We report a novel Mn-Co-Ni-O(MCN)nanocomposite in which the p-type semiconductivity of Mn-Co-Ni-O can be manipulated by addition of *** an increase of graphene content,the semiconductivity of the nanocomposite can be tuned from p-type through electrically neutral to *** very low effective mass of electrons in graphene facilitates electron tunneling into the MCN,neutralizing holes in the MCN *** analysis shows that the multivalent manganese ions in the MCN nanoparticles are chemically reduced by the graphene electrons to lower-valent *** traditional semiconductor devices,electrons are excited from the filled graphite band into the empty band at the Dirac points from where they move freely in the graphene and tunnel into the *** new composite film demonstrates inherent flexibility,high mobility,short carrier lifetime,and high carrier *** work is useful not only in manufacturing flexible transistors,FeTs,and thermosensitive and thermoelectric devices with unique properties but also in providing a new method for future development of 2D-based semiconductors.

背景丙泊酚用于患者自控镇静（patient-controlled sedation，PCS）可解决中度镇静治疗窗窄的问题，但之前的研究存在方法学的不足。本研究中，我们使用瑞芬太尼＋丙泊酚经PCS给予，我们发现与芬太尼＋咪达唑仑相比，瑞芬太尼＋丙泊酚更方便使用。方法将50例择期结肠镜检的患者随机（使用盲法）分为咪达唑仑＋芬太尼组（MF组）或丙泊酚＋瑞芬太尼组（PR组），药物均经PCS给予。研究中评估项目有：镇静起效时间、恢复时间、患者满意度、护士满意度、镜检医师满意度、是否需要麻醉医师干预。结果与MF组相比，PR组患者进入镇静状态与恢复明显较快（P〈0．0001）。在PR组中，恢复时间短于操作时间。两组间患者满意度、护士满意度、镜检医师满意度相同。PR组中，有2例患者因为动脉氧饱和度低于设置的安全终点而需要麻醉医师干预。结论在适当的监护条件下，丙泊酚＋瑞芬太尼用于PCS比咪达唑仑＋芬太尼更有优势。

Although genome-wide association studies have identified more than eighty genetic variants associated with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)risk,biological mechanisms of these variants remain largely *** integrating a large-scale genotype data of 15581 lung adenocarcinoma(AD)cases,8350 squamous cell carcinoma(SqCC)cases,and 27355 controls,as well as multiple transcriptome and epigenomic databases,we conducted histology-specific meta-analyses and functional annotations of both reported and novel susceptibility *** identified 3064 credible risk variants for NSCLC,which were overrepresented in enhancer-like and promoter-like histone modification peaks as well as DNase I hypersensitive *** factor enrichment analysis revealed that USF1 was AD-specific while CReB1 was *** annotation and genebased analysis implicated 894 target genes,including 274 specifics for AD and 123 for SqCC,which were overrepresented in somatic driver genes(eR=1.95,P=0.005).Pathway enrichment analysis and Gene-Set enrichment Analysis revealed that AD genes were primarily involved in immune-related pathways,while SqCC genes were homologous recombination deficiency *** results illustrate the molecular basis of both wellstudied and new susceptibility loci of NSCLC,providing not only novel insights into the genetic heterogeneity between AD and SqCC but also a set of plausible gene targets for post-GWAS functional experiments.
