial is a subject of increasing interest in the field of Regenerative *** up the clinical use of MSCs is dependent on the use of non-syngeneic models in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices(GMP)requirements and on *** this end,in this study,we analyzed the in vivo host immune response following local injection of silanized hydroxypropyl methylcellulose(Si-HPMC)-embedded human MSCs in a rat model developing colorectal damage induced by ionizing *** and lymphocytes from mesenteric lymph nodes were harvested in addition to colonic *** set up tests,using flow cytometry and a live imaging system,to highlight the response to specific antibodies and measure the cytotoxicity of lymphocytes against injected *** demonstrated that Si-HPMC protects MSCs from specific antibodies production and from apoptosis by *** also observed that Si-HPMC does not modify innate immune response infiltrate in vivo,and that in vitro co-culture of Si-HPMC-embedded MSCs impacts macrophage inflammatory response depending on the microenvironment but,more importantly,increases the macrophage regenerative response through Wnt-family and VEGF gene *** study furthers our understanding of the mechanisms involved,with a view to improving the therapeutic benefits of biomaterial-assisted cell therapy by modulating the host immune *** decrease in specific immune response against injected MSCs protected by Si-HPMC also opens up new possibilities for allogeneic clinical use.

This paper＇s objective is to examine the relationship between public and private sectors through the mechanisms of public intervention in the market. With the financial and economic crisis of 2008, there has been a coordination of states （G20） for the implementation of affirmative action in order to support the international financial system. Our hypothesis is that resource dependence is the basis of all interactions between the public and private sectors. The fact that the public sector bails out private sector activity shows that it is beneficial to citizens through employment and taxes repaid by the company and all this contributes to social stability. Here we develop an argument in two phases. The first is to revisit the question of the relationship between the state and the market. The second part develops the hypothesis by focusing on the interdependence of resources. The theory of resource dependence often applied to international relations and inter-organizational business has allowed us to highlight the correlation between public and private sectors

The Bétaré-Oya Gold District is one of the three gold districts in East Cameroon with varied types of mining. The study site is an open-cast mine located in an alluvial plain. The strata succession globally consists of two positive sequences represented by three facies associations and seven lithofacies: massive clast-supported(Gcm), massive trough-cross bedded(Gtm), and massive matrix-supported(Gmm)conglomerates; massive sands(Sm); and massive(Fm), heterolothic(Fhl), and convolute and heterolithic(Fhlc) clays. The facies analysis indicates deposition after a recent tectonic event creating a depression,followed by a rapid deposition of varied facies and energies of sedimentation with fluvial and gravity inputs. The deposits come from proximal to distal sources but more proximal. The identified heavy mineral or accompanying minerals reveal a plutonic source(tourmaline sometimes folded), a volcanic source(olivine or clino-pyroxene with cracks), and a metamorphic source(sillimanite, andalusite, and staurolite). In the pan concentrates of placer with high silver(Ag) concentration(100 ppm) are also associated with relative abundance of lead(Pb)(17.8 ppm), zinc(Zn)(27 ppm), and low levels of copper(Cu)(3.1 ppm). The concentration and distribution of some element ratios, such as thorium/scandium(Th/Sc), chromium/thorium(Cr/Th), and europium anomaly(Eu/Eu*), rare earth elements(REEs) and aluminum oxide/titanium dioxide(Al2O3/TiO2) vs. silicon dioxide(SiO2) plots for the studied sediment indicate heterogeneous sources of rocks with dominance of felsic sources. The discriminant diagram reveals a recycled or sedimentary provenance of the deposited sediments. The tectonic setting plot indicates a collision tectonic setting which is consistent with the Precambrian history of the study area which belongs to the Pan-African North-Equatorial fold Belt. This article chronicles a failed research *** designed and carried out a psychological intervention aimed at increasing esogastric and lung cancer patients’emotional competencies after *** present the final protocol of the study,a randomized controlled trial in a public hospital,and describe the difficulties encountered and our subsequent reflections,to provide researchers and clinicians with advice for the implementation of such ***,the role of psychology,emotions,and emotional competencies,is still underacknowledged in cancer *** efforts must be made to convince both physicians and patients of the importance of those *** and consequently,even distressed patients sure to benefit from such an intervention,do not take it *** particular,male patients often declined the intervention due to gender stereotypes,and as such creativity is needed to present such interventions in a motivating way for ***,and most importantly,even if there is a good rationale for a psychological intervention and all favorable conditions are present,it is essential to first conduct a feasibility/pilot ***,even the most thorough preparation is no guarantee of anticipating all issues due to important gaps between theory and practice.

In this paper, we study the likelihood of chaos appearance during domain wall motion induced by electronic transfer. Considering a time-varying current density theory, we proceed to a numerical investigation of the dynamics. Using the dissipation parameter, amplitude and frequency of current density as control parameters;we show how periodic regime as well as chaotic regime can be exhibited in nanomagnetic systems. Numerical results allow setting up the periodicity and quasi-periodicity of system and chaotic phenomena occurring during magnetization switching process in nanomagnet through electronic transfer.

A number of statistical tests are proposed for the purpose of change-point detection in a general nonparametric regression model under mild conditions. New proofs are given to prove the weak convergence of the underlying processes which assume remove the stringent condition of bounded total variation of the regression function and need only second moments. Since many quantities, such as the regression function, the distribution of the covariates and the distribution of the errors, are unspecified, the results are not distribution-free. A weighted bootstrap approach is proposed to approximate the limiting distributions. Results of a simulation study for this paper show good performance for moderate samples sizes.
