Carbendazim,a widely used fungicide in china,has been found to have reproductive toxicity and mutagenic ***,information on the spatial-temporal variations of carbendazim residues in food in china is ***,we investigated the presence of carbendazim in china's plant-based foods from 2011 to 2020,evaluated the spatial-temporal characteristics,and assessed the associated exposure risks in the chinese *** results revealed a high detection frequency of carbendazim in fruits(26.4%)and high concentrations in vegetables(~110 mg kg^(-1)),indicating widespread misuse of the *** acute risks of consuming certain vegetables and cereals exceeded the recommended limits by up to 12 and 5 times,*** there has been a decline in carbendazim residue levels in food since the implementation of the chinese government's action plan for zero growth of pesticide use in 2015,some provinces still exhibited high levels of carbendazim in multiple food categories,which were positively correlated with annual pesticide *** highlight that carbendazim contamination reflects the broader issue of pesticide use in *** emphasizes the need for committed and targeted national policies to reduce carbendazim residues in food and suggests that such measures could also regulate the use of other pesticides,given that pesticide abuse in china is not limited to specific *** call for the re-evaluation of maximum residue limits of carbendazim,particularly in highly consumed foods such as cereals.

Over seventy congeners of polychlorinated naphthalenes(PCNs) in sewage sludge of 8 urban waste-water treatment plants(WWTPs) in beijing were analyzed by isotope dilution,and high resolution gas chromatography/high resolution mass spectrometry(HRGC/HRMS) *** total PCN concentrations determined in the samples range from 1.48 to 28.21 ng/g dw(dry weight) with TEQ concentrations of 0.11―2.45 pg/g *** levels were lower than those found in other *** and TrCNs were the most dominant homologues of *** similar congener profiles in all the samples suggest the similarity in certain *** from industrial input might be the most significant source of PCNs in the sludges in this study,and thermal processes such as waste incineration and coal combustion may be another source of the PCNs contamination.

Tissue distribution provides important information regarding the pharmacokinetic behavior of pollutants and is invaluable when analyzing the risk posed to avian species by the exposure to such kind of pollutants. In this study, concentrations of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins （PCDDs） and polychlorinated dibenzofurans （PCDFs） were determined in muscle, liver, spleen, kidney, stomach, gall bladder, skin, heart, pancreas, intestine and lung tissue extracts of cormorants collected from Dongting Lake, china. Tissue distribution results showed preferential accumulation of PCDD/Fs in both liver and skin. The total concentration of PCDD/Fs ranged from 421 to 5696 pg/g lipid weight. Octachlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxin （OCDD） was the predominant congener in all tissues and contributed between 31% and 82% to all 17 PCDD/Fs in different tissues. The liver/muscle ratios progressively increased with the degree of chlorination of PCDDs, except for OCDD. The relative toxic potential of PCDDs and PCDFs in tissues were calculated using the World Health Organization （WHO） Toxic Equivalency Factors （TEFs） for birds. The concentrations of WHO-toxic equivalent in different tissues ranged between 14.8 and 2021 pg/g lipid weight. These results indicated PCDD/Fs may have been bio-accumulated in cormorant via food-web. Furthermore, when compared with studies reported in the literatures, the PCDD/Fs levels in the cormorant collected from Dongting Lake were still relatively high.

慢性乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)感染是严重危害人类健康的世界性公共卫生问题。母婴传播是HBV感染的主要途径之一,妊娠女性高病毒载量是HBV母婴传播的高危因素,因此,有必要在妊娠期通过有效、安全的抗病毒治疗来降低高病毒载量母体血清HBV DNA水平,降低胎儿感染HBV的风险。本文通过检索国内外文献资料,从临床前的动物试验和人类妊娠期的使用经验两个方面对核苷(酸)类似物(nucleoside/nucleotide analogues,NAs)在妊娠期乙型肝炎患者中的安全性研究进展进行了归纳和总结。目前而言,所有NAs在妊娠期使用仍然存在潜在的风险,基于现有数据,替诺福韦酯、替比夫定和拉米夫定是妊娠期相对风险较低的NAs,但NAs暴露对婴儿发育是否存在远期风险仍需更多临床数据进行评估。

人胚胎干细胞(hESCs)是来源于胚胎发育早期内细胞团的一类未分化的多能干细胞,具有自我更新和多向分化的生物学特性,在发育生物学、再生医学以及细胞治疗领域等方面已开展了广泛的研究。与常规药物毒性评估所采用的癌细胞或原代细胞不同,干细胞不仅能满足基础毒性评估,由于其多向分化的特点,可经诱导产生各种正常人体器官或组织细胞,为药物临床前评估提供多方面数据。与动物实验模型相比,h ESCs不仅避免了种属差异,还具备高通量、低成本的优势,在预测药物毒性效应方面具有广阔的前景。对目前hESCs在药物毒性风险评估中的研究进展进行总结,为体外药物毒性筛选试验提供新思路。
