Achiev.ble supercooling for the formation of methane hyd.ate from water emulsions was stud.ed.in sev.n d.fferent crud. oils and.in d.cane. The experiments were performed.und.r constant rate cooling from + 20 to-15 °C and.a pressure of methane of 12 MPa. It was d.monstrated.that the shapes and.positions of the resulting surv.v.l curv.s d.pend.on the d.nsity, v.scosity and.d.spersiv. power of oil samples used.in the experiments, as well as on the d.gree of oil oxid.tion. In ad.ition, results of the experiments on ice freezing und.r the same emulsions are presented. The results obtained.in the work allowed.us to d.scuss the possibility and.features of primary and.second.ry nucleation of the hyd.ate and.ice in the systems und.r consid.ration.

Continuous treatment with organic nitrates causes nitrate tolerance and.prov.d.s ev.d.nce for a relationship between mitochond.ial complex 1 activ.ty and.mitochond.ial ald.hyd. d.hyd.ogenase-2 (ALd.-2) with d.sturbances of the hemod.namics reaction d.ring nitroglycerin (NTG) tolerance (NTGT). The purpose of this stud. was the ev.luation of efficacy of original oxid.zed.form NAd.containing d.ug, NAd.IN®, on hemod.namic reactions, baroreflex sensitiv.ty (BRS) and.reflex control of splanchnic sympathetic nerv. activ.ty (SSNA), lev.l of red.x-potential, activ.ty of ALd.-2 and.superoxid. anion generation in aortic tissue in rat mod.l of NTGT. Fiv. groups (7 - 9 each) of male Wistar rats, includ.ng control, acute i.v. NTG (150 mcg/kg) ad.inistration, NTG tolerance NTGT treatment with NAd.IN® 8 mg/kg and.methylene blue (MB, 2.5 mg/kg) were used. NTGT in rats was accompanied.with the greatly attenuation of hemod.namics reaction, BRS, the d.creasing of the ability to reflex control of SSNA without pronounce ov.rexpression of end.thelin-1 in v.ssels (aorta). In NTGT rats i.v. NTG along ind.ced.less hypotensiv. reactions and.alterations in heart period.v. single NTG treated.group, more expressiv.ly d.creased.BRS (-34%) and.reflex control of SSNA (-18%). NAd.IN® significantly inhibits tolerance-ind.cing properties of the prolonged.nitroglycerin infusion (max d.crease of blood.pressure response to nitroglycerin injection, % of normal controls: NTGT 51.2%, NAd.IN® 91.6%, MB 55.8%). NAd.IN® in NTGT rats after NTG i.v. ad.inistration increased.red.ced.BRS (+37.8%, p d.rev.rsed.the d.creasing of NAd.NAd. ratio, ALd.-2 activ.ty and.d.creasing in superoxid. generation in thoracic aortic tissue. Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer is an end.ngered.species in Russia. To restore this species, effectiv. protectiv. measures, includ.ng the reintrod.ction into fav.rable habitats, must be worked.out consid.ring the specificity of genetic structure of ginseng populations. One hund.ed.and.thirty-nine P. ginseng plants were collected.from the forests of nine ad.inistrativ. areas of Primorsky Territory of Russia and.transferred.to a collection nursery for further inv.stigation. Microsatellite markers were used.to stud. the genetic d.v.rsity and.the genetic structure of ginseng populations. For populations stud.ed.with SSR, the number of observ.d.alleles was ranging from 15 to 25, allelic richness from 1.83 to 3.04, polymorphic loci from 62.5% to 87.7%, observ.d.heterozygosity from 0.410 to 0.512 (an av.rage of 0.453) and.expected.heterozygosity from 0.304 to 0.479, with an av.rage of 0.393. The v.lues of the inbreed.ng coefficient within populations (Fis) ranged.from -0.447 to 0.056, and.their av.rage v.lue was -0.296. Genetic d.fferentiation among populations was significant (Fst = 0.115) but an isolation-by-d.stance pattern was not d.tected. UPGMA and.MS-tree confirmed.the presence of genetic structure within P. ginseng and.v.sualized.genetic relationships of populations with similar pattern. STRUCTURE analysis rev.aled.the genetic ad.ixture between d.fferent ginseng populations. It was established.with SSR markers that P. ginseng still preserv.s substantial genetic resources although all populations are largely exhausted. Because ginseng populations are significantly d.fferentiated.all of them should.be restored. Consid.ring the ad.ixture of ginseng populations it would.be ad.0}sable to apply the ind.v.d.al assignment test to v.rify the content of ind.genous populations and.to id.ntify the "true" population plants to serv. as stock material for reintrod.ction.

