Excessive release of neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)is associated with disease severity and contributes to tissue injury,followed by severe organ *** or genetic inhibition of NET release reduces pathology in multiple inflammatory disease models,indicating that NETs are potential therapeutic ***,we demonstrate using a preclinical basket approach that our therapeutic anti-citrullinated protein antibody(tACPA)has broad therapeutic *** with tACPA prevents disease symptoms in various mouse models with plausible NET-mediated pathology,including inflammatory arthritis(IA),pulmonary fibrosis,inflammatory bowel disease and *** show that citrulline residues in the N-termini of histones 2A and 4 are specific targets for therapeutic intervention,whereas antibodies against other N-terminal post-translational histone modifications have no therapeutic *** citrullinated histones are generated during NET release,we investigated the ability of tACPA to inhibit NET *** suppressed NET release from human neutrophils triggered with physiologically relevant human disease-related ***,tACPA diminished NET release and potentially initiated NET uptake by macrophages in vivo,which was associated with reduced tissue damage in the joints of a chronic arthritis mouse model of *** our knowledge,we are the first to describe an antibody with NET-inhibiting properties and thereby propose tACPA as a drug candidate for NET-mediated inflammatory diseases,as it eliminates the noxious triggers that lead to continued inflammation and tissue damage in a multidimensional manner.

The purpose of this study was to review the results of a 20-year study in the author’s interpretation of the needs for food products and the value system that determines the market behavior of consumers in the food *** scientific novelty of the research is the following results:a)The author’s interpretation of the needs for food products,as consisting of three components:(1)The actual need for food(physiological need);(2)the need for emotions obtained from eating(psychological need);and(3)the need for market products that can meet the physiological needs of emotional expectations and social needs(socio-psychological and economic need);b)Interdisciplinary approach to the study of consumer behavior that led to the author’s interpretation of the value of the research methods outlined in the works of *** et al.,extended and supplemented in the study of galina ***(1998);c)Identification of the fact that the importance of components in the system of values,according to the results of research,is different for different food *** allows simulating more clearly the behavior of the consumer in the development of a marketing-mix and developing a marketing strategy based on targeting.

Binuclear and hexanuclear titanium complexes stabilized by tetradentate [OOOO]^(4–)-type ligand were active in ethylene polymerization in the presence of Et2 AlCl/Bu2 Mg binary co-catalyst, giving high molecular weight polyethylene. The binuclear complex showed significantly higher catalytic activity and thermal stability in comparison to mononuclear analogue. Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) samples were processed by a solid-state uniaxial deformation into high-strength(up to 2.5 GPa) and highmodulus(over 100 GPa) oriented film tapes, which indirectly indicates a low degree of entanglements between the macromolecular chains.

In the work, we offer a brief report by research results demonstrating correlations between energy status of peripheral blood lymphocytes and functional state of vital tissues mitochondria. Basing on our preliminary data, showing correlations between succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) activity in peripheral blood lymphocytes and speed or duration of pyridine nucleotides reduction in mitochondria of rat brain and liver tissues, we propose an idea of using cytobiochemical method of SDH estimation in peripheral blood lymphocytes for evaluation of tissue mitochondria status. The method could be successfully used in clinical practice for early revealing of energy metabolism disturbances that allows preventing disease development and optimizing the diseases therapy.

A coordinated physicomathematical model for the propagation of a soliton-like electromagnetic pulse in a heterogeneous medium is developed in the presence of strong discontinuities in the electromagnetic field. The model is based on the reduction of Maxwell’s equations to the well-studied wave equation. When the electromagnetic pulse was specified, its amplitude modulation was taken into account, as was the nonstationary broadening of the spectral line. Conditions for matching the momentum for the first initial boundary-value problem are obtained. The time dispersion of the electrical induction is taken into account in terms of the function of signal conditioning which takes account of the broadening of its spectral line and integration over the continuous spectrum. With this approach, it is not necessary to neglect spatial derivatives, and also to use spatial nonlocal relations to take account of the effect of surface charge, surface current, and spatial dispersion of electrical induction at the interfaces of adjacent media.

Analysis of the frequencies of chromosomes carrying various classes of porcine endogenous retroviruses (PERvs) and combinations of these classes was performed in the swine species Sus scrofa L. by using maps constructed in two principal component coordinates. Four population clusters can be recognized in the maps. Cluster 1 is formed by wild boars,cluster 2 by domestic meat breeds, cluster 3 by meat-and-lard (universal) breeds, and cluster 4 by miniature pigs. The maps indicate that modern domesticated swine meat breeds are the closest to the wild type. Meat-and-lard domestic swine breeds are more distant from wild boars, and miniature pigs are diverged the most. The maps showed that microevolution processes associated with PERv carriership frequency had two basic dimensions, or vectors: the vector of fat deposition variation and the “minus” selection vector (determination of commercial traits). Thus, PERvs may cause variation in pig physiology.

Poaching and trans-boundary trafficking of tigers and body parts are threatening the world’s last remaining wild *** of an efficient molecular genetic assay for tracing the origins of confiscated specimens will assist in law enforcement and wildlife forensics for this iconic flagship *** developed a multiplex genotyping system“tigrisPlex”to simultaneously assess 22 short tandem repeat(STR,or microsatellite)loci and a gender-identifying SRY gene,all amplified in 4 reactions using as little as 1 ng of template *** DNA samples used for between-run calibration,the system generates STR genotypes that are directly compatible with voucher tiger subspecies genetic profiles,hence making it possible to identify subspecies via bi-parentally inherited *** applied“tigrisPlex”to 12 confiscated specimens from Russia and identified 6 individuals(3 females and 3 males),each represented by duplicated samples and all designated as Amur tigers(Panthera tigris altaica)with high *** STR multiplex system can serve as an effective and versatile approach for genetic profiling of both wild and captive tigers as well as confiscated tiger products,fulfilling various conservation needs for identifying the origins of tiger samples.

The paper discusses the experimental results pointing to the efficient channel of the CO vibrational to the C2 electronic energy-transfer. The radiation spectra of the d3Пg electronic state of C2 molecule are investigated and the relation of their kinetics to a vibrational excitation of CO molecules in the He-CO-O2 plasma is discussed. The changes of CO vED (vibrational energy distribution) were imposed by an application of a laser resonator to the discharge tube under investigation. Strong correlation has been found in experiments between concentrations of vibrationally excited CO molecules and the electronically excited state d3Пg of C2 molecule. Modulation of the intensity of lasing oscillation cased marked modulation of the intensity of the emission from d3Пg (Swan bands). It was found that the vibrational levels 12 ve most probably point to the existence of efficient channel for the vE energy transfer: CO (w) + C2 → CO + C2 (d3П). The efficiency of this channel increases with the growth of populations of high vibrational levels of CO (X1Σ, w).

将吡咯衍生物单体(碘化N,N,N-三甲基-(2-吡咯-1-乙基))进行氧化聚合,合成水溶性聚吡咯衍生物,将该产物与v2O5溶胶混合,进行聚合物溶液插层反应,合成聚(N,N,N-三甲基-(2-吡咯-1-乙基))(PTPAI)/vXG复合薄膜。采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和循环伏安(Cv)对其电学性能进行了测试。结果表明:该复合薄膜的等效电路为R1(Q1[R2W1]),Rs=160.215Ω,Rct=6278.86Ω,双电层电容CPE=1.73216×10-4F,离子迁移系数4.37×10-12cm2/s(-0.5v)。PTPAI提高了vXG的氧化还原电位,且出现另一个较小的氧化还原峰电位。
