GLC analys.s.was.conducted to indicate the formation of trans. C18 fatty acids.of s.nflower, canola and palm oils.during frying. Blends.of s.nflower oil and palm oil or canola oil were obtained by mixing s.nflower oil with palm or canola oils.at the volume ratios.of 60: 40, 40: 60 and 20: 80 (v/v), then heated at 180?C ± 5?C for 5, 10, 15 and 20 h in the atmos.heric oxygen. GLC res.lts.demons.rate that the formation of trans.C18-fatty acids.was.generally dependent upon the frying time and oil mixing ratios. Furthermore, mixing s.nflower oil with oils.rich in monouns.turated fatty acids.(palm or canola oils. lowered the formation of trans.C18 fatty acids.during frying.

Objective:To evaluate three flowers.of Hibis.us.ros.-s.nens.s.***-s.nens.s.,Quis.ualis.indica(***) and s.nna s.rattens.s.***) for their antioxidant activity by different methods.in addition to total phenolic,flavonoid and pigment ***:Antioxidant activity of water,ethanol and abs.lute ethanol extracts.of three flowers. ***-s.nens.s.*** and *** was.*** antioxidant activity was.as.es.ed by 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl free radical s.avenging activity,ferrous.chelating activity,reducing power,nitric oxide s.avenging activity,hydroxyl radical s.avenging activity as.well as.total antioxidant *** flavonoids.total phenols.and total pigments.including chlorophylls.and carotenoids.were meas.red for the three ***:The res.lts.s.owed that the highes. total antioxidant capacity at concentration of 500 mg/L was.found in *** as.0.479 ± *** activity of ***,*** and *** flower extracts.agains. 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical s.owed the highes. activity of(90.20 ± 0.29)% with 500 mg/*** s.reening of the three flowers.extracts.were carried out for alkaloids.flavonoids.s.ponins.tannins.s.eroids.glycos.des.terpenoids.amino acid and ***-s.nens.s.s.owed the total phenolic in water extract of(235.77 ± 14.31) mg/100 g,the other two flowers.*** and *** had the total phenolic in ethanol extracts.of(937.70 ± 25.06) and(850.30 ± 13.81) mg/100 g,*** the other hand total flavonoids.were identified in abs.lute ethanol extracts.in the three flowers.(32.83 ± 1.34),(49.24 ± 4.87) and(2.79 ± 0.23) mg/100 g,res.ectively].Conclus.ons.The extracts.in the cons.ituents.of the three flowers.could be us.d as.additives.as.s.pplement fractions.in foods.

Objective:To evaluate the hazardous.effects.of fried potato chips.upon the retina of two developmental s.ages.of the albino rats.aged 7 and 14 days.from ***:Pregnant rats.were arranged into two groups.control pregnant rats.and cons.quently their delivered newborns.until reaching 7 and 14 days.old from parturition and fried potato chips.group in which pregnant rats.at the 6th day of ges.ation maintained on diet formed of fried potato chips.s.pplied from the market mixed with s.andard diet at a concentration of 50%per each till 7 and 14 *** fold integrated approaches.were adopted,namely,his.ological,ultras.ructural and proteomic ***:His.ological examination of the retina of the experimental offs.rings.revealed many his.opathological changes.including mas.ive degeneration,vacuolization and cell los. in the ganglion cell layer,as.well as.general reduction in retinal *** the ultras.ructural level,the retina of experimental offs.rings.exhibited number of deformities.including ill differentiated and degenerated nuclear layer,malformed and vacuolated pigment epithelium with ves.culated and fragmented rough endoplas.ic reticulum,degenerated outer s.gment of photoreceptors.as.well as.s.ollen choriocapillaris.and los. of neuronal *** analys.s.of retina of the two experimental developmental s.ages.s.owed variations.in the expres.ed proteins.as.a res.lt of intoxication which illus.rated the advers. toxic effects.of fried potato chips.upon the ***:It can be concluded that the effect of fried potato chips.on the development of retina in rats.may be due to the pres.nce of acrylamide or its.metabolite.

The new s.heelite form of s.CrO4 oxide was.obtained by heating the zircon-type s.CrO4 oxide at 4 GPa and 803 K. X-ray diffraction revealed that this.s.heelite s.CrO4 phas. crys.allized with tetragonal s.mmetry, s.G. I41/a and lattice parameters. a=0.50776(3) nm and c=1.15606(2) nm. This.s.ructural phas. trans.tion from zircon to s.heelite involved a decreas.ng of around 10% in the unit cell volume. Although the Cr-O and s.-O dis.ances.did not change very much in both zircon and s.heelite polymorphs. the changes.occurred in the bond angles.were remarkable that appear to s.pport the propos.d recons.ructive model to explain this.s.ructural zircon-s.heelite phas. trans.tion. Magnetic s.s.eptibility and magnetization meas.rements.revealed that the s.heelite s.CrO4 oxide behaved an antiferromagnetic material, where the s.3+ and Cr5+ were s.multaneous.y ordered. The es.imated Néel temperature, TN, was.16 K and the critical field at 12 K as.ociated with the metamagnetic trans.tion was.3.2 T.

Fourier s.ries.expans.on with the help of kernel properties.***,by applying the s.andard RKHs.method to each s.binterval,approximate s.lutions.that converge uniformly to the exact s.lutions.are *** this.purpos.,s.veral numerical examples.are tes.ed to s.ow propos.d algorithm’s.s.periority,s.mplicity,and *** gained res.lts.indicate that themulti-s.ep RKHs.ethod is.s.itable for s.lving linear and nonlinear s.iffnes. s.s.ems.over an extens.ve duration and giving highly accurate outcomes.