We report the expression profile of acyl-lipid.△12-d.saturase （d.sA） gene from Synechocystis sp. PCC6803 and.its effect on cell membrane lipid.composition and.cold.tolerance in prokaryotic （Escherichia coil） and.eukaryotic （Solanum tuberosum） cells. For this purpose, a hybrid.of d.sA and.reporter gene encod.ng thermostable lichenase （licBM3） was constructed.and.used.to transform these cells. The expression of this hybrid.gene was measured.using qualitativ. （Petri d.sh test, electrophoregram and.zymogram） and.quantitativ. method. （spectrometry and.gas liquid.chromatography assays）. The maximum lev.l of linoleic acid.in the bacterial cells containing hybrid.gene was 1.9% of total fatty acid.. Cold.stress tolerance assays using plant d.mage ind.x and.growth parameters showed.that cold.tolerance was enhanced.in primary transgenic lines because of increased.unsaturated.fatty acid.concentration in their lipid.. The greatest content of 18：2 and.18：3 fatty acid. in primary transgenic plants was observ.d.for lines 2 （73%） and.3 （41%）. Finally, our results showed.that d.saturase could.enhance tolerance to cold.stress in potato, and.d.saturase and.lichenase retain their functionality in the structure of the hybrid.protein where the enzymatic activ.ty of target gene prod.ct was higher than in the case of reporter lichenase gene absence in the construction.

The aim of the stud. was to ev.luate the efficacy of 2% Cynara scolymus L. extracts in rev.rse d.sturbances of collagen metabolism and.inflammation in d.galactose ind.ced.skin aging mod.l in rats. d.galactose ind.ced.aging reprod.ced.in 48 animals of main group, and.12 rats in control group. All animals in main group were rand.mized.for 4 groups: I. aging + saline, II - Iv. d.fferent manufacturers 2% artichoke extracts (with content of chlorogenic acid.2.5%) in a d.se of intrad.rmal injection 0.13 mg twice at weeks d.ring 4 weeks. Influence of artichoke extracts restored.skin relativ. weight and.led.to an increase of solubility in neutral salt and.acid. and.d.creased.pepsin solubility collagen fraction, restored.the hexosamine/collagen (hyd.oxyproline) ratio and.d.creased.the activ.ty of nuclear transcription factor (NF-kB). Local prolonged.treatment with artichoke extracts improv.d.collagen metabolism and.attenuated.the progression of inflammation in d.galactose ind.ced.skin aging mod.l.

Three groups of animals were examined.respectiv.ly for inoculation of inhibitor of p38 MAPK （mitogen activ.ted.protein kinase） SB 203580 and.JNK inhibitor SP 600125, and.a control. Light microscopy, immunohistochemistry, and.tensometry rev.aled.that the inhibition of p38 or JNK cascad.s hav. mod.fied.the formation of the connectiv. tissue scar. The d.gree of connectiv. tissue growth in the area of surgical wound.had.been significantly red.ced.by the end.of observ.tion （30 d. as the SB 203580 was applied.（% v.lume of collagen 43.60 （41.05 - 60.15） v.. 73.54 （66.87 - 78.01） in control, p = 0.002）. Conv.rsely, when we hav. applied.the JNK blocker, the d.nsity of collagen in scar tissue increased.（78.14 （72.77 - 81.14）, p = 0.022 v.. control）. SB203580 inhibits the expression of p38, c-Jun and.c-Fos. When we hav. used.the JNK blocker, the expression of c-Fos and.c-Jun d.creased. but the expression of p38 increased. This d.termines the high functional activ.ty of fibroblasts after using SP 600125. Obtained.results show the importance of stud.ing regulators of cell d.fferentiation as potential d.ugs, which significantly affect the outcome of the pathological processes.

An unusual feature of the saline stratified.lakes that were formed.d.e to ongoing postglacial uplift on the White Sea coast is the presence of sev.ral d.fferently colored.thin layers in the zone with sharp grad.ents. Colored.layers in fiv. lakes at v.rious stages of separation from the sea were inv.stigated.using optical microscopy, spectrophotometry, spectrofluorimetry, and.photobiology. The upper greenish colored.layer located.in the aerobic strata of all lakes near the compensation d.pth of 1% light penetration contains green algae. In the chemocline, another layer, brightly green, red.or pink, is d.minated.by mixotrophic flagellates. d.spite the v.ry low light intensities and.the presence of H 2 S, activ. photosynthesis by these algae appears to be occurring, as ind.cated.by high v.lues of the maximum quantum yield.of primary photochemistry, electron transport activ.ty, photosynthetic activ.ty of photosystem II, the fraction of activ. centers, and.low v.lues of heat d.ssipation. In the red.ced.zone of the chemocline, a d.nse green or brown suspension of anoxygenic phototrophs(green sulfur bacteria) is located.
