Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is attracting attention as a next-generation cancer treatment that can selectively destroy malignant tissues,exhibit fewer side effects,and lack pain during *** PDT systems have recently been developed to resolve the issues of bulky and expensive conventional PDT systems and to implement continuous and repetitive *** implantable PDT systems,however,are not able to perform multiple functions simultaneously,such as modulating light intensity,measuring,and transmitting tumor-related data,resulting in the complexity of cancer ***,we introduce a flexible and fully implantable wireless optoelectronic system capable of continuous and effective cancer treatment by fusing PDT and hyperthermia and enabling tumor size monitoring in *** system exploits micro inorganic light-emitting diodes(μ-LED)that emit light with a wavelength of 624 nm,designed not to affect surrounding normal tissues by utilizing a fully programmable light intensity ofμ-LED and precisely monitoring the tumor size by Si phototransistor during a long-term implantation(2–3 weeks).The superiority of simultaneous cancer treatment and tumor size monitoring capabilities of our system operated by wireless power and data transmissions with a cell phone was confirmed through in vitro experiments,ray-tracing simulation results,and a tumor xenograft mouse model in *** all-in-one single system for cancer treatment offers opportunities to not only enable effective treatment of tumors located deep in the tissue but also enable precise and continuous monitoring of tumor size in real-time.

本期选登的国际公共艺术案例大多为人工构筑物和景观建造。首先,有几个案例都与城市公园相关,体现出不同地域的历史、人文、经济等因素:《光电瀑布》是加拿大第一个具有紫外线雨水处理设施的公园的中心标志;《安阳公共艺术项目》则是将整个城市变成艺术公园的计划,旨在更广阔的语境下扩展公共艺术的概念。其次,坐落在新加坡国家博物馆附近的现代雕塑作品《树》不仅重新诠释神话故事,也被用作人们聚集的场所;《战争与和平及两者之间》采用两尊为人熟知的公共雕塑,赋予观众与地点、地位的标志性符号之间的一种全新关系;《手岛美术馆》和《酒店》则是建筑和雕塑的共同体,两件作品都是没有实用价值的虚构建筑,既传达材料和地点的特定属性,也探索人造环境和人的情感及社会影响的相互关系。《波形》是一幢与大自然为一体的"自由之屋";《通道》则是包括景观设计在内的多方位合作的公共艺术项目。纵观上述案例,虽然与传统意义的雕塑或景观设计有着某种形态上的关联,但其不仅已成为大众交流思想和沟通情感的公共领域,更从作为环境艺术的公共艺术向作为当代艺术的公共艺术转化,极大地拓展了造型艺术的内涵与外延。

囊膜病毒可能采用相似的病毒宿主细胞膜融合机制 ,即病毒表面糖蛋白结合到宿主细胞受体后 ,启动了病毒融合蛋白的一系列构象变化 ,根据囊膜蛋白构象变化特征 ,囊膜病毒可采用两种以上的方式发生膜融合 ,并据此分为两类 :Ⅰ型病毒膜融合和Ⅱ型病毒膜融合 .Ⅱ型病毒膜融合以黄病毒为代表 ,其分子机制与Ⅰ型病毒膜融合不同 ,但不很清楚 .而Ⅰ型病毒膜融合中 ,如艾滋病毒 ,流感病毒等 ,在囊膜蛋白变构形成稳定折叠的发夹三聚体结构时 ,拉近了两膜之间的距离 ,此过程释放出来的能量进一步促使两膜融合 .膜融合使病毒蛋白及病毒RNA基因组释放到宿主细胞内而感染宿主 .以上述研究为基础设计的C肽 /N肽小分子抑制子 ,可以在病毒糖蛋白中间体构象形成的短时间内 ,高效、特异地竞争结合其配体 ,从而阻止糖蛋白的进一步折叠 ,达到抑制病毒入侵的目的 ,为病毒疾病的防治提供了新思路和策略 .针对艾滋病毒设计的C肽 ,即T2 0或Enfuvirtide在临床应用效果很好 .以艾滋病毒和流感病毒为例。

Aerial imagery is regularly used by crop researchers,growers and farmers to monitor crops during the growing *** extract meaningful information from large-scale aerial images collected from the field,high-throughput phenotypic analysis solutions are required,which not only produce high-quality measures of key crop traits,but also support professionals to make prompt and reliable crop management ***,we report AirSurf,an automated and open-source analytic platform that combines modern computer vision,up-to-date machine learning,and modular software engineering in order to measure yield-related phenotypes from ultra-large aerial *** quantify millions of in-field lettuces acquired by fixed-wing light aircrafts equipped with normalised difference vegetation index(NDVI)sensors,we customised AirSurf by combining computer vision algorithms and a deep-learning classifier trained with over 100,000 labelled lettuce *** tailored platform,AirSurf-Lettuce,is capable of scoring and categorising iceberg lettuces with high accuracy(>98%).Furthermore,novel analysis functions have been developed to map lettuce size distribution across the field,based on which associated global positioning system(GPS)tagged harvest regions have been identified to enable growers and farmers to conduct precision agricultural practises in order to improve the actual yield as well as crop marketability before the harvest.

This paper discusses the influence of national corporate governance systems and their players on the multidimensional levers of global *** highlight the opportunities and constraints that different national systems display when firms seek to *** arguments shed some light on different country patterns of globalization and propose some explanations on,for example,why American and British firms are generally more global than French or German firms. Intercalation transition metal oxides (ITMO)have attracted great attention as lithium-ion battery negative electrodes due to high operation safety,high capacity and rapid ion ***,the intrinsic low electron conductivity plagues the lifetime and cell performance of the ITMO negative *** we design a new carbon-emcoating architecture through single CO_(2)activation treatment as demonstrated by the Nb_(2)O_(5)/C *** structure engineering of the carbon-emcoating Nb_(2)O_(5)/C nanohybrid is achieved in terms of porosity,composition,and crystallographic *** carbon-embedding Nb_(2)O_(5)/C nanohybrids show superior cycling and rate performance compared with the conventional carbon coating,with reversible capacity of 387 m A h g(-1)at 0.2 C and 92%of capacity retained after 500cycles at 1 *** electrochemical mass spectrometry(DEMS) indicates that the carbon emcoated Nb_(2)O_(5)nanohybrids present less gas evolution than commercial lithium titanate oxide during *** unique carbon-emcoating technique can be universally applied to other ITMO negative electrodes to achieve high electrochemical performance.
