裂缝是公路路面运行中常见病害现象之一,对道路交通通行效率和行车安全具有重要影响,做好裂缝养护处理,是公路管理部门日常养护工作的重要内容。路面灌缝技术在实际应用中具有施工便利、成本低、处理效果好等特征,能够有效改善道路运行情况。文章在简要概述公路路面裂缝现象主要类型基础上,说明技术应用准备和工艺流程,明确技术应用质量控制措施,以此为实际应用提供参考,为提升公路养护工作成效起到应有促进作用。

目的探讨采用3D打印辅助下采用自体肋骨肋软骨交界段移植重建创伤性手指关节缺损的短期疗效。方法2022年8月-2023年7月,中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八八医院骨科对7例开放性手指关节缺损的患者,急诊一期清创骨折固定,骨缺损较多无法对位的患者给予抗生素骨水泥填充,二期行骨水泥取出,在3D打印辅助下肋骨肋软骨交界段移植重建手指关节缺损;按照3D打印出的1∶1手部模型,将肋骨肋软骨制作出关节外形,与关节及骨缺损部位拼接后固定。术后复查X线,并按照Paley骨折愈合评分标准判断肋骨与掌、指骨断端愈合情况;门诊随访,测量移植关节活动度,上肢功能根据中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定,并记录患指及供区视觉模拟评分法(VAS)标准评分。结果术后7例患者手部伤口均一期愈合,1例供区伤口出现脂肪液化,其余均一期愈合。1例因指伸肌腱损伤,肋骨肋软骨交界段移植术后再次行伸肌腱修复手术。7例患者术后获得6~11个月随访,平均9个月。Paley骨折愈合评分标准判断结果,7例患者骨折愈合均为优。末次随访手指关节活动度,近侧指骨间关节(4例)屈、伸活动度为40°~80°(平均56.2°),掌指关节(1例)背伸10°、屈曲85°,拇指指骨间关节(2例)活动度为20°~35°(平均27.5°)。手部功能参照中华医学会手外科学会上肢部分功能评定试用标准评定:优3例,良3例,可1例。结论本组针对一部分创伤性手指关节缺损的患者,采用肋骨肋软骨交界段切取制作成型,移植重建缺损部位关节,明显改善了创伤关节的外形及功能,尤其适用于合并指骨不规则缺损的患者。

Extending the potential window of aqueous supercapacitors (SCs) up to 2.0 V is still a great *** on their good dynamic structural reversibility and open framework structure,the coordination superamolecular networks (CSNs) exhibit rapid charge/discharge ability and excellent cycle *** a typical coordination superamolecular network (CSN),Prussian blue (denoted as CSN-PB),which self-assembled by the CN-ligand and iron ions is firstly in-situ grown on carbon cloth,followed by electro-deposition of MnO2 to form CSN-PB/MnO2 composite *** from synergistic effect of the constituent components,as well as the open framework structure of CSN-PB,this composite electrode reaches a high potential window of 1.4 V (***/AgCl) and delivers a good specific capacitance of 315.3 F·g^-1 in aqueous *** aqueous asymmetric device,constructed with CSN-PB/MnO2 composite as cathode and activated carbon as anode,can work in a stable potential window of 2.4 V,exhibits a high energy density of 46.13 Wh·kg^-1 and excellent cycling stability with 85.5% capacitance retention after 20,000 *** work provides a new concept of high dynamic structural reversibility from CSNs to increase the cell voltage of asymmetric SCs for further boosting energy density.

