Background: Complications linked to postpartum & pregnancy are one of the major causes of female death. In order to understand the causes of complications and encourage women to take sufficient action in order to receive emergency treatment, a critical step should therefore be taken to minimize complications related to pregnancy, in order to ensure the safety of both women and newborns. Aim of the work: Evaluate the effectiveness of the education programs for pregnant women on obstetric danger signs in rural areas and help minimize the incidence of pregnancy loss and comorbidities. Methods: A quasi-experimental design on 70 women from a population of through 372 women in six-month in antenatal clinics recruited from the previously mentioned settings with pre- and post-test was conducted at antenatal clinics (M.C.H centers) affiliated to the available geographical health zones in EL-fayoum rural area including: Al-sheikh hassan at sanorse. Some new 2-thioxo thiazole, 2-thioxo 1,3,4- thiadiazole and 3-thioxo-1,3,4-triazole derivatives （3-17） have been synthesized through ring closure reactions ofdithioic formic acid hydrazones 2 with functional reagents in different medium. Former structures of the products have been established by the help of elemental and spectral analysis. Most of the obtained targets showed a moderate activity towards some microbes in comparison with two antibiotics Pipercillin and Mycostatine.

Some more new sulfur compounds bearing heterocyclic systems mainly 2-thioxo-1,3,4-thiadiazinone derivatives 2-7 and 3-thioxo-1,2,4-triazole derivatives 9 have been synthetic via alkylation, acylation and condensation of dithioic formic acid hydrazide 1 through ring closure reactions with α,β-bi functional groups compounds. Most of the obtained target showed a highly activity towards some microbial in compare with two references antibiotics, Pipercillin and Mycostatine. The structures of the products have been established from their elemental and spectral analysis.

Some new fluorinated 3-N-acyl/3-N-alkylaminophenyl-1,2,4-triazino[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazolones (2-12) have been obtained from treatment of 2-(4'-fluorophenyl)-6-(2'-amino-5'-fluorophenyl)-1,2,4-triazino[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazol-4-one(1) with active functional oxygen, sulfur and halogen compounds in different conditions. Former structures of the products have been characterized from elemental and spectral data (UV, IR, NMR and Mass). The new products were evaluated as potential anthelmintic drugs.

Novel 4-thiazolidione and 1,4-bis-thiazolidinone derivatives bearing antipyrine moiety have been obtained from condensation of 4-aminoantipyrine 1 with aromatic/heteroaldehydes followed by cycloaddition with mercaptoacetic acid in nonpolar solvents. Structure of the products has been deduced upon their elemental analysis and spectral measurements. Most of the targets evaluated as enzymatic effect towards some bacteria (E. coli) in compare with Xanthine oxidase (from buttermilk) where the role of compounds is an inhibition of purine metabolism enzymes caused by E. coli.
