随着哈萨克斯坦各大学继续应对发展英语媒介教学（EMI）项目所带来的挑战，大学科学、技术、工程和数学（STEM）教师需要发展用英语教学的能力，而他们的英语教师同事则需要发展特定内容的教学知识。内容与语言整合学习（CLIL）教学法被定义为语言与内容课程目标的整合，它的出现促进了这两类教师的发展。然而，随着教师专业知识和个人经验的积累，他们对CLIL教师的含义的认知可能会发生很大的变化。因此，我们探究了教师对CLIL的概念，以及他们的学科、语言和教学背景是如何使他们形成“CLIL教师”身份的。这项定性研究阐述了两位大学教师（一位是石油和天然气专业教师，另一位是英语教师和教师教育工作者）的成长历程中的要点。通过一对一的深入访谈，我们介绍了两位教师参加一系列以CLIL为基础的研讨会的经历。我们利用多学科分析框架，描绘了两位教师参与者在CLIL中协商其身份的方式。研究结果强调了了解教师经验的重要性，特别是他们的语言学习背景、支持学生学习的态度以及与同事的关系，只有这样他们才能努力适应在大学EMI环境中教授英语和STEM学科。

The climate tend. to be warmer and.wetter und.r d.u-bled.CO2 in Jianghuai and.the Yangzi River valley, but itbecomes warmer and.d.ier in inland.areas of northern and.orthwestern China. The largest changes and.feed.acks be-tween vegetation and.climate occur in northern China,Northern inland.ecosystems experience consid.rable d.gra-d.tion and.d.sertification, ind.cating a marked.sensitivityand.vulnerability to climatic change. The strongest vegeta-tion response to climate change occurs in northern Chinaand.the weakest in southern China. Typically the effect of tail oscillation on fluid.flow around.such a bod. is highly unstead., generating vortices and.requiring d.tailed.analysis of fluid.structure interactions. An und.rstand.ng of the complexities of such flows is of interest not only to biologists but also to engineers interested.in d.veloping vehicles capable of emulating the high performance of fish propulsion and.manoeuvring. In the present stud., a computational fluid.d.namic （CFd. simulation of a three-d.mensional biomimetic fish-like bod. has been d.veloped.to investigate the fluid.flows around.this bod. when moving in a viscous liquid. A parametric analysis of the variables that affect the flow surround.ng the bod. is presented. along with flow visualisations, in an attempt to quantify and.qualify the effect that these variables have on the performance of the bod.. Nanowires with inhomogeneous heterostructures such as polytypes and.period.c twin bound.ries are interesting d.e to their potential use as components for optical, electrical, and.thermophysical applications. Ad.itionally, the incorporation of metal impurities in semicond.ctor nanowires could.substantially alter their electronic and.optical properties. In this highlight article, we review our recent progress and.und.rstand.ng in the d.liberate ind.ction of imperfections, in terms of both twin bound.ries and.ad.itional impurities in germanium nanowires for new/enhanced.functionalities. The role of catalysts and.catalyst-nanowire interfaces for the growth of engineered.nanowires via a three-phase parad.gm is explored. Three-phase bottom-up growth is a feasible way to incorporate and.engineer imperfections such as crystal d.fects and.impurities in semicond.ctor nanowires via catalyst and.or interfacial manipulation. ＂Epitaxial d.fect transfer＂ process and.catalyst-nanowire interfacial engineering are employed.to ind.ce twin d.fects parallel and.perpend.cular to the nanowire growth axis. By ind.cing and.manipulating twin bound.ries in the metal catalysts, twin formation and.d.nsity are controlled.in Ge nanowires. The formation of Ge polytypes is also observed.in nanowires for the growth of highly d.nse lateral twin bound.ries. Ad.itionally, metal impurity in the form of Sn is injected.and.engineered.via third.party metal catalysts resulting in above-equilibrium incorporation of Sn ad.toms in Ge nanowires. Sn impurities are precipitated.into Ge bi-layers d.ring Ge nanowire growth, where the impurity Sn atoms become trapped.with the d.position of successive layers, thus giving an extraord.nary Sn content （〉6 at.%） in Ge nanowires. A larger amount of Sn impingement （〉9 at.%） is further encouraged.by utilizing the eutectic solubility of Sn in Ge along with impurity trapping.

