Detection approach for unusable shared bikes enabled by reinforcement learning and PageRank algorithm

Existing research models can neither indicate the availability of shared bikes nor detect unusable ones owing to a lack of information on bike maintenance and *** improve awareness regarding the availability of shared bikes,we propose an innovative approach for detecting unusable shared bikes based on reinforcement learning and the PageRank *** proposed method identifies unusable shared bikes depending on the local travel data and provides a ranking of the shared bikes according to their availability *** a sliding time window,the value function for the reinforcement learning model was determined by considering the cumulative number of unavailable shared bikes,the proportion of rental cancelations at the same stations,and the mean time between the *** learning was then used to identify shared bikes with the worst *** availability ranking for the shared bikes below the reward threshold was performed using the PageRank *** proposed detection approach was applied to a trip dataset of a real-world bike-sharing system to illustrate the modeling process and its *** detection results of unusable shared bikes in the absence of failure and feedback data can provide essential information to support the maintenance management decisions regarding shared bikes.

Thermal infrared camouflage technology has attracted increasing attention with the progress of infrared surveillance *** by honeycombs,a thermal infrared camouflage film with honeycomb sandwich structure based on fluid and temperature control is proposed to cloak objects and display false targets in the thermal infrared *** structure and manufacturing method of the film are introduced,and the fluid and temperature control system is established and tested to explore the thermal infrared characteristics of the film composed of different thermal *** camouflage performance of the film is intuitively displayed through the temperature frequency histograms of the infrared images photographed by an infrared *** temperature control accuracy of the thermal infrared camouflage system and the dynamic camouflage response of the film are evaluated by the temperature distribution map of each pixel in infrared images and the salient degree ***,the influential factors on the camouflage responding time are investigated,including the heating and cooling time of the liquid,the flow rate of pumps inside the driving module,and the energy loss along the liquid *** application of displaying false target is also introduced and *** results show that the camouflage film has a well camouflage effect and a wide adjustment temperature range,showing promise for a broad range of potential applications,such as counter-surveillance,thermal control and heat shielding.

A clustering-based undersampling (CUS) and distance-based near-miss method are widely used in current imbalanced learning algorithms, but this method has certain drawbacks. In particular, the CUS does not consider the influence of the distance factor on the majority of instances, and the near-miss method omits the inter-class(es) within the majority of samples. To overcome these drawbacks, this study proposes an undersampling method combining distance measurement and majority class clustering. Resampling methods are used to develop an ensemble-based imbalanced-learning algorithm called the clustering and distance-based imbalance learning model (CDEILM). This algorithm combines distance-based undersampling, feature selection, and ensemble learning. In addition, a cluster size-based resampling (CSBR) method is proposed for preserving the original distribution of the majority class, and a hybrid imbalanced learning framework is constructed by fusing various types of resampling methods. The combination of CDEILM and CSBR can be considered as a specific case of this hybrid framework. The experimental results show that the CDEILM and CSBR methods can achieve better performance than the benchmark methods, and that the hybrid model provides the best results under most circumstances. Therefore, the proposed model can be used as an alternative imbalanced learning method under specific circumstances, e.g., for providing a solution to credit evaluation problems in financial applications.

为探究畜牧业生产活动肉鸡屠宰加工对空气环境的影响,试验从某大型肉鸡屠宰场选取了3类不同的功能区作为采样点,通过分离培养菌种鉴定,运用BIOLOG微生物全自动分析仪,首次对各采样点分离培养的细菌、真菌进行种属鉴定。所分离的培养物中共鉴定出细菌菌属47种,其中革兰氏阳性菌比例远高于革兰氏阴性菌,优势菌属依次为微球菌属、葡萄球菌属、芽孢杆菌属、棒杆菌属和假单胞菌属,其中20%~30%为微球菌属;鉴定出真菌菌属共12属,优势真菌依次为枝孢属、链格孢属、毛霉属、曲霉属和青霉属。该肉鸡屠宰场屠宰活动对空气环境未产生不利影响。随着畜牧业生产活动的快速发展以及屠宰加工厂布局设计规划,畜禽屠宰加工引起的环境污染问题应引起更多的关注。
