背景:近年来大量的研究发现长链非编码RNA参与骨质疏松症的发生和发展。p38MAPK信号通路参与骨髓间充质干细胞、成骨细胞以及破骨细胞的分化等过程而参与骨质疏松症的发展,而长链非编码RNA可通过影响p38MAPK信号通路,直接或间接参与骨质疏松症的发生及发展过程。目的:综述长链非编码RNA通过p38MAPK信号通路,直接或间接影响骨质疏松症的进展,为长链非编码RNA在骨质疏松症中预防和治疗提供一个新思路。方法:检索PubMed、中国知网和万方数据库的相关文献,以“长链非编码RNA,骨质疏松,间充质干细胞,成骨细胞,破骨细胞,p38信号通路”为中文检索词,以“long non-coding RNA,osteoporosis,mesenchymal stem cells,osteoblasts,osteoclast,p38 signaling pathway”为英文检索词,排除陈旧、重复以及可信度低的观点,将检索到的文献进行归纳、总结和分析,选取76篇具有代表性的文章。结果与结论:(1)长链非编码RNA通过多种途径参与骨质疏松症的防治,包括促进骨髓间充质干细胞的成骨分化、促进成骨细胞分化和成骨细胞分泌活性、抑制破骨细胞增殖和对骨的吸收作用,以及调节成骨相关细胞通路的激活或抑制,激活p38MAPK信号通路延缓骨质疏松症进展,抑制该信号通路抑制破骨细胞的吸收作用,从而影响骨质疏松的发生和发展。(2)相应长链非编码RNA的过表达或低表达会通过p38MAPK信号通路来影响成骨细胞和破骨细胞的增殖或分化,调节骨重塑过程,进而影响骨质疏松症的发生和发展。大量的基础研究结果显示,长链非编码RNA和p38MAPK信号通路或许可以成为骨质疏松症治疗中的潜在应用和临床转化价值;且相应的长链非编码RNA过表达或低表达慢病毒、转染质粒,相应的p38MAPK信号通路抑制剂等在体外细胞实验及动物模型中都被证实有靶向调控作用。(3)因此,通过靶向调控长链非编码RNA和p38MAPK信号通路来调节骨髓间充质干细胞的分化和功能,或通过长链非编码RNA和p38MAPK信号通路来抑制破骨细胞的增殖分化,或许能提供一种创新的治疗策略,可以延缓骨质疏松症的进展。

[目的]定量了解内蒙古典型黑土区土壤侵蚀速率,探究该区域土壤侵蚀空间分布特征,阐明土壤侵蚀坡面和区域空间分布规律,以期为区域水土流失治理提供参考。[方法]采集内蒙古农牧交错区(海拉尔区、额尔古纳市和牙克石市)典型黑土坡耕地的土壤样品,利用137 Cs示踪技术计算各采样点土壤侵蚀速率,结合小波分析的方法研究土壤侵蚀在坡面的分布特征。[结果](1)3个坡面所有采样点137 Cs含量均小于背景值(1984.24 Bq/m^(2)),表现为所有坡面土壤流失。(2)3个地区的采样坡面平均侵蚀速率表现为:海拉尔〔6533.37 t/(km^(2)·a)〕>额尔古纳〔4174.35 t/(km^(2)·a)〕>牙克石〔2765.87 t/(km^(2)·a)〕。相同坡面的3个纵向断面的平均侵蚀速率相近,同一断面侵蚀速率的变异程度较高。(3)土壤侵蚀速率沿坡长呈强弱交替的周期性变化,但周期长度并不固定。大部分纵向断面存在周期长度为80~160 m和160~200 m的大小两个周期。部分纵向断面只存在一个周期长度为100~120 m的周期。[结论]该地区土壤侵蚀在坡面尺度表现为全坡面侵蚀且在纵向呈现周期性特征,在区域尺度呈现从东到西逐渐增加趋势。

