Iterative design of polymer fabric cathode for metal-ion batteries

Organic electrode materials(OEMs)have attracted significant attention for use in aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs)because of their abundant resources and flexible ***,the development of high-performance OEMs is strongly hindered by their high solubility,poor conductivity,sluggish ion diffusion kinetics,and difficult coordination toward Zn^(2+).Herein,inspired by fabric crafts,we have designed a robust polymer fabric through the iterative evolution of the building blocks from point to line and *** evolution from point to line could not only improve the structural stability and electrical conductivity but also adjust the active site arrangement to enable the storage of Zn^(2+).In addition to further boosting the aforementioned properties,the evolution from line to plane could also facilitate the construction of noninterference channels for ion ***,the poly(1,4,5,8-naphthalenete tracarboxylic dianhydride/2,3,5,6-tetraaminocyclohexa-2,5-diene-1,4-dione)(PNT)polymer fabric has the most enhanced structural stability,optimized active site arrangement,improved electrical conductivity,and suitable ion channels,resulting in a record-high capacity retention of 96%at a high mass loading of 56.9 mg cm-2and a stable cycle life of more than 20,000 cycles at 150 C(1 C=200 mA g^(-1))in *** addition,PNT exhibits universality for a wide range of ions in organic electrolyte systems,such as Li/Na/K-ion *** iterative design of polymer fabric cathode has laid the foundation for the development of advanced OEMs to promote the performance of metal-ion batteries.

Overexpression of CD47 is frequently observed in various types of human malignancies,inhibiting myeloidmediated elimination of tumor cells and affecting the prognosis of cancer *** mapping biomarker expression,immuno-positron emission tomography has been increasingly used for patient screening and response *** immunization alpacas with recombinant human CD47,we prepared a CD47-targeting nanobody C2 and developed[^(68)Ga]Ga-NOTA-C2,followed by an exploration of the diagnostic value in CD47-expressing tumor models including gastric-cancer patient-derived xenograft *** fusing C2 to an albumin binding domain(ABD),we synthesized ABDC2,which had increased in vivo half-life and improved targeting *** further labeled ABDC2 with^(68)Ga/^(89)Zr/177Lu to develop radionuclide theranostic pairs and evaluated the pharmacokinetics and theranostic efficacies of the agents in cell-and patient-derived *** C2 and ABDC2 specifically reacted with human CD47 with a high KD value of 23.50 and 84.57 pM,respectively.[^(68)Ga]Ga-NOTA-C2 was developed with high radiochemical purity(99>%,n=4)and visualized CD47 expression in the *** comparison to the rapid renal clearance and short half-life of[^(68)Ga]Ga-NOTA-C2,both[^(68)Ga]Ga-NOTA-ABDC2 and[^(89)Zr]Zr-DFOABDC2 showed prolonged circulation and increased tumor uptake,with the highest uptake of[^(89)Zr]Zr-DFO-ABDC2 occurring at 72 h ***,[177Lu]Lu-DOTA-ABDC2 radioimmunotherapy suppressed the tumor growth but was associated with toxicity,warranting further optimization of the treatment *** together,we reported a series of nanobody-derived CD47-targeted agents,of which[^(68)Ga]Ga-NOTA-C2 and[^(89)Zr]Zr-DFO-ABDC2 are readily *** and translation of CD47-targeted theranostic pair may provide new prospects for CD47-targeted management of solid tumors.

To solve the control problem of permanent magnet synchronous motor（PMSM） for servo system in the present of parameter uncertainties,we design an adaptive backstepping controller with dynamic surface method,the derivatives of virtual control variables can be approximated through a first-order filter,which can avoid the needs for repeated computing the derivatives of virtual control in backstepping design,meanwhile some nonlinear coupled terms are reserved instead of using directly nonlinear cancellation in feedback linearization,which can further simplify the resulted *** adaptation laws are designed through Lyapunov stability analysis with guaranteed uniformly ultimately bounded convergence for close-loop *** swarm optimization（PSO） algorithm is adopted to determine the optimal parameters for the controller by minimizing the objective ***,the simulation results are presented to prove the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed controller.

High-rate performance and super long-cycle stability of Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)cathode material coated by diatomic doped carbon

Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)is considered as one of the most promising cathodes for sodium ion batteries due to its excellent thermal stability,long cycle life and high energy ***,the inferior intrinsic electronic conductivity which brings about the poor rate capability and cycling performance hinders its commercial ***,the S-N co-doped carbon-coated Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)(NVP@SNC)has been synthesized to resolve the *** prepared NVP@SNC forms a hierarchical structure assembled with nanosheets,which is in favor of the electrolyte infiltration and shortening the Na^(+)transmission *** lattice defects can be induced in carbon layer by the co-doped elements(S-N),which reduce the Na^(+)diffusion energy barriers and provide adequate Na^(+)migration channels,thus jointly boosting the Na^(+)diffusion ***,the NVP@SNC cathode shows a high reversible capacity with outstanding rate performance and super long-cycle *** discharged at 2.0C,it delivers the capacity near to the theoretical value with a capacity retention of 88.7%after *** if the current is as high as 50.0C,a high capacity of 58.6 mAh·g^(-1)has been released,and41.4 mAh·g^(-1)has been remained after the super long cycling of 4000 *** study is expected to supply a new thought of developing high-performance cathodes by diatomic doping for sodium ion battery.

To improve the stabihty accuracy of stable platform of unmanned aerial vehicle（UAV）,a line-of-sight stabilized control system is developed by using an inertial and optical-mechanical（fast steering mirror） combined method in a closed loop with visual *** system is based on Peripheral Component Interconnect（PCI）,included an image-deviation-obtained system and a combined controller using a PQ *** method changes the series-wound structure to the shunt-wound structure of dual-input/single-output（DISO）,and decouples the actuator range and frequency of inertial stabilization and fast steering mirror *** results show the stability accuracy improves from 20μrad of inertial method to 5μrad of inertial and optical-mechanical combined method,and prove the effectiveness of the combined line-of-sight stabilization control system.