Based on the geochemical parameters and analytical data,the heat conservation equation,mass balance law,Rayleigh fractionation model and other methods were used to quantify the in-situ yield and external flux of crust-derived helium,and the initial He concentration and thermal driving mechanism of mantle-derived helium,in the Ledong Diapir area,the Yinggehai Basin,in order to understand the genetic source,migration and accumulation mechanisms of helium under deep thermal fluid *** average content of mantle-derived He is only 0.0014%,the 3 He/4 He value is(0.002–2.190)×10^(−6),and the R/Ra value ranges from 0.01 to 1.52,indicating the contribution of mantle-derived He is 0.09%–19.84%,while the proportion of crust-derived helium can reach over 80%.Quantitative analysis indicates that the crust-derived helium is dominated by external input,followed by in-situ production,in the Ledong diapir *** crust-derived helium exhibits an in-situ 4 He yield rate of(7.66–7.95)×10^(−13)cm^(3)/(a·g),an in-situ 4 He yield of(4.10–4.25)×10^(−4)cm^(3)/g,and an external 4 He influx of(5.84–9.06)×10^(−2)cm^(3)/*** results may be related to atmospheric recharge into formation fluid and deep rock-water *** ratio of initial mole volume of 3 He to enthalpy(W)is(0.004–0.018)×10−11 cm^(3)/J,and the heat contribution from the deep mantle(XM)accounts for 7.63%–36.18%,indicating that deep hot fluid activities drive the migration of mantle-derived 3 *** primary helium migration depends on advection,while the secondary migration is controlled by hydrothermal degassing and gas-liquid *** deep to shallow layers,the CO_(2)/3 He value rises from 1.34×10^(9)to 486×10^(9),indicating large amount of CO_(2)has *** the influence of deep thermal fluid,helium migration and accumulation mechanisms include:deep heat driven diffusion,advection release,vertical hydrothermal degassing,shallow lateral migration,accumulation in traps far from faults,partial pr

Blepharipoda liberate Shen is a commercially valuable seafood species that has important ecological signi?cance in Shandong Province, China. Although B. liberate is crustacean, its external characteristics are not entirely those of shrimps or crabs. The question of whether B. liberate is a shrimp or a crab has been debated in recent years. We studied the karyotype of B. liberate by light microscopy using air-drying and spreading methods. We obtained mitotic chromosomal plates from B. liberate larvae, and from adult B. liberate females subsequent to egg-laying. The results revealed that B. liberate has 53 pairs of chromosomes(i.e., n =53 and 2 n =106), a characteristic shared with four species of crab. The karyogram of B. liberate consists of 25 metacentric, 14 submetacentric, 11 subtelocentric and 3 telocentric pairs. We did not ?nd any heteromorphosis sex chromosomes. Tissue from larvae, gills and ovaries can be used for chromosomal investigations, and we found similar lampbrush chromosomes in ovary cells. Comparatively speaking, larvae tissue is more practical, and ovary tissue is more suitable for the preparation of lampbrush chromosomes. B. liberate is more closely related to crabs than to shrimps, based on the numbers of chromosomes. The B. liberate karyotype reported here provides a basis for further comparative cytogenetic studies of species populations.

为提高AlN涂层的稳定性和阻氚性能,提出“Ti-AlN”结构涂层。采用磁控溅射法在316L不锈钢基体表面制备了结构致密、总厚度约500 nm的Ti/AlN/Ti/AlN多层涂层。对该涂层样品进行不同的真空热处理后,采用SEM、XRD、AES等手段分析涂层样品在热处理前后的微观形貌和结构变化,并对涂层样品在200~600℃的阻氘性能进行测试和分析。结果表明,仅热处理温度为760℃时,Ti-AlN界面反应生成少量的Al_(3)Ti相。在所有涂层样品中,热处理温度为700℃、升温速率为1.5℃/min的涂层表现出最优的阻氘性能,其600℃的PRF(permeation reduction factor)高达536。当热处理温度升高至760℃或升温速率达到2.5℃/min时,表层AlN层的开裂程度更为严重,并导致涂层的阻氘性能显著降低。另外,所有涂层样品的PRF均随渗透温度的降低而急剧减小,表明氘气渗透过程中的温度变化会引起该多层涂层阻氘性能的失效。