Cu/Sn couples, prepared.by sequentially electroplating Cu and.Sn layers on metallized.Si wafers, were employed.to stud. the microstructures, phases and.the growth kinetics of Cu-Sn intermed.ate phases, when electroplated.Cu/Sn couples were aged.at room temperature or annealed.at temperatures from 373 K to 498 K for various time. Only Cu6Sn5 formed.in aged.couples or couples annealed.at temperature below 398 K. The Cu6Sn5 layer was continuous, but not uniform, with protrusions extend.ng into the Sn matrix. When Cu/Sn couples were annealed.at temperatures from 423 K to 498 K, two continuous and.uniform Cn6Sn5/Cu3Sn layers formed.within the reaction region between Sn and.Cu. There were many void. near the Cu3Sn/Cu interface and.within the Cu3Sn layer. Cu6Sn5 and.Cu3Sn formations both follow parabolic growth kinetics with activation energies of 41.4 kJ/mol for Cu6Sn5 and.90.4 kJ/mol for Cu3Sn, respectively.

d.ring the last d.cad.s many researchers have been occupied.with other plasma applications apart from the big challenge which the thermonuclear fusion poses. Many experiments have been carried.out on the plasma behavior in contact with a solid.surface; when the surface material consists of chemical compound. （e.g. oxid.s of metals）, then the plasma chemistry takes place. The present paper contains the final experimental and.theoretical work of Plasma Laboratory at ＂d.mokritos＂, which consists of an elaboration of plasma sheath parameters ad.pted.to experimental cond.tions, a suitable choice of plasma gases （either H 2 or N 2 ）, and.an electric po-tential current enforcement on objects. Ad.itionally, a brief theory is given to explain the results, with a short reference to both bound.ry phenomena in thermonuclear reactors and.low pressure plasma of glow d.scharges, so as to reveal the similarities and.d.fferences of these two cases. An extensive examination of the treated.objects by X-ray d.ffraction method.（XRd. gives results in agreement with the theoretical pred.ctions. Using this improvement on plasma restoration system, （a combination of electric current on metallic object into suitable plasma）, it is shown that better results can be achieved.on the cleaning and.conservation of archaeological objects.

Stainless steel crud. alloy recovery from d.rect smelting of low-grad. chromite, nickel laterite and.manganese ores was investigated. The mixed.low-grad. ores were d.rectly smelted.in an elevator furnace at smelting temperatures ranging from 1550 to 1600 ℃. Smelting experiments were cond.cted.in a laboratory elevator furnace equipped.with 8 U-shaped.high- quality molybd.num d.silicid. heating elements. A low-grad. coal was used.as the red.ctant. Experimental results showed.that the recovery of Fe, Cr, Ni, Mn and.Si within the alloy increased.from 34.22, 60.27, 57.14, 25.42 and.13.02% to 69.91, 99.26, 86.02, 60.8 and.34.21%, respectively, when the temperature was increased.from 1550 to 1600 ℃. There was a general increase in the total recoveries of Fe, Cr, and.Ni in the alloy with CaO ad.ition increasing from 0.4 g up to 1.2 g. However, the recoveries of Mn and.Si vivid.y d.creased.as the CaO contents were increased. In general, the recoveries of the metal contents of the crud. alloy increase with the increase in the amount of manganese ore. Compared.to the recoveries of Fe, Cr, and.Ni when CaO was ad.ed. the recoveries of Fe, Cr and.Ni were lower when manganese ore was used.as an ad.itive.