SI RT6 is an important histone modifying protein that regulates DNA repair,telomere maintenance,energy me-tabolism,and target gene *** SIRT6 has been identifi ed as a tumor suppressor and is down-regulated in certain cancer types,but not in other *** deposited gene profi ling studies we found that SIRT6 was overexpressed in prostate tumors,compared with normal or paratumor prostate *** micro-array studies confi rmed the higher levels of SIRT6 in both prostate tumor tissues and prostate cancer cells than in their normal *** of SIRT6 in human prostate cancer cells led to sub-G1 phase arrest of cell cy-cle,increased apoptosis,elevated DNA damage level and decrease in BCL2 gene ***,SIRT6-de-fi ciency reduced cell viability and enhanced chemothera-peutics *** together,this study provides the fi rst evidence of SIRT6 overexpression in human prostate cancer,and SIRT6 regulation could be exploited for pros-tate cancer therapy.

Thickness-modulated in-plane Bi2O2Se homojunctions for ultrafast high-performance photodetectors

Bi2O2Se thin film could be one of the promising material candidates for the next-generation electronic and optoelectronic applications. However, the performance of Bi2O2Se thin film-based device is not fully explored in the photodetecting area. Considering the fact that the electrical properties such as carrier mobility, work function, and energy band structure of Bi2O2Se are thickness-dependent, the in-plane Bi2O2Se homojunctions consisting of layers with different thicknesses are successfully synthesized by the chemical vapor deposition(CVD) method across the terraces on the mica substrates,where terraces are created in the mica surface layer peeling off process. In this way, effective internal electrical fields are built up along the Bi2O2Se homojunctions, exhibiting diode-like rectification behavior with an on/off ratio of 102, what is more, thus obtained photodetectors possess highly sensitive and ultrafast features, with a maximum photoresponsivity of 2.5 A/W and a lifetime of 4.8 μs. Comparing with the Bi2O2Se uniform thin films, the photo-electric conversion efficiency is greatly improved for the in-plane homojunctions.

Correcting Climate Model Sea Surface Temperature Simulations with Generative Adversarial Networks:Climatology,Interannual Variability,and Extremes

Climate models are vital for understanding and projecting global climate change and its associated ***,these models suffer from biases that limit their accuracy in historical simulations and the trustworthiness of future *** these challenges requires addressing internal variability,hindering the direct alignment between model simulations and observations,and thwarting conventional supervised learning ***,we employ an unsupervised Cycle-consistent Generative Adversarial Network(CycleGAN),to correct daily Sea Surface Temperature(SST)simulations from the Community Earth System Model 2(CESM2).Our results reveal that the CycleGAN not only corrects climatological biases but also improves the simulation of major dynamic modes including the El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)and the Indian Ocean Dipole mode,as well as SST ***,it substantially corrects climatological SST biases,decreasing the globally averaged Root-Mean-Square Error(RMSE)by 58%.Intriguingly,the CycleGAN effectively addresses the well-known excessive westward bias in ENSO SST anomalies,a common issue in climate models that traditional methods,like quantile mapping,struggle to ***,it substantially improves the simulation of SST extremes,raising the pattern correlation coefficient(PCC)from 0.56 to 0.88 and lowering the RMSE from 0.5 to *** enhancement is attributed to better representations of interannual,intraseasonal,and synoptic scales *** study offers a novel approach to correct global SST simulations and underscores its effectiveness across different time scales and primary dynamical modes.

Prediction of soot–water partition coefficients for selected persistent organic pollutants from theoretical molecular descriptors

Quantitative structure–property relationship (QSPR) models were developed for soot–water partition coefficient (KSC) values of selected persistent organic pollutants (POPs), i.e. 10 polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans, nine polychlorinated biphe- nyls, four polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and two polybrominated diphenyl ethers, using partial least squares (PLS) regression. Quan- tum chemical descriptors computed by parameterized model revision 3 Hamiltonian method were used as predictor variables. The cross- validated Q2cum value for the optimal QSPR model is 0.844, indicating a good predictive capability for the logKSC values of these chem- icals. The QSPR results showed that average molecular polarizability (a), standard heat of formation (DHf) and energy of the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (ELUMO) have dominant effects on KSC of POPs. The results suggested that logKSC values of POPs increase with the increase of a. Contrarily, logKSC values decrease with the increase of ELUMO and DHf of POPs.

Synergy between metallic components of MoNi alloy for catalyzing highly efficient hydrogen storage of MgH2

Catalysts play a critical role in improving the hydrogen storage kinetics in Mg/MgH2 *** highly efficient catalysts and catalyst design principles are hot topics but *** catalytic activity of metallic elements on dehydrogenation kinetics generally follows a sequence of Ti>Nb>Ni>V>Co>***,we report a highly efficient alloy catalyst composed of low-active elements of Mo and Ni(*** alloy)for MgH2 *** alloy nanoparticles show excellent catalytic effect,even outperforming most advanced Ti-based *** synergy between Mo and Ni elements can promote the break of Mg-H bonds and the dissociation of hydrogen molecules,thus significantly improves the kinetics of Mg/MgH2 *** MoNi-catalyzed Mg/MgH2 system can absorb and release 6.7 wt.%hydrogen within 60 s and 10 min at 300℃,respectively,and exhibits excellent cycling stability and low-temperature hydrogen storage *** study provides a strategy for designing efficient catalysts for hydrogen storage materials using the synergy of metal elements.