Reaction flywheel is a significant actuator for satellites＇ attitude control. To improve output torque and rotational speed accuracy for reaction flywheel, this paper reviews the modeling and control approaches of DC-DC converters and presents an application of the variable structure system theory with associated sliding regimes. Firstly, the topology of reaction flywheel is constructed. The small signal linearization process for a buck converter is illustrated. Then, based on the state averaging models and reaching qualification expressed by the Lee derivative, the general results of the sliding mode control （SMC） are analyzed. The analytical equivalent control laws for reaction flywheel are deduced detailedly by selecting various sliding surfaces at electromotion, energy consumption braking, reverse connection braking stages. Finally, numerical and experimental examples are presented for illustrative purposes. The results demonstrate that favorable agreement is established between the simulations and experiments. The proposed control strategy achieves preferable rotational speed regulation, strong rejection of modest disturbances, and high-precision output torque and rotational speed tracking abilities.

Influence of Water Vapor on Silica Membrane： Adsorption Properties and Percolation Effect

The influence of water vapor on silica membrane with pore size of ,-4A has been investigated in terms of adsorption properties and percolation effect at 50 and 90 ℃. Two methods are employed： spectroscopic ellipsometry for water vapor adsorption and gas permeation of binary mixture of helium and H2O The adsorption behaviors on the silica membrane comply with the first-order Langmuir isotherm. The investigation demonstrates that helium flux through the silica membrane decreases dramatically in presence of H20 molecules. The transport of gas molecules through such small pores is believed not to be continuous any more, whereas it is reasonably assumed that the gas molecules hop from one occupied site to another unoccupied one under the potential gradient. When the coverage of H20 molecules on the silica surface increases, the dramatic decrease of helium flux could be related to percolation effect, where the adsorbed H20 molecules on the silica surface block the hopping of helium molecules.

The unfrozen water content(UWC)of rocks at low temperature is an important index for evaluating the stability of the rock engineering in cold regions and artificial freezing *** study addresses a new method to estimate the UWC of saturated sandstones at low temperature by using the ultrasonic *** velocity variations can be divided into the normal temperature stage(20 to 0℃),quick phase transition stage(0 to-5℃)and slow phase transition stage(-5 to-25℃).Most increment of ultrasonic velocity is completed in the quick phase transition stage and then turns to be almost a constant in the slow phase transition *** addition,the UWC is also measured by using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)*** is validated that the ultrasonic velocity and UWC have a similar change law against freezing and thawing *** WE(weighted equation)model is appropriate to estimate the UWC of saturated sandstones,in which the parameters have been accurately determined rather than by data *** addition,a linear relationship between UWC and ultrasonic velocity is built based on pore ice crystallization *** is evidenced that this linear function can be adopted to estimate the UWC at any freezing temperature by using P-wave velocity,which is simple,practical,and accurate enough compared with the WE model.

Warthin-starry Silver Method Showing Particulate Matter in Macrophage

Objective To verify whether Warthin-Starry （WS） silver method could detect the air particulate matter （PM）/dust particles （Ps） located within the macrophages in situ. Methods There were 26 autopsy cases that resulted from cerebral hemorrhage （group A）, silicosis （group B）, and fetal death during pregnancy （group C）. Samples were collected separately and serial sections were prepared from the lungs and lymph nodes and stained with hematoxylin and eosin （HE）, WS silver, immunohistochemistry of CD68. Furthermore, ultrathin sections were taken from the WS positive serial sections of groups A and B. Ps were observed under a transmission electron microscope （TEM） and the elements of Ps were measured by X-ray spectrum analysis （X-RSA）. Results In both groups A and B, WS staining was positive for the larger and fine Ps, the so called ＂dust cells＂, but HE staining was almost negative for fine Ps. In group C, no larger or fine Ps were found. Immunohistochemical staining of CD68 certified that the ＂dust cells＂ containing Ps were macrophages. The results of TEM and X-RSA proved that the structure and elements of Ps belonged to PM indeed. Conclusion WS staining is a better than HE staining in showing the location of PM within macrophages.
